They did come out to do the repairs but I was not informed when they were coming. They just showed up with no notice for to give my tenants. Bone Dry Roofing is a great company to go through if you need your roofing projects done, and done right. The whole process from beginning to end was pain free. Joyce, the office manager, was pleasant to work with and handled everything great. Jay Scott came out to do the initial inspection and quote the project. He was on time and got the project rolling quickly. The roof was installed within a week. The day of the install was managed by Danny. They started working promptly at 8am, did a complete tear down and install and left without leaving a trace of any debris. Great job to Danny and his crew. He provided updates and photos of the the project as job went along. Mitchell was our main point of contact from quoting to post completion. He is very knowledgeable, made sure everything went smooth and was great in communicating with us. Our home is a large ranch therefore our roof is substantial. I was amazed that they were able to complete everything in one day, but they have a huge crew and got it done! Finally I ended the call and started my search elsewhere and found plenty of contractors that gave no hassle and even came out the same day to assess damage and give quotes.

Shannon Merriman: Initially I was excited to work with Bone Dry after a storm damaged my house. Nate Chapman came to my house and inspected the damage. At the time I felt he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Nate promised me that there would be someone there either that day or first thing the next morning to put temporary patches on my roof so that it would not leak. Those people never showed up, either day. After three days, I contacted Nate about it and his response was, "They haven't been there yet? I will get them right over." They didn't show again, and no contact from Nate. There was rain in our forecast so, after 24 hours of waiting we made the decision to try to patch ourself. Two days later, another Bone Dry person shows up at my house and says, "Didn't Nate call you?". When I told him what we had done he said, "well, that's all I was going to do" and left.Nate was definitely all about getting my insurance information and the adjuster's report to see how much the insurance company was going to pay. He had no issues with calling me or communicating while he was trying to get that information from me. Once he had the information, he came back with an INCOMPLETE estimate that was $3000 more than my insurance was willing to pay for the total job. When I questioned him about it he told me that the "guys in Indy" would work it out with my insurance company. He also said that I was free to get other quotes in the meantime. I told him I would be getting other quote to compare.I have not heard from Nate or any other member of Bone Dry since that phone call. That was two weeks ago. I have, since, found another company that is reputable in the Fort Wayne area, that provided a COMPLETE quote that was under Bone Dry's INCOMPLETE quote. They have been very responsive and helpful!Bottom line....my experience tells me that this company is only worried about money and if you questions their prices, they just ignore you. Don't let the heartwarming story on their website fool you, they do NOT care about treating their customers right unless you are willing to pay an ultra premium price to get them to treat you respectfully.
