Cindy Hauschild: I have been putting off get a new cell phone for a couple years because I have always dreaded the process. I finally broke down today and went to this location for one because it's close to where I live and it also got great reviews. I was lucky to get Dallas to help me and he was wonderful. The process was better than I thought and he was very helpful. Whoever the big boss is they need to get him a free lunch from Salvatoris. Because of him I will come back to this location. Thanks Dallas for all of your help!

Called again after 8 weeks and was told "Oh it came in weeks ago, and they canceled the order because you never came to pick it up" What?! Absolute garbage customer service. Do. Not. Use. Go to an actual Verizon store where you can actually be helped.

Courtney Baker: Walked in and it took employees about 20 minutes to even acknowledge or greet me. It’s been roughly 90 minutes and an employee still hasn’t helped me. I am a brand new customer. Not really happy and currently rethinking my decision to switch providers to Verizon as I continue to sit in their lobby.
Marcin Rżyski: When I went to visit this Verizon location today I wanted to purchase an iPhone 12. Knowing that they close at 9pm, I thought 30 min should be more than enough time to make an upgrade. However, the gentleman told me that they close in 30 minutes and wasn't fearful of showing his frustration with the situation. He informed me that they won't be able to help me at all. I was very disappointed because I was being polite and explained what I was in there for. At least give me options to feel more welcome even the next day? A representative didn't even make an effort to let me know that they open tomorrow at 9. Now I don't even want to go back there because I'm scared I'll get yelled at that I'm wasting their time. Generally I wouldn't recommend Verizon to anyone and I may be switching a provider for something that isn't overpriced.

Amber Smith: I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to the location to upgrade my son's phone which was a 5G phone. Keep in mind I said upgrade. I handed the gentleman the phone we are upgrading from and told him I wanted something similar to this. Only for him to sale me a 4G phone. A downgrade. Not an upgrade. When I got home, I realized in the top corner it was 4G. Called to figure out why it wasn't 5G to be told it is a 4G phone. I asked them to return my money as that is not what I wanted. He told me I would still be charged $25. I asked what is the $25 for he said I don't know that's what the system charges. So I asked what's the cheapest 5G phone he said 250. Well crickett has cheaper 5G phones so why should I have to pay more koney to be out 25 when you didn't sale me an upgrade as we talked about? The man hung up on me. I will NEVER use this location again. I am currently in this situation due to another cricket error when buying the original phone to begin with. As insurance on the wrong phone and it couldn't be fixed. I can see if I made an error then fine that's on me. But here I have had 2 issues made by cricket employees and neither probl solved but for.me to continue to come out of pocket more money.
Jason Henkle: While this location might be small don't let it fool you! We went to two other locations where we were not helped at all. This one was more than willing to take our business, sell me a phone, and port two numbers. Even with one minor problem of a pin number, I think we were done in less than 20 minutes. The employee, Thom K, was super nice and amazing!

I walked in the Verizon store round 12:35 and soon as I walked in there was a young girl working there name Jayda Mahon she had a really bad attitude from a minute I walked in, as I was trying to add two more lines for my business, and I kept asking questions. What’s the best deal and she would tell me she don’t know. I simply asked her if she could find out or login to my information and give me a price she told me that, she will not do that and I could leave go to another store. I was shocked and I grabbed her business card and left. I would not want to do business with a People like that. Hopefully somebody higher up will see this issue and fix it I do not blame Verizon as I’ve been with them for many years, but some people like her, will give the store bad reputation. that’s all I got to say.

karli b: If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to get a new phone, the young man states they have a promotion of $800 off your new iPhone, any condition as long as it turns on and off. Today I walk in to drop the phone off and the lady points out every flaw she can find on the phone and tells me my trade in value won’t be much. She also wrote down the wrong GB for my trade in but not noticed until I got home. Very unprofessional and need to be clear with what you’re selling. Don’t recommend this location, scammed.
Josh Quintana: I had a problem with two of our family’s iPads, and I was pleasantly surprised when the representative, who is named Seth, was able to solve my issue and get both iPads up and running in less than 10 minutes. On top of this, he apologized for the iPads, not working, solved the issue and there was no charge for the service. overall great experience thank you Seth for providing a great experience.

