Jody Thomas: Great beer made in house and good food including vegan options. Nice casual atmosphere.

Sam Sachs: Cool local brewery with a good selection of beer and food options. The location is in an old building outside of downtown with a pretty cool vibe. Lots of outdoor seating and a good amount of indoor seating as well. We tried a hazy IPA and a sour beer and liked both. For food we got the pretzel and chili tater tots. Both were about average for brewery food. Bonus points given because they are family friendly and have a dedicated kids menu. Always appreciated for us beer loving parents!

Cliff G: We ordered one drink. I had the Red Beauty, which is a red Irish ale. It was pretty good and the bartender was very sociable so it was nice. I would need to go again before giving it more stars, but it was a good first impression.

Ellie Neuerburg: Overall a fairly good experience. I would go back for sure, but not my top choice. My favorite part was the wine slushy, everything else was pretty mediocre. Went about two hours until closing so I’m sure staff were ready to go home, but they were very quiet, unwelcoming, and cold. I had also asked for tater tots with my meal instead of chips but it was brought out to me wrong. I decided not to ask for them to remake it since it was so close to closing, but that was very disappointing. Atmosphere was good and my group enjoyed the games, although they are semi-outdated, incomplete, some pretty unsanitary, and the selection wasn’t too large. Like I said, would go back but not a favorite of mine.

David De leon: I never felt more humiliated in my entire life, I was excited to go for first time to hop river brewery, my wife wanted to go there to celebrate her coworker’s retirement, I sat on the bar for over 20 minutes trying to buy a drink for my wife, to my surprise it seems like I was invisible, a lot people came and go and got service, I felt so embarrassed looking how other people get service but me, it took another customer to point out that I have been waiting for a while before someone acknowledged me.I guess Latinos we are not welcome, I was the only Latino on the bar that never got service.
