Maybe they cut hair well but I wouldn’t know because their place is so difficult to find.When I called to ask where the door was they didn’t answer and forwarded my call straight to VM. After calling me back HE was upset with me for not knowing their place was labeled as the united way meeting room, not the executive barber shop.Instead of apologizing for not answering or for the place being poorly labeled. he immediately responded by telling me I would be charged a late cancellation fee.I DIDN’T cancel. I showed up on time, attempted to call to find the location, looked some more, then Left when the business wasn’t any help finding their location.Folks, businesses have signs in front for a reason. Since you admitted it’s a know problem use the $60 you charged me for your mistake and buy a bigger sign.Although they probably prefer the small sign so they can make money off cancelation fees and not doing any of the work.I had high expectations and I’m sorely disappointed in their poor execution of simple customer service.

Since then I've been getting an undercut design from Andrew Wertman about every 2 weeks. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Valentino Lamaestra: Went as a walk-in. Told Jorge I wanted my hair thinned and trimmed. Suffice it to say, as he was finishing he asked if I wanted to keep the part in my hair. Should have been no reason to even consider asking that. My best guess is there was a language barrier. At any rate, worst haircut in decades. Won't be going back.

The Bear: I want to be fair... I made a 5PM appointment and when I got there I forgot the guys name. Someone asked if they had an appointment at 5PM. No one answered that they made an appointment. One of the barbers said he will make it happen which he did. Kudos to him for sure. I waited an hour and got a cut which I showed a picture to the barber. Great conversation and relaxing time. I got home and saw an unfinished cut. I had to fix my own cut which bummed me out since the haircut was $30. I had great hope but my fade was not finished. Really want to be fair the barber was young and very personal. The overall cut was not polished and not 100%. I was bummed I had to fix the cut. Maybe not the barber for me as far as overall what I asked for but I don't think it was worth the $30. Disappointed with the cut not the experience. I will try again and hopefully it will be made right.
