He never read court docs, lied in court several times to the point the judge had to call him out on it, he didn't know anything about the case when asked he blamed his secretary on email malfunctions. And dropped the case 2 weeks before trial, after assuring us that he had this in the bag. He will rob you blind if you are not from his town.

I didn't like the way of calculating/promising what I will get. No one can guarantee anything in court. No client's update, paid every small communication until retainer finished just for updates. Nothing significant/non-significient done in whole retainer amount. Can't judge all lawyers in the firm, just hired one!

None of us enjoy it when we go through a divorce and need to hire an attorney, but Randy could not have been any better. Three things that are extremely important in an attorney is that they are knowledgeable, responsive, and professional and Randy is all 3 perfectly. He is also the perfect balance of calm when he needs to be but intense if he has to be. Also, I never ever felt like I was being billed for something that was not accurate which also gave me great peace of mind. He actually is very respectful of the money you are spending. After feeling misled I checked around with other attorneys who told me I was absolutely being misled and I needed to consider hiring new representation. I ended up getting new representation for less than half the price of Don and had the case resolved in about 30 days. Don never responded to me again after I asked for *some of my money back. He took $3500 for doing absolutely nothing for me. Please, if you need an attorney do NOT hire Don Swanson

Wallace claimed he DOES give his cell number out, but secretary states totally opposite, that he NEVER gives it out.Just one example of horrible communication. He took $2500.00 first time he heard my voice on the phone for a wrongful protective order. I was calling to speak to Mrs Smith, not Mr Wallace. The wrongful order placed against me was 11 LONG MONTHS after “the incident!” The protective order was merely to silence & remove my 1st amendment rights, only after hearing I was going to finally expose THE TRUTH, after years of being silenced. Other ex-employees tried to speak at council meetings also, but always shut down. I kept standing, so the punishment became more severe & resulted in unfair protective order. Nowadays victims get “punished.” Someday that will change. Being silent & silenced about abuse in a govt workplace is wrong. Nowadays there’s punishment for telling THE TRUTH, which I will always do, no matter the money, the punishment or the power.I had enough of poor communication from Wallace. I called trying to get my $2500.00 back, as I never signed ANY agreement. When he finally did call me many weeks later, the caller ID came up as my Post Office Number. That’s very odd.Keep searching for another attorney, unless you have unlimited amounts of time, cash & patience. I strongly agree with other reviews regarding very poor communication.Paralegal extended this potential case unnecessarily, without even telling me, until after she canceled. Had I known, I definitely would’ve shown up on actual court date. He ignored my numerous attempts to reach him, just to milk it out & keep my $2500, in spite of not wanting him as my lawyer & not signing anything.If you or others are a whistleblower wanting justice, my experience/my advice is go elsewhere. She informed us that at first only mom mom could go back for confidential information, but then I could come back. My mom wanted me with her in case I remembered things and would be able to remind her if she forgot. Eileen never did allow me to come, and instead left me waiting in the waiting room for an hour. After my mom finished, she expressed that the hope and confidence she originally had about having a case was gone. This attorney was rude, and disrespectful. My mom said that she would be trying to tell more information and the attorney would just start talking over her. When the attorney would pause, my mom would continue with giving information, and the attorney told her “ I wasn’t finished talking, I was taking a breath. It’s very rude to interrupt, and the judges here in Fort Wayne do not tolerate it well either.”Had I been in there, we would have walked out right then.She stole the confidence and drive my mother had only an hour prior. If they didn’t want to take the case, they could have easily said that they weren’t taking cases or that it didn’t interest them and I would have looked elsewhere. The attorney said she would contact my mom tomorrow, or if not, my mom could call the following business day.I’m sorry, what?If you, as an attorney, are not confident and eager to take a case, why would you be entrusted to win a case? If you do not instill confidence and hope in a potential client, why would you even think you would be hired? If you don’t enjoy your day job ( obviously) find another. The only great thing I can say about this office was the original lady on the phone. She sounded like the blonde girl next to Chris’s office. Blonde girl, you deserve a better environment that shines like you!I would never recommend this place.

rodney barnes: I was referred to this office by a friend. I called to talk to Attorney Christopher Myers about a case I wanted to pursue. The woman that answered the phone was unprofessional and rude! I called back a day later and left a message for Attorney Christopher Myers with the same rude woman who answred the day before. She rememberd me because I called her out on how unprofessional she is. So I doubt that Attorney Christopher Myers ever got my message form the website, or the message I left with this woman to contact me concerning my case. Day number 3 now and still haven't gotten a return call back..... So to anyone considering this office dont waste your time!! Staff is Unprofessional, rude, slow, and unresponsive. Who needs, or wants those kind of qualities in an office when searching for an attorney to represent them. I deffinately would not recommend this office, or any of the Attorneys that work in this office. Based on how rude the staff is. I'll more than gladly take my business, and money elsewhere.
