She loves my dog and clearly was introduced and socialized to other animals and people well. My vet had fantastic things to say about the health of my kitten and how well she had been taken care of prior to adoption. Becca Davis: Todd, our 10 month old Golden Retriever just completed his “Puppy Program” for grooming and it was the best deal ever!3 grooming appointments for the price of one to slowly introduce him and desensitize him to the overall process. He loves his groomer Brittney and we were told he was a well behaved boy! He smells and looks fabulous! Win! Win!

Olivia Lopane: Please don’t take your dog here. I have seen so many injuries and neglect to the animals that are taken here. All these good reviews are fake and definitely paid for. The amount of pet deaths I have seen because of their carelessness is a disgrace. Animals get loose and injured constantly. They are so rough with the animals they groom they come out bloody and bruised and hair matted!! Ridiculous. This business needs to be closed down. Taking your sweet pup here is a death sentence.

Jeremy Denton: So I have an aggressive Cane Corso and this is the best place for him. They have big, private kennels for this specific type of dog. They have it setup where everything is hands off so no accidents happen with someone getting bit but yet he can still go outside. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Only negative thing I would say is that it is a little pricey but its worth the money knowing your pet is in good hands with a good safe place for him.

John Miller: I have been using Von Aries for over 3 years now. I couldn't be happier with their services. I have a 4 yr old GSD and a 4 yr old Explosives K9 Mal/GSD mix that can be a handful. I often get called last minute to travel with my K9 and Von Aries has always tried to get him in for a grooming prior to travel if they can. I am extremely happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone. I deal with the public every day. During these times I know it can be tough to deal with people and you cant make everybody happy. Never the less, every time I enter Von Aries the staff has always been Courteous, Kind and Professional. Kudos to you and your staff!!

IUHOOSIERIU: DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! As once loyal customers, we had an extremely disappointing experience here. Our puppy was injured (twice in back-to-back days) while under the “care and supervision” of Pampered Pets. After the second injury, we had to take our puppy to the veterinarian and pay for the care to his injuries and prescribed medication. Both times, not one employee notified us of his injuries. I totally understand that injuries and mistakes happen, especially with puppies. However, it was the lack of transparency that really upset us. After the first injury, we told the staff the following morning that, when we picked our puppy up from daycare the previous day, we noticed had a laceration wound that was still wet with blood. We were told they would keep a closer eye on him. That same afternoon when we picked him up, we noticed he now had a large and very swollen puncture wound from another injury. Again, not one employee notified us of the injury. I brought the incidents to the attention of management, hoping they would provide us with a discount or reimbursement of some kind, for the daycare services or veterinary bill. Unfortunately, we were told the contract they make you sign in order to enroll your dog in daycare has an indemnity clause, which frees them from all injury liability that your dog sustains while under their care. While they aren’t legally liable, the way this was handled was just completely unacceptable business practice and their negligence was glaring. My wife and I are newly weds and we paid very good money hoping our puppy would be safe and properly cared for while we worked. Not only did we not receive the services we paid for, we also incurred extra expenses in the form of a veterinary bill and medications. The lack of transparency and handling of this matter was so disappointing, we will no longer be taking our puppy to Pampered Pets. The only recourse we were offered (which they made VERY CLEAR that they did not legally have to provide us with) was a couple of free days of daycare for future stays. The LAST thing we want is to take our puppy back there. Hope it was worth losing a loyal and paying customer. We have since found a replacement Pet daycare and we could not be happier!

Crystal Ayers: We boarded our cat and dog there for the weekend of our wedding. I was nervous about them being in an unfamiliar place away from us. Looking at the facility, it was clean and the standard rooms were pretty spacious, but they also offer deluxe suites. The staff was very friendly and we even got written reports on how our babies did during their stay. I was impressed and very happy that our cat and dog were in good care.

