John Engineernerd: Overall seemed rundown. I wouldn't say dirty, but not clean. All posters inside are removed so feels like a school cafeteria. Only customers at counter, still took 10 minutes, was given food to go instead of dine in like we'd asked. The kid that took our order seemed like we were bothering him, and chewing gum. Never asked if I needed cream or sugar for my coffee. My wife noticed that a screen was in public view and at one point showed that location had 180 percent more complaints than other local locations. Will not go back to eat in or drive through that location for some time.

I have went through the drive through several times and been told they only have chicken, how does the home of the whopper run out of beef on more than on occasion?Other times I have been told the restaurant has been closed during peak hours and had the employees give me stories about people quitting or management issues which is why they closed.Most recently I stopped at this location and no one was there. Somehow I still had to wait over ten minutes for my burger despite not having any customers in the driveway or in the restaurant.BKs have been slipping for a long time but this location is easily one of the worst.

Not sure there is a tomato shortage (not a problem in the grocery stores) or just lazy employees not prepping food. Nothing like paying more for an item and getting less.

Bree: Just went here with my boyfriend during a long drive, (nov 20, around 8pm) there was a woman working here with her husband as the cook, and I think they may have been the only ones working. She was so super nice, she asked if we would be alright waiting a couple of minutes so she could get caught up and finish changing the oil in the fryers, and expressed her gratitude multiple times when we said that’s fine. Even though it was empty when we showed up, I could tell she’s had a tough busy night. When I got my chicken fries they were fresh, hot, and you could tell they were cooked in the new oil. She gave a coupon for our willingness to wait, and kept thanking us for being so nice. I think during a time when places are so short staffed it is important to be grateful for the employees that can stay smiling through it all.

James Craig: I waited in line for 10 minutes for the cashier/manager to take my order. Mind you, she had NO issue taking the 2 individuals before me who were in line. But when I stepped up, she told me that it would "be a minute"....that became 10 when she spilled a shake and then had to announce to all in the back of her situation and speak on it. All this time, I had my BK app open to use the coupon that I'd selected. By the time she came back, after inputting the WRONG numbers, she asked if I "was aware of her staffing issues?"... My response was that it was of NO concern for me as the customer. My concern was your inability to at least take my order in a timely fashion. By the time you did (and after messing that up)....I lost access to the one use coupon that I had!

Kelly Barlow: Awful experience, never going back. They think its funny to give a vegetarian a chicken sandwich instead of the impossible burger I had ordered. Had I eaten this, I could have been very sick. Staff was very rude; there was what looked like spit on my fries and my drink was also incorrect. They seemed angry and complained about having to make fries saying I was too late when they didn’t even close for another two hours. Do not go here.

Amy Cater: Worse breakfast ever and poor service. I waited ten minutes until someone decided to take my order of French Toast Sticks. Then I took a bite of my french toast sticks and they were so soggy that I felt nauseous. I was going to go up to the cashier and ask for my money back but not a single person was at the counter. So I just threw it away and left. I'm taking my money elsewhere.

Joey Cusimano: Haven't been there in 2 years, since I saw an employee pick their nose then handle food. Well not going back any time soon now, after asking what diet sodas the girl replied diet coke, coke zero and sprite. And I replied oh you have diet sprite? She replied no just diet coke. Then I asked for an extra sauce for my medium orings rings, after a dramatic sigh she said OK. Then forgot to ans told me then next time I'll have to ask for it before the window. No one was behind me and I asked ok can I just pay for it now. And she responded with next time you'll have to ask when ordering. I asked so are you telling me I have to come into the store to pay for an extra zest sauce?!? The nice lady on the counter heard all this and brought me an extra sauce, so that was nice of her. When I got back to work which is just 5 mins away the onion rings were cold and the burger was cold too, not warm but straight up cold.
