Diane Brown: We went on a Saturday afternoon, and they were really busy.

Dakota Knapp: First day having a membership. Went to the bathroom and it was the nastiest bathroom I've ever seen. Every one of four stalls was completely wrecked with human waste forcing me to clean someone's mess to use the bathroom. As I walked out of the stall there was a man in his underwear changing pants just in the middle of the bathroom, probably stealing but that wasn't my concern. I went out of the bathroom to let an employee know and he walked away from me mid sentence without saying anything in reply. When we entered, the greeter told us we didn't need a membership card right away and we could have the cashier enter our membership number at checkout, but when we got to the checkout the cashier very rudely grilled us for not having a card and asked in a very unpleasant tone: "Is there a reason you didn't stop and get a card?" At this point I don't think I would be returning to Sam's Club for anything, going to look into a Costco membership and see if we can get this one refunded. Horrible experience, and I doubt they even care.EDIT: No one ever reached out to me in any way about any of this. They truly don't care as long as you guys keep dumping money in their pockets.

Rachel Brouwer: The Scan n Go app is the ONLY way to shop! Great produce, more offer the grocery stores don't have much produce stocked. I can always find my favorites at Sam's Club.

Michele: This was my first visit to Sam's Club. We stood in a line for 15+ minutes to get our membership cards. Once we reached the customer service desk we were told that they had run out of the membership cards so we would need to come back. We were given paper receipts with UPC codes. We decided to walk the aisles and see what is available. The place was packed. Families with shopping carts walking side by side across aisles made passing uncomfortable. It was very difficult to walk around. There were a few things we wanted to purchase but long lines with cats full detered us.

Tom Scheffer: For years I was a Costco member and didn't really give Sam's a thought. However, while I still like Costco products the whole experience of getting in and out of Costco became a nightmare. This isn't in reference to only my main store in Ft Wayne as, every Costco I'd go to was the same.Sam's is much more accessible and streamlined at checkout to get you in and out with relative ease and the products have become much better and comparable to Costco with better prices.
