Lily Zolman: I love Debrand’s and have been getting chocolate from here for years. The quality is undoubtable but I no longer shop at this location. I have now gone in 2 different occasions and been treated horribly by staff, and so have 2 family members on separate occasions. Ignoring you when you talk to them, look annoyed when you ask for something as if it’s not their job. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, ie; bad day, follow a bad customer encounter but it’s been consistently bad and with different people. We no longer go to the W Jeff. location because of this.

She was reading through the booklet where it mentions eating them by the sell by date on the back of each package. She decided to take a look. Oddly, this one happens to be dated back to last May. I really hope the chocolate she ate wasn’t actually that old. It would be a very disappointing matter if DeBrand is reselling old chocolate. It is already unsettling that the dates are not being checked before putting it out to sell.

Philip Parkison: November 12th is the last day of debrands before Country heritage moves in end of November. I always appreciate the space it provided. It was a hidden workspace from the other coffee shops. I'll miss this place but wish them the best
summer schooley: Each one of the DeBrands Chocolate Franchises are owned by one of the ten Skeksies. The reason why DeBrands Chocolates are so expensive is because they take the life essence of the Gelflings. We must stop the inhumane practices of the big Skeksies, or lower the prices of the dark crystal worshiping chocolate.

However, I DID try the pumpkin gelato with whipped cream on top. It was hands down the BEST gelato I have EVER had. I highly recommend this place for a fun date night. You won’t be disappointed.

John Engelman: They have candy boxes displayed at the front check out for children to read that say, “I love Penis”. My 9year old daughter brought that to my attention. When I called the store manager she didn’t not care about my concerns at all and started to laugh!
