Luke Crampton: Took my truck in to have ac lines put in. I already had put in the condenser, compressor, air cooler, etc, all it needed was lines. I was told this would be a two day job. I did not get my truck back for five days, and the price was raised $200. When I picked up my truck a power steering line was busted making my power steering pump useless, and two of my drivers side headlight mounting pegs were snapped off. On top of that, the ac blows out hot air, I drove the truck for 30 minutes and the air coming out got hotter. It is absolutely ridiculous that I spent $776 just to have things broken on my truck. I would not recommend to anyone, and will not be going to Ace Radiator again.Service:A/C installation repair

He also said it could be a little more that free-on cost $25.00 a lb. & a car can hold 2 & half pounds but they had a machine that would save what I had in there. Even tho it worked fine when I last drove it. Of course he said mine was empty. I told him my mechanic said I didn't need the dryer Orpheus or expansion device tube just the compressor. He informed me that they wouldn't guantee the compressor if I didn't change all of it & that would be $750.00. Then I get a call & he says it's gonna be $1275.00 that I need a condenser or they won't guantee the compressor sounds like the same thing he said about the drier & other parts, kinda funny he didn't mention the condensor at all when I originally talked to him. Just get my car in there & then add things on & bump up the total $525.00 really for a condensor that cost $130.00 & the Freon that cost $58.38 that's about $200.00 guess the labor to install the condensor & put the Freon in = $325.00.Then when I go in to get my car 4 days after promised he has the nerve to say $1158.64I tried to save you some money. I wanted to say WOW!!! $115.00 after you jacked it up $525.00 is that suppose to make me happy. Hope I never have to visit this place again even years ago my mechanic beat their price of installing a radiator. So please shop around so you don't feel violated like me...... Sincerely a very unhappy one time customer!!!!!!Oh I forgot to mention the extra scratch on my rear fender. corrine Tischer: This is my go to car shop in town. I’ve tried a couple others such as meineke, and have found I left they’re dissatisfied and sometimes confused to the actual work done. Rich’s on the other hand, has been nothing but honest and straight forward about repairs and costs. Recently I got my front brakes and rotors done and felt a weird grind going down a driveway. They gladly got me back in the shop and cleaned up my back breaks which still have 60% usage to go and assured me all is well. Will and Nick are the ones I normally speak with and both are very approachable and break it down to a language I can understand with my vehicle. I advise anyone to utilize a different repair shop. Values and integrity are important and it is quite apparent that the new owners lack these attributes. There were 3 failures or mistakes made on their part. When you pay this amount of money (which is insane, even with the so-called discount) to just fail to inform a client of repairs needed, the other two details were minimal. But if they failed to do several services that you paid for, you start questioning if they even completed what you paid for.Even after calling them and informing them of why I had a problem. All they said was we all make mistakes. They didn’t even ask me for my name, to find out which tech did the service to correct the issue. Very unethical and do not know how to run a business.The manager was supposedly on vacation but the worker also didn’t offer to take my information down to have the manager handle the matter upon his return. Mariah Gerke: An absolute nightmare from start to finish. I don't even know where to begin. I brought my vehicle in several weeks ago as it was still under warranty and JTS was a preferred repair facility under my warranty company. I was told that the timing belt broke and my engine was ruined and I would need an engine replacement. After that, my vehicle sat in their shop for ALMOST A MONTH and they NEVER even touched it! When I would call for an update (they never called me with information, I always had to call them), Nikki was always rude and blamed everything on the fact that they were moving (guess the should have shut down during this time if they didn't want customers). I called my warranty company and they told me they were having trouble getting any response as well, even after asking JTS for proof of the problem 4 times! After my claim had been opened for almost 30 days with absolutely no progress made, my warranty company pulled the vehicle from JTS and had it moved to another facility where it was fixed in 3 days. Oh, and the diagnosis I got was completely wrong. It ended up being a $200 repair rather than the $5800 JTS was asking for. I am still in shock that this happened to me at a business that seems to have otherwise good reviews. If you want your vehicle fixed in a timely manner, look elsewhere. Beyond disappointed by how my situation was handled.

Octavia J: I was going to take my vehicle to get serviced until they called me attempting to “upcharge”, as she put it, double the cost of the part and called me cheap for not wanting to pay double the cost. Very rude, conning and unprofessional. And I’m fully aware of the quote including both the labor and parts. My concern was that I had purchased the part myself and was fully aware of how much it cost brand new. She wanted 3 times the amount of the actual cost and called me cheap for not wanting to be ripped off. I ended paying $526 for a job your company quoted over $1,200 for.

