Mohamed Abdelaziz: This place is a rip off! First of all they don't tell people they gonna charge them to diagnose a simple thing I already knew was the problem! It wasn't even engine light or computer scan or anything! It was just to tell me the alternator was bad( which I already knew) and wanted to charge me 1000$ to replace it!! And when I refused to get it fixed they slammed me with 130$ bill for diagnose!! And when I told them you didn't inform me there is a fee to diagnose, they just smiled and said oh yea there is a fee!!! Also they do an inspection that covers a number of common items such as tires, struts, etc and rate the condition of these items and leave a report on your car seat. They do not try to plus sell you the items they find need attention. Scheduling was fast and easy. They could do a better job communicating when your vehicle will be finished, but I am not going to let that bother me. I am thrilled with these folks and they are my go to mechanic from here on out.
