Their employees got in an argument when I told them we had been waiting 30 minutes and asked if it was our turn because they "thought we left" even though we were standing in front of their faces for 30 min??? Then their host came to me and said it was my fault they didn't take a name because I didn't communicate well enough HAHA how about learn how to run a restaurant and treat customers and not blame them when you can't keep track of your own line. Never returning. Didn't stay. NASTY EMPLOYEES. While we were leaving other guests told us they didn't want to eat there after seeing how those employees were acting too. Shameful but that's how the owner has always ran the place in my experience of them closing early and other shames.

Michael McCorkle: Came in during a business trip on BOGO Tuesdays. Got 10 traditional with BOGO, but before I left, I realized I had only gotten half the order so far and asked if they could make the rest or adjust the ticket. They said they can't, but to come in the next day and they would give me the other wings on the house. Came in the next day, neither Cheyenne or her manager was here even though I was told they would be, and supposedly the shift lead couldn't contact either one of them, so I had to head back to my hotel, 20 minutes out if the way. Will not be stopping at this location again, and would recommend another in the area or another restaurant in general. Sad because I used to live buffalo wild wings, but the way they handle situations and management is terrible.

Cherokee Ursery: My family and I walked in. There were two other families ahead of us. (We are an African American family. The two other families were white.) Lily (server who is non-black herself) helped the two families ahead of us. Once seating these two families, she proceeded to do any and everything else she could think rather than come back and seat my family. She never even spoke to or acknowledged us. Never took a second to look our direction once we approached the podium to be seated. After standing there about ten minutes, a different server came to greet and seat us. After being seated, I asked to speak with a manager. Jerica came over to the table looking very annoyed with us and uninterested. She looked as if we were truly bothering her and she’d rather be elsewhere… not to mention the constant eye rolling. I expressed the problem to her and she seemed very nonchalant and kinda “so-whatish”. This is not the first time we’ve had this racial experience at this specific location. I will definitely never be back!

kevin bird: Wow, I had an order to pickup (through uber) and when I walked in there were 17 other people crammed into the front of the store waiting for food. It was a Saturday afternoon but I've never seen a Wingstop so behind. I know people aren't paid enough but the guys making the food didn't seem to be in a hurry. I felt bad for the manager, she was bagging all the orders and trying at least. Once my food was ready I then had to wait for ice to be put in the soda machine. Overall I wasted an hour there at the store.

At 7:05 i went up to the counter to check the status of our food and was told that we were waiting on fries... 5-10 minutes later our chicken came out cold and with no fries... after everyone had eaten their chicken they brought out 5 of the 6 fries (didn't even try to get the 6th fry because of the way things had gone to to that point) . During all this SEVERAL to go orders came and went... overall bad experience that we won't risk repeating

My daughter ordered bone-in chicken wings and was served boneless. And those were cold as well. My 2 granddaughters' food was not warm. The fries were a very nasty taste potato. They had NO CRUNCH on them whatsoever. We waited for way too long to get our food for it to be cold when it came to our table. My daughter took the girls to the restroom and there was no toilet paper in the restroom. They said something to them and no one went to put paper in either one of the restrooms! This place is a restaurant so why are they not checking their restrooms? I will NEVER GO back inside that restaurant again.

Micah Barcalow: My wife and I met family here for a meal. I hadn't been in years due to my wife's Celiac diagnosis. Much to my surprise, they are able to accommodate her needs with a gluten free fryer. Our wings and fries were delicious, and our service was excellent.Celiac note: there is not a gluten free menu, but some wings and fries can be made in a separate fryer. Be sure to specify on your order and ask about sauces.Accessibility note: sidewalk leading to the entrance is not very accessible, so a wheelchair would have to approach from a distance.

After 45 minutes we asked why no one was being seated and were told they were very busy.. Mind you we were the only ones waiting for a table at this time. Tia Burke: This was our 1st time there and we lived it. My daughter's and I got their $15.99 meal deal and split it, plus added corn on the cob and 2 drinks. Our total was less than $25, for 3 people. The food was amazing. My favorite flavor was the Lemon Pepper and 1 daughter's was the Hawaiian and the other was Honey BBQ. We will definitely be back.

Ellie Neuerburg: Ordered take out on a Thursday towards the end of March, only thing that was great was the taste of the food. We were told the order would take 45 minutes, which was understandable considering it was a Thursday, but we waited well over an hour with hardly any attention to the order while we stood at the pick up counter for nearly 20 minutes after our time. When the food was brought out, half the order was missing. The food was brought back out to us all shoved into one bag (5 boxes and all sauces) with a mess of sauce over the containers. We got home to eat and the food really wasn’t that warm anymore, as if it had been sitting behind the counter for a while before it was given to us. Also, be warned, if you order cheese curds to go, you are paying the same price for less than half an order you would get if dining in. Still 4-stars out of hopes this experience was based on the busy evening.

Laura Brown: Service at this location has moved at a snails pace. Or slower for several visits over the past 6 months. It took over an hour after we placed our order to receive food at a table of four. It was only moderately busy and we saw at least 4 servers.The two kids had planned on ordering chicken strips but when the server came to take our order she told us they were out of ALL breaded products. That tid bit of information would have been nice to know when we were seated.We ended up ordering burgers and wings. The burgers had absolutely no flavor. The wings were a good size, but all of the food was cold. The fries were flavorful but floppy. Clearly our food had been sitting around for quite a while before it was actually brought to the table.When we were ready to leave we asked for boxes and our server disappeared. After waiting ten minutes I went to the counter to ask for boxes and saw our server taking another table's order like she forgot we even existed.We've given this location plenty of tries. After this visit with zero improvement on any aspect, we will not be returning.

Destiny Forker: I always have great experience here! We always sit in the bar and have great service! I LOVE the new Honey Garlic sauce! Only issue is they always run out the day the get it or the next! It would be awesome if you could order extra since it goes so fast. Also if you all could keep it on the menu since it sells so good!

Andrea Vander Sloot: I ordered to go, arrived at my pick up time to see a line of people also waiting for their to go order, some people waiting over an hour past original pick up time. We saw people come in to dine in get there food and leave all while still waiting for my to go order. I eventually canceled my order and wanted my money back. I was told it had to go through corporate office and now a Month later and no help from Buffalo wild wings I AM STILL WITHOUT MY MONEY.......

Chester saylor: Waited 35 minutes to pickup my order last night . Can't eat inside because the smell of the restaurant is nauseating. My chicken wrap was soggy and overloaded with lettuce. I wouldn't even consider the wings here mediocre. It is overpriced garbage.

Samurai Kav: Whatever time your take our order says it will be done, add 15-20 minutes to it. I've ordered take out from here quite a few times and I quickly learned they don't start the order until I walk in to pick it up.

Heather Main: Order bone in wings ....... and they were under cooked...... spent 80 on under cooked chicken wings and the rest was cold...... plus we waited for a hour and half......... now we are back to get our credit for that order....... and they messed it up again........ so now waiting almost 2hrs .......... this place is a joke...... never again......

Judi Brunow: Got the order wrong and late. Glad I was getting to go because dining area empty and lobby full. Why? Only one waitress on BOGO night. And no one stepping up to help. Very poor planning.
