Naydean Hobbs: My husband goes there
Lucas Carr: Stopped here while traveling through Ft. Wayne. The gas pump would not accept any of my 3 credit cards. Walked into the station, and on the door it said "card down, cash only" (NOT on the pumps where it would have been useful). I asked the attendent if she could authorize me to fill up as I wasn't sure how much gas I'd need to buy. She said "no, I'm not authorized to do that". Needing cash, I went to their ATM. I took my PIN and card, then did not give me any cash! I asked the attendent, their response was to shrug and say "it should be working". I left and went elsewhere. This place was a joke and had zero care to help customers.

akussr: I stopped at this BP in the middle of the night out of desperation. My infant son woke up screaming his head off and my older boy remembered he needed to pee. I normally wouldn't leave a review for a gas station (they're really kind of the same), but there was a sweet grandmother working the counter who saw my baby flipping out when mom went to the bathroom, and ran out to her car to give him a plush racoon. It was one of the nicest, most caring gestures I've ever seen from a complete stranger. So thank you, your racoon will be forever cherished.
Therese Ryan: I stop in here everyday. Usually the clerk is very nice and friendly. Today a different clerk sighed and rolled his eyes at me when I asked him for lottery tickets and acted like he was doing me a favor ringing up my purchase. I usually look forward to the regular clerk. But if tomorrow when I go there if this guy is back, I will be going somewhere else!

Plus employee of gas station hung up the phone in the middle of inquiring about items within gas station,when I was very polite and respectful during phone call,employee was brash,rushed,and down right rude.
parviNDer Panesar: Customer service very rude. Pumps don't have prepay signs and have option to pay inside but pump won't turn on until you pay inside. If BP want customers to pay first before they pump then you should put prepay signs on each pump and take away option on pumps to pay inside.
David Stack: If I could rate this zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst and rudest staff completely uninformative about what was going on and when I called the next day the manager Jessica hung up on me because of her and adequacy to explain a question.

If you pay with a card they add extra on if it's below a certain amount. I'm not sure that's even legal under contracts with visa and MasterCard.

Paul Fox: I can’t believe I paid four dollars for a SMALL bag of ice. Greed rules this place. Always dirty, half the pumps don’t work, and the staff are rude on good days and outright hostile on bad days.I believe the clerk charged me for the larger bag and was too much a coward to admit he made a mistake.I will avoid this place. I recommend finding anywhere else to shop or to get fuel. I do NOT recommend this place.

Richard Norris: I've had multiple less than pleasurable experiences here. The staff guesses prices on half of the items instead of scanning them, I've gone in and got red bull and get three different prices in one day. Took a lottery ticket in to cash out, and the first thing he asked me is if I bought it at a different gas station, which I did. He then proceeds to tell me he can't cash it. Goes full no habla at this point. ( A few days later they weren't selling lotto at all so I can only assume they got their distributorship revoked.) Overall not that happy with the customer service, but the convenience keeps me coming back...

Mike Morey: Clean, nice staff. Prices are steep on a lot of the merch but it's a gas station. Like the big soda fountain, they have knockoff energy drink on the fountain which is nice as it's less than half what less in a can costs. Gas prices are usually pretty reasonable.
Deb Roberts: BEWARE!!! This location is price gouging as of 3/17/20. I asked they admitted it and I will not longer shop at this location at any time at any point in the future. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!

Mr. Moreno: Terrible not clean never has been seems like the owners are just squeezing every penny they can get outta the place in my opinion and no signs of them putting anything back into remodeling or even inventory from the looks of it.
Dirk Diggler: Every time I stop here, the goofy guy behind the counter stares at me the entire time like I'm a little kid trying to steal candy. Then when I check out, he acts like I'm causing him some major inconvenience and won't say a word to me. I'm done with this place.

Bipolar Motorsports LLC: Worst gas station ever they will take your money and charge you twice. Pumps never work correctly they will charge you then tell you to move to a new pump and charge you again. And tell you to call your bank. Word of advice just dont go there. Very poor customer service
Caden Curry: I sent $21.06 and they took a whole $100 from my account. Then when I called they said it happens to everybody, and every single gas station does that for security measures and the rest will be given back to me within a 24 hour period. Which is a load of bull this is why I usually only go to Shells. I will never come back and I will make sure my family or friends don't ever go there.

Mr and Mrs Smith: Pumps wouldn’t work on pay at pump. Had to go in. Couldn’t see guy because he was sitting eating his breakfast. When I finally found him he had food all over his face. Didn’t speak. I paid and asked if that was it. Over priced gas. Rude service. And a waste of time having to go in to pay with a card on a cold early weekday morning.
Non*e*ya: Go anywhere else! I pulled up to 1 pump and the screen was dead, pulled around to another and it was doing a diagnostic. Finally went to the 3rd pump put my debit card in and screen froze at debit/credit. Went in to see what was going on and attendant was sitting in chair looming at his phone. After making noise and getting his attention he told me it would go through now.. I told him to cancel my transaction and took my business where it will be appreciated

Madison Parker Cruz: I hate this gas station and its my go to gas station (right by my house) when I'm bumming it, and I still get hit on, and the lotto machine is always down, and they got some donuts from the Holy Moly Donut Shop. You won't ever have to touch the door handle tho, bc it's someone there to open it, I don't think he will pickpocket you, but the chances of being attacked by a golden retriever is NEVER ZERO!!!