I even had to come back in because my brake started to squeak, which it ended up being a rock in the brake pad, and they fixed it for no charge. The people that work there are awesome, but the professionalism after the fact is not great. My brakes started to squeak and find within a week of getting them done. I requested an appointment. Close one was 2 weeks away and at this point my brakes were scary. I BEGGED them for something sooner because my children ride in this car every day and they were the ones that worked on them. Nope. Couldn't do that. So I waited. They Called me the day before my appointment and asked me to reschedule for a WEEK later... The lady was rude as well. Once again I begged and they couldn't do anything. Called later on and they were remodeling. In this time period I GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT FROM MY BRAKES NOT BEING TO PAR . I live in this city alone with three kids and this one car. As much as I would love to say "Well I should have gotten a rental" I WAS SAVING THAT LITTLE BIT OF MONEY TO GET MY BRAKES FIXED. I understand that company's get busy. I to work in Customer Service and manage an entire team, but when you are the cause of an unsafe vehicle. You would think you would "Do the right thing" and fix it. Love Auto only cares about the children coming out of foster homes, as do I, but I will help them in another way, they don't care about the children that are riding in the cars that they "fixed". Corey Towe: AVOID! Charged $266 to replace a $20 gas feeder line coming from the engine. Which is easy to get to. Right in front of you when you open the hood. They decided it was ok to charge $130 for the rubber feed line. ($20 part) Then charge $120 for labor. (15 minute job) Charged me for an hour @ $120. Yes, you read that right. $120 an hour for labor! Acted like he was doing me a favor for not charging a diagnostic fee which was not done since i showed him exactly what the problem was. Ridiculous!

Brian Ross: I've used A-1 Automotive in the past (20+ years ago) and they've always done me right!!! I just recently took my 98 Mustang GT in for a drivability issues and a CEL. They diagnosed it the same day and took care of a few other issues that were unknown at the time. I even had them do a full tune-up the next morning as they wanted to keep the car over night to verify the issue was fixed. They had everything completed and repaired just as I had hoped and had the pricing of the repairs down to a minimum that was affordable. As to mention....Justin went above and beyond and removed the trailer hitch off the car for FREE!!! They also picked me up in a timely manner to get my vehicle back. I'm very happy and pleased with A-1 and know that you will be too. Beast mode games.: Good service well worth there asking price as of now I needed a few things done on my 05 kia rio and they made sure that they lived up to there word performance on my vehicle is now back to when the car was new they even made sure to think about the customers wile the snow was bad and kept the cars in tip top shape wile storing in his garage wile the snow fall was coming down. I suggest this place to anyone needing major repairs. they're good.

Walt Champagne: Excellent communication and customer service! Excellent service! TKC was able to get a trailer towing hitch specifically for my L.R. Discovery. All other dealers said all the parts weren't available. Other dealers didn't call back, even after contacting them several times.NOT TOM KELLEY!Tom KELLEY Land Rover, Jaguar, and Cadillac were able to schedule my appointment very quickly! A great deal of work needed attention. Turns out, I didn't know how to set my controls properly!So, Tom Kelley Land Rover showed me how to use the vehicles controls.The Service Technician sent a video of all the work needed and explained what was happening during the Service Work! The video contained additional information on how to use the controls properly.They provided a Courtesy Vehicle at no charge! The C.V. was nearly identical to my vehicle, just a newer year.All work was finished within 24 hours.I was unable to retrieve my Discovery before closing time so, they Brought it TO ME!!! No charge, just fuel I used for the Courtesy Vehicle, which was the same price charged as the gas station.I also needed a part painted. Their Auto Body Painter did an Exceptional Paint Job!!! Color matched Exactly! Beautiful!They also washed and vacuumed my car!I Highly recommend Tom Kelley Automotive Group for all your vehicles service! Donna Nowak: I was traveling from Kentucky visiting my parents and picking up my grandaughter for spring break. When I arrived in Fort Wayne I noticed a rubbing when I braked. Being Thursday evening I wasn't sure anyone would be able to get me in before I was to head back to Kentucky the next day. I called Josh and they got me in to look at it and determine if they thought it would be safe to get me home. Paul Carpenter: I Already know the issue with vehichle so i called for cost and price to fix it.. they would not give quote. Basically they require you to drive in and charge you 60 bucks to look at it first. When i already had a gm dealership do that when i had new brake lines done.. i just didnt have money to do it all at the time. So a simple quote over phone for cost to replace power stearing pump and gaskets shouldnt be to hard. Those that dont quote or even give estimated cost upfront is just pure shady

Will have to pay to have another inspection and get the work completed somewhere else.Its a good thing that we were encouraged just to come pick up the vehicle. The gentleman in front of us, who had paid to have work done on his vehicle, drove a way and then came right back to say that the check engine light was still on. Wasn't very encouraging that the mechanics response was..."it wasn't on when I drove it. I don't know".