I said yes and then she told me to go to Best Buy..lol that's not good business practice shifting a customer to someone else. Been with AT&T probablylonger than she is old. I have always had a prepay account by my own choice. The same # also from the start. Her attitude and demeanor makes me rethink my loyalty to ATT as I'm shopping at BEST BUY... I think corporate would be real happy about this LOL

I ordered phones online and there was a huge problem with that. Reluctantly then I was forced to go into the store to sign up for service. I was there for 4 HOURS. FOUR. HOURS. I. SAT. and waited for phone. Then TYPICALLY a PROFESSIONAL asks all the plan details. I was not asked which plan option I wanted at all. I literally TOLD them I did not want the insurance nor any additional add-ons and all that was STILL added to my bill. Then come to find out that particular woman I worked with had LITERALLY. PUT SOMEONE ON MY PLANS NAME AS "AHOLE" so that when he called anyone thats what came up on thier caller i.d. How anyone in the customer service industry could be SO..ENTIRELY. UNPROFESSIONAL. is just beyond me. FURTHERMORE..then my phone had a problem transferring numbers from our old t-mobile accounts and my mother didn't have service on her phone for 2 days and I couldn't even call her to know that it was a problem and spent at least a total of 4 hours on the phone with customer service the following days trying to get this issue resolved. The transition was absolutely horrible and i HIGHLY reccomend that if you are switching to at&t to not go to this store in particular.

Jerimee Haiman: The wonderful woman who’s name starts with an A (I don’t want to butcher the spelling) went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, personable, and handled our two new lines while also helping a family without sacrificing the attention from one or another. She made the entire process as stress-free as possible, and if she isn't a manager, I would love to see her as so the next time we visit. She rocks!
Deven Cobb: I went in this AT&T location with the very complex and somewhat confusing situation Right away I was direct to management like I expected I would be given my situation. The manager was very patient and friendly as well as a Attentive She listened everything I had to say and then based on what I had to say She decided I needed a new SIM card So within minutes my phone was back working again I was able to make calls and left without being charged anything This was my 1st experience at this location and overall it was a good experience much better experience than I had at the corporate store on Jefferson road They could really learn a thing or 2 from her over there. For now on any problems I have or any upgrades I have Will only be done at this store

jakestutzman2: I had been to this store a couple times in the past and other than the sketchy location (dirty shared parking lot with a Showgirl) my most recent experience started off really well. Jessica (the "boss's boss") was running the store and was handling a lot with the Cricket outage that was currently going on. I had to buy my wife a new iPhone and wasn't prepared to spend iPhone 14 money but it's all they had in stock. Jessica told me that she would "work me a deal" if I bought the case and the accessories. So I let her pick out accessories she recommended, specifically a $50 screen protector that she said "would not cost me $50." I had total trust in her and let her ring me up and quickly left the store so she could help the other customers behind me. When I got home, she had not discounted anything and charged me in full for everything she sold me. I work in retail and value trust and this is not how you earn that. I called the next day and spoke with another lady who said she would call Jessica and see what they could do. It's been several days and I have not heard anything. Long review for a somewhat petty reason I understand but again, trust is everything to me and when I can't trust the boss, how can I trust the employees..

Steven Strahm Jr: Phone has been out of service for the second day. I was able to call the store off wifi and asked about the outage and was told by an employee at this location they didn't have a eta on restoration. I thought it to be unethical selling phones to customers when you know the network is down and have no eta on a time it will be working again. When I asked if customers were going to be compensated or reimbursed for the loss of use of their service that they pay for in advance I was told its not really our fault this is all service providers right now which was not true. He continued to justify not reimbursing me for a service I prepaid for even though through no fault of my own the service does not work. He then said it will be on by 1 pm which is strange because before you had no eta and now you know its 1pm. Also when I asked him why he would sell phones when the network is down and knowing people are paying for a service they will not be able to use as soon as they leave the building where they just bought it his response was if people want to buy a phone we are going to sell them one. Just know that guys and gals, even if the company or phone won't work for your needs you are paying for they will sell it to you anyways because it's not their fault.

I was getting nowhere trying to migrate from Xfinity wireless to an annual prepaid ATT account on my old iPhone 7+. Dennis explained the best options for me, as well as the pitfalls of annual prepaid plans. He dealt with all the overseas twists and turns of canceling my ATT transfer, then set me up with a monthly Verizon plan. Now I'm dealing with a helpful local business if my needs change! Highly recommended.
John McFann: These folks are the best. I first went to them 10 years ago (or so) to escape Verizon's high rates. They saved me a lot of money at the time. Today I visited them to switch to a provider that would supply voice and text at a reasonable cost and allow me to purchase data as needed over the minuscule monthly amount I currently had. The carrier was picked, but it took a while for the previous carrier to release the line. They sent me home with the instructions to put the new SIM card in when my phone quit working. It finally did and I switched...but the phone showed "no service. Locked SIM card". The were closed at the time but I emailed them and they responded right away. I gave them them my land line number, they called me right back and spent about a half hour with me resolving the problem. If you want customer service, Apex Wireless is the place to go.
