Callison Transportation Inc.: Had not bowled in about 8 months. Went bowling and discovered my ball had a crack in the middle of my ball that went all the way around. I joined my first bowling league this year and it started in 4 days, so I did a little research and ordered a ball that seemed to be what I wanted on Amazon. I called this shop the evening my ball came in and surprisingly someone answered. I explained my situation and my urgency to have my new ball drilled for league that next evening and the owner actually agreed to meet me before his shop even opened. I meet him that next morning and I was really impressed with not only his knowledge and advice, but also how much time he took to make sure I had purchased the right ball for me and making sure the holes to be drilled were correct. This guy is a bowling pro and champ, he basically spent 2 hours with me going over technique and helping me pick out a ball much better suited for me. He even bought the ball I ordered on Amazon and gave me a discount on a much better ball. The finger holes were drilled perfectly and felt way more comfortable than my last ball. Overall 10/10 I wont go anywhere else for bowling gear or coaching. Can't recommend enough.

I think this place especially needs workplace training on how to work with a diverse group of people. Not the owner the other dude was very uncomfortable, confrontational,aggressive, with me and my family. He acted as though he had never worked with people of color and that was very disappointing and disgusting. It just goes to show me that it's still a lot of hate in the 🌎. Ken .. I mean you were dressed in a fitted cap slightly to the side with 🖤 street wear clothing.. Now is that professional attire for such an establishment. Everything thing inside that place had dust and fingerprints all over it. Uggggh. I didn't feel comfortable ordering food due to how I was mistreated. 📴

NT: Really good at keeping the building and things up over time. Great bartenders and really focuses on making bowlers happy. Best leagues and payouts.

Carson Grover: On Tuesday, i Went to the arcade to play some games, when I got there, almost all the games were out of order because of malfunction except one worked. When I got all my tickets from one game, I went to the prize machine and almost all prizes were out of stock. So in my perspective, not a very good arcade, go to a different arcade that has all the games working and good prizes.

I did not like that a place that size only had one sanitizer station and no employees wiping down the games. I wish they had a better system for the go carts. It would also be nice to have easy access video games recharging stations for the game cards instead of waiting in long lines again. I am not a fan of the bar next to the restaurant area were kids are having Birthday parties. I also don't believe places should serve alchohol were children are playing. But in the end the restrooms were very clean!

The building is overcrowded people are too busy drinking their liquor instead of watching their kids it's a unsafe environment for children even though it is a place for kids. Friend of ours rented the private room fir a brithday party it was completely trashed food drinks confetti all over the floor. I don't think there's enough responsible staff most of them are teenage kids was not a good experience will be the last time we go there!

Drove an hour to get to their business only to find out they are closed for a private event… no indication of them being closed on their website or their Facebook. We were very disappointed. I reached out privately on Facebook to express our disappointment and received no reply. We took our money else where and will from now on!

Amber Cooper: Went to Open bowl on a Saturday around noon-thirty and there were plenty of lanes available. It did start to fill up around 3-4pm. We had Pizza and the Italian hoagie and OMGoddness was it delicious! Can't wait to go back and do it all over again!

Spaced things out nicely to handle the influx of bowlers, coaches, parents, and spectators this past Saturday. Great job on handling the Indiana High School Bowling Semi-State Tournament for 2023.

Gamex: Screwed us out of a game bc it takes 20 minutes to get 2 balls out of the machine with it only taking 1 call on the radio to retrieve them.