Wendy Kritikos: Update to original review below. Arrived back at 5 to pick up my dog to find a huge line up of people picking up. Chaos. It's a very short window to pick up a lot of dogs, and with the inflexibility of their pick up times that is to be expected. Gave me a chance to chat with some others in line. Phone calls to check in on boarding dogs are never answered, and voicemails are not returned is the consensus of my pick up line neighbors. They also mentioned that the staff admittedly said to them that if you press 5 as instructed no one will answer and to press 2. Either way, no one answers. They did not tell me the behavior of my dog (did he eat? Who knows...) but to be fair I also did not ask because after all this, and traveling all day, I just wanted to get my dog and go home. Updated to three stars because he seemed happy and healthy when he came out. I will try day care here, but on the fence about boarding especially if I know that I will not be able to check in. It looks like their interaction with the dogs is fine but definitely lacking in human customer service.New to town and this place was highly recommended. I brought my dog for boarding as a first time customer and they specifically asked what time I was picking up on Sunday. I told them between 3-6. No one ever mentioned they don't open until 5. So after a long drive, can't pick up doggo for another couple hours because they are physically unable to turn on the computer. It's his first time boarding anywhere and when I called to check twice, no answer. (press 5 to check in on your pet). Would I be this upset had I known the Sunday pick up deal in advance? Absolutely not. But standing there talking to a manager while my dog is inside the facility and they won't rectify the error they made for the convenience of the customer is infuriating. Im not asking or expecting anything for free I would just like my dog and some common sense customer service. I'll happily change my rating and update the post after I receive my dog who seems to be held hostage.

Tia Strickland: If I could give a 0 rating I would. I scheduled boarding here two weeks in advance of a trip because a few of my Vera Bradley coworkers had recommended this place to me. I had a call and wrote down a detailed list of everything in my planner concerning what I could bring for her, scheduled pick up time, etc. The day before my trip was her drop off day- a Saturday. I got a call at 12:50pm asking if I was coming to drop her off. I said that I would be coming between 6:00 and 7:00pm as discussed (I had asked for the latest possible time when scheduling). She then tells me that they would be closing at 1:00pm. Shocked, I tell her that I would try to get her to them immediately as I live ten minutes away and I already had her things packed. Then she tells me since it was after hours, I would be charged an extra $50. I tell her I had the time I was told written down, and she said that the lady I spoke with had written down a 12:30pm drop off time, that they closed at 7:00 Mon-Fri and that she would still have to charge me $50 because her supervisor wasn’t there and wouldn’t be until Monday. Needless to say, this was beyond frustrating and stressful the day before a long-awaited trip. I also by some miracle managed to find someone else to board with. I found it interesting that while google searching other boarding places, I saw that there closing time was falsely advertised as 5:00pm. Also needless to say I will NOT be boarding with Pampered Pets in the future and I will be sure to let everyone else know the stressful experience I had with them.

Trevor McBride: Given how one of my family members used to work here, we are well acquainted with this charming location!The staff are all friendly and accommodating, and work with all kinds of pets from dawn til dusk!(Or at least, whatever their current work hours are! 😆)

They have nice big runs and rooms to stay that are temperature controlled, the daycare is well managed and payed for new comers and sizes. To top it off, the staff is all very capable and nice to interact with, highly recommend!

I have heard some horrible stories since we have left three weeks ago from more then a hand full of people. I wish I would of taken my dog out sooner. Do not waste your time or money. Communication is poor, cleanliness is not of concern to them, proper training to staff is not a priority, and your dog will be mistreated.

Neon Soul: I highly recommend this place for pets. My fur baby is not use to being away from home and is not a fan of being boarded, but when I do have to board I bring here to PPandB. I can call and check on her through the day and when the worker asked me what they could do to make her more comfy I knew I would continue to be a customer!

Courtney Smith: We use the daycare services at Pampered Pets, and our two goldens LOVE It. They take such good care of them, and the boys are always so tired when we pick them up! The hours are great 7am to 7pm, and really work well for those of us in retail jobs. I love all the add on services like enrichment time where the boys can get one on one play with a daycare attendant. They always have great holiday events, and we love our holiday photos! The staff is amazing there, especially Sherry at the front desk! She knows my puppies so well and is always trying to accommodate them into the schedule. It’s so nice to just have a place to take your full energy puppy to while you work, and know they will be so loved and played with by the time you pick them up! We love Pampered Pets, and they are definitely worth the price!

Robert Stack: Used for many pets but seems to be going downhill. Most recently, dog came back with kennel cough. Wrong bed was given back at pick up and doggo always smells like urine even though we pay for bath. Dog is potty trained as well. They raised rates recently, but added cost didn't come with better or even decent service. Finally, they keep track of stays and money with pen and paper and seem to make many mistakes.
