Harold Willson: Very slow. 3 hour wait. However, a lot of that was because drivers in line would not move up and that resulted in bottle necks. And pick up trucks in line to get washed. Like why? Go to a car wash or a self serve. Us truckers actually have deadlines to keep. However, all the employees were nice and friendly and they did a very through job on cleaning my truck with undercarriage, engine wash, trailer wash and washout. Bathroom could have been a bit more clean. Otherwise, not a bad experience. Just time consuming.

Normally don't have this trouble at at others on a normal day. But this location is like this every time. 2 hrs and counting in line.

ALP: I used to hate going to car washes but once I tried The Tube Car Wash now I can go once a week and enjoy it. The staff are always super friendly and the entrances and exits are clearly marked. Going through the wash is a great experience, no stress getting on the open tracks or when needing to put car in neutral or drive when completed. 10/10 would recommend the Lima Road location.

Robert “Rob” DeBarros: I drive a lifted truck with the tires a little wide and this is the perfect place to go for a vehicle of that kind of stature..there's a little bit of residue left behind in certain spots (I've been told that you could run it through again for free but I'm not sure if that's true.. I'd like to know myself.. If so that would change the four stars to five).. vacuums are free to use afterwards.. and the employees are always a pleasure to be around always nice and professional.

Darren Barnes: Is anything more important than not damaging your car?After one trip through "The Tube" to get some of the salt and grime off of my undercarriage, I now have massive OBVIOUS paint whirls/swirls down the right side of my vehicle.If you want your vehicle clean, presumably you want your paint nice too. Just pay to have it done correctly.This will require, at minimum, paint correction with a heavy compounding polish and a DA polisher.

Plus it does a phenomenal job washing your car! Plus afterwards you can sweep out your car and dry it off the rest of the way if you desire!!

Brandon Radu: If I could leave zero, I would. Have a brand new truck with 500 miles on it. Took it through the wash, since I just bought 50 dollars in gift cards to give to other people. Scratches all down the side of both sides. They said they looked at the cameras and its not their fault on where the brushes were....well...it hasn't been washed prior to going in, and it didn't have the scratches, so who scratched it. They would not even help pay to have them buffed out, they basically said not their fault. Not my fault that I will never return, or any of my family members or company vehicles.

Erik Swartz: I really liked the washes I've gotten here over the last year. However I was not impressed with this wash at all. I got the tire bright but had to wipe the dirt off myself, the car was barley dried I finished a lot myself. I'll think again next time my car needs a wash.

Pluto LBF: I started cleaning my car out. As I started to grab more garbage from my car and head to the trash, a worker came over and started removing the bags from the bins. I figured ok she’ll just throw a new bag in for me as I was here cleaning my car out before she started. NOPE! She went down the whole line of trash’s and took the bag out and tied them and left the trash bag-less. I waited for almost 15 mins for this person to just simply put a bag in the trash for me to finish cleaning my car out. I won’t be going here to get a car wash or clean my car out anymore

Joe Veach: Before I went through their wash, I informed them that the last time I visited my truck didn't get clean at all, I asked for a pre-rinse before entering. They did agree, and did so. They told me once I reach the end of the cycle to get out of my truck to inspect the wash and they'd put me through again if needed. Assistant Manager Ellie met me at the end, and when I got out of my truck I slammed the ground (HARD) due to their poor salting job. When I fell, the Assistant manager did not offer any help, and showed no signs of care that a customer just fell on their property. Furthermore, she did not ask if I was fine, or even fill out an accident report until I mentioned it to her. Fast forward 2 weeks, the Manager Jaimie was contacted about the fall and no medical attained was offered, knowing I reported I had pain in wrists and back. Also, now the Manager is avoiding my calls, and will not return my calls. When I called for him on multiple occasions, he will not get on the phone, nor return my calls, I even asked for corporate office number and they refuse to give it to me. Horrible establishment as far as professionalism goes.

Russell Post: Beware!I paid for a 6-pack (buy 4, get 2 free) of VIP Car Wash tickets. This is the second time that I've been through the car wash and came out of the car wash and looked underneath the car just to discover that the underbody of the car had not been washed and was in fact completely dry. The VIP Wash cost $19 whereas the Express Wash cost $9. The Express Wash is supposed to be the only wash without underbody wash. I believe that I am receiving the Express Wash although I paid for VIP washes. Who knows which other services I am really getting in this car wash or not. I specifically needed the underbody wash in order to help localize an oil leak (see images, this was after going through the VIP Wash, the underbody was still dry dirty and oily).I called and expressed my concerns and then I went back and notified the personnel that the underbody wash had not taken place. I was instructed to go through the wash again, this time around the car came out and magically the underbody was washed and wet. So why didn't it work the other times? Why do I have to go back and double check their work to make sure they're actually washing what they are claiming they are washing? I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager available (this was a Sunday afternoon). I had driven all the way back home before checking under the car this time and noticing, so I had to drive all the way back. I was not offered any form of compensation or even apology. Based on this experience, especially that it has happened twice to me now, I do not feel I can trust that I am receiving the advertised services and can no longer recommend this car wash, which used to be my go-to car wash for all three of my vehicles.I would have gladly sent an email to the company to work this out, but there is no email address listed. I am also unable to call anyone besides the same employee who was unable to have further help me today. I will gladly work with management to get this resolved, please contact me, or let me know how I can get in touch with you.

Jacob J: This is a great carwash! It does a really good job at getting my car or truck clean. I almost always go to the tube instead of Mike's because I think it does a better job. The staff is always friendly and nice. I'd highly recommend going to the tube. I can't wait till they build the tube here in New Haven, it'll be much closer for me.

Tejavardhan Reddy Yampalla (TJ): "I love to wash my car manually but it didn't go well" The carwash was terrible, I put money in one bay, the water handle was broken and the water was all over me and tried to use the foam brush it was not good my car had scratches. Then i moved to another bay, the water handle was ok but leaking some water at the handle, the foam brush was not even working, I wasted around 15$ in both the bays. No one was there to take the complaints or something. Never going back to them.

Stephanie Young: Not a great experience for me. The dog wash was fair, the vacuum was fair but the car wash itself was absolutely horrible. Absolutely no pressure in the bay that I tried anyway. It could’ve just been that one but I wasn’t going to take a chance on any of the others. No tire cleaner or prewash. Basically only soap and water. Did not try the brush. Wasn’t going to waste any more money. 😔
