Tabby DeWitt: Mechanic was extremely nice, helpful, and great person. The older gentlemen was rude, unprofessional and acted like i was hindering him by being there. I would not recommend having work done on your vehicle at this place, as the owner doesn’t believe in schedules, nor does he believe in timeframes. What I would recommend is hiring his mechanic directly.

Although took a little longer than expected it did not matter because it was the highest quality install of a a Mustang Convertible top I have seen. Worth every penny to have Jack's Trim take their time to do it right. Actually inquiring about have another installed on a different Mustang as well.
Nick McLay: I have tried to use Jack's trim twice now. He may do really great work but my experience is his pricing was at least 20-30% more than the other places in town.
