Julie Korpilahti: New management. Did not require waiver to jump. Well, better for customer- can sue. They said when they are busy, they don't worry about it. Also did not separate big kids from little kids (even asked). Both big, and little, can get seriously injured if big kid is doing flips, and alittle kid runs through. Pure chaos here....and really dirty.
Susie M: Extremely disappointed! At my last visit, I was mislead into purchasing a $45 punch card that was basically bound to expire before having a chance to use it. And of course, I find out there’s an expiration date at my next visit (4 days after it expires).I requested the manager and spoke to a young male that was rude and disrespectful. He held the punch card eye level to my face and said “You can read the expiration date right here!” as he pointed to the small print. His tone and reaction was very unprofessional and not necessary.I’m disappointed an employee would fail to mention an upcoming expiration date at the time of sale. I’m even more disappointed a manager doesn’t have the decency to speak in a professional manner. Because of this experience, I will not renew my membership or have upcoming birthday celebrations here.

Leslie Robertson: The only time that it's not totally packed is during the week. My kids love to play here, but I grit my teeth because it's dirty. I have never seen anyone clean anything while I've been here. Not tabletops, concessions area, bathrooms, lockers...nothing. Also, there are always a handful of disrespectful jumpers that constantly bounce/run across the entire trampoline areas. The first time we were ever here, my daughter broke her leg. Bottom line, they need to hire a few more people to concentrate on cleaning and policing the jumpers. Lord knows they can afford it with the amount of money they're pulling in. And is there any way to clean or replace the blocks ?? Yuck.

Mom Survival: I’m so impressed with this place. I went back when I was I high school and again in college and now this past weekend and they have continued to evolve and update things to keep it interesting and fun. We took our toddler to toddler time in the morning and I was worried he was too little for it but he absolutely loved it!!! The staff were so good about not only answering questions and keeping everything clean but making sure big kids weren’t being too rough where the toddlers were. Literally was the best experience. We will be back !

Logan Crandall: Decent place to take the kids. Alot of bounce houses, arcade games, and other fun activities. I haven't tried to food or anything, but a lot of people order pizza. They have long tables for bigger parties for birthdays or whatever you may want. They also have a little mini golf course and a playset inside. They have the areas split so that my older kids can go play, and my 1 year old has his own little area with smaller houses that the big kids don't mess with too much.

Seemed to me more interested in making money and not protecting the younger kids. Would never recommend. Too bad I actually had to give 2 star cuz I’d have rather given no stars. Pathetic service

You have 16/17 year olds in the bounce houses with 2/3 year olds- VERY DANGEROUS!! No employee to man the Bounce houses to ensure everyone’s safety! They were too busy standing around laughing & talking with their manager! SAD!!!2. It’s the FILTHIEST place I’ve seen!! No hand sanitizer ANYWHERE! No napkins ANYWHERE!! All of the Bounce Houses are EXTREMELY DIRTY!! There is NOTHING CLEAN ABOUT THIS PLACE AT ALL!! THIS PLACE IS A BREEDING GROUND FOR SOME SERIOUS GERMS!!I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS PLACE IS ALLOWED TO OPERATE!!Definitely reporting them to the Code Enforcement & the Board of Health-ASAP!!

Rosie West: The bounce houses and slides are a little outdated some patched with a colored duct tape, it was super packed when we arrived, (1st timer here) and continued to crowd as well. My daughter's (1&2) had a blast they didn't wanna leave, we didn't eat but the pizza looked very good. They had a huge selection of arcade games, to be as packed as it was the floors were fairly clean, the bathroom.... Well let's say I stepped in and immediately stepped out! This is a great place to let the kids have fun,but just a tip if you're kids are 1&2 ages I would recommend 1 parent per kid.

The only thing that was not very clean was the restroom according to my wife but we will definitely be back as this was a great place to go for the kids to have a blast and not break the bank.4 kids ages 2-12 and all of them loved it!

Also somehow adding a sense of organization/safety measures to the free bounce house equipment. There were so many children on one I was concerned about the safety of my children. The environment today was exceptionally over stimulating and chaotic.
Taylor Marie: So many of the things are broke or ripped. The bottom platform of the climbing apparatus is broken and definitely a safety hazzard. Very disappointed this year and will not return next year for my daughters birthday. most of the bounce houses are taped because they have holes in them.

Planning events is hard enough but they made the bouncehouse part so convenient and easy. Best experience Ive ever had with any company definitely recommend to all.

Crystal Coleman: James did a performance that was geared toward the kids’ age rage. He was very patient with some kiddos who were excited and had a hard time staying seated and being quiet. He even involved some of the older kids who think they’re too old but also still really want involved. This definitely added some fun to the party and I’d recommend!
Dale: We hired James at a Christmas work party. Even with a group of adults he was very entertaining and the co-workers really enjoyed his show. He was very entertaining, funny and engaging. This was fun because it was something different to do at a party.

Blake Sebring: I witnessed James keep a group of about 15 children completely entertained and maintain their attention for 45 minutes even though there was a playground about 20 yards away with a bunch of other kids playing on it. The children ranged in age from about 2 to 10, and the adults were having fun as well. That takes more skill than simply performing a few tricks. It was obvious he is a pro's pro.

Trina Hopkins: Sign Gypsies were so easy to work with. The signs are great quality and matching the theme for of his party too. The signs stayed up even with wind and never moved. All the neighbors loved seeing them and it made the birthday boy’s day!

Jeremy Workman: Awesome VR services as always. We keep coming back because they rock at hosting, and now offer some fun escape rooms. Recommended for birthday parties of 2-6 people, although they can handle larger. I recommend coming about 10 minutes early to make sure you use your slotted time. Also, I would inform them that if any members are their first time doing VR, so they can assist them with a brief tutorial prior to VR Escape room. Maybe recommend to first timers to book a short 15-30 minute session prior, so they feel confident on how to navigate.

Joseph Sheldon: Experience was amazing from start to finish, made booking online, got there and got into the action within 5 minutes of being there. Did the alice VR escape room and must say was a definite 10/10 recommend. Will be visiting again soon. Super clean facilities and helpful staff.

Chester Tejido (Cham): We played Alice which is one of the games to play for escape rooms. Really fun. The staff gives out clues if you get really stuck and really friendly to new players.
