Brett Zimmerman: Working with Shawn was one of the best experiences I've had in training. I was at a point of frustration and ready to give up on competitive powerlifting. I met Shawn at a meet where I watched him squat 700+ with a belt and knee sleeves. I contacted him the next day and through the next few months he began to personalize a training regimen for me. Over the next couple of years i set personal bests in squat and bench and my total. He recognizes your weakness (as long as you are honest about everything in training) and listens to you. He is not a cookie cutter do it this way or else kind of coach. Shawn saved me from a huge rut. He is also very good at helping with your mental game. He has been there and done it. And in my opinion worth every penny and then some.10 out of 5 stars! 😉

Carlos Chiroque: Worst experience ever. Before taking their services, I called to reconfirm if they can help me with the short frame time I had to present my final results to USCIS and they confirmed they could do it. When I got my bloodwork, they told me I had to get another bloodwork for MMR as a part of a process. (I didn’t understand why should I do another one but I did it in order to complete it)They were planning to give me my results after 6 days (it was my next appointment) and then, they contacted me 1 day before to ask me another bloodwork because they need to prove everything is good with me because of a treatment I got before. Then, when I was trying to reach them by phone, Sri the person responsible was never attending, she was always busy. DR Gonzales NEVER contacted me since day one. He only attended me the day that they were suppose to give me my results but because I was complaining they put me in contact with him. Today is my due date to present all these documents to USCIS and Dr Gonzales is not available because he’s practicing Good Friday.I literally waste my time in this place and I waste my almost 500$. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend this terrible place. RUN AWAY.
B Sabellico: Dr Gonzalez is not just a knowledgeable Doctor, I feel he cares about me getting better. He took the time to listen to what I was going through with my knee pain, even though there were other patients waiting. He then treated me accordingly, and my pain has lessened . I have been living with pain for such a long time, and I accepted that it would never go away.My life has changed since treatment from Dr Gonzalez, and I truly feel blessed that I was referred to him.If you’re in pain don’t accept it, maybe you’re reading my post for a reason…You will not know unless you try. Don’t accept pain, no one deserves it. Especially when there is in my opinion, someone who can help. My life is forever changed for meeting Dr Gonzalez.. Thank you sir for helping me.

Ashwini Durve: Highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez and his team for immigration related medical exam. Everything was very efficiently handled. Right from the time I made the appointment till the delivery of the paperwork, the team explained instructions and managed the process well. They were prompt with any required vaccination prescriptions as well. Special shout out to his team member Jennifer, who has excellent bed side manner and was very pleasant to work with. Shan Anis: Was very pleased to find out that my gym has a uscis civil surgeon. I got my green card medical exam done here at LIFE*MOD and it went as smooth as it possibly could. Dr. Gonzales and his staff are excellent and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Ceri Williams: Had a great experience with LIFE*MOD getting my medical exam for the GC process. I'm very surprised to see one of the other reviews criticized the staff, my experience with them was very positive. I called a few different places in JC looking for help understanding the fees and process, and the staff at LIFE*MOD were by far the most helpful and patient. Dr Gonzales was clear, friendly and efficient. Warm and professional service all round.

Rohit Singh: Dr Gonzales is very good and knowledgeable. The staff is horrible though that is why I did not give a 5 star. The staff will call you 10 times when they want to make an appointment and charge fee upfront. However once fee is paid out then everything is random. You will have to follow up multiple times to get a follow up visit appointment. Be prepared for some delays. Overall positive experience and satisfactory results delivered by them at the end of the day. Wish they could improve the coordination with patients.
Shijing Lu: I did medical exams with the clinic, it cost me few hundred buck and more than a month to get the results! I kept calling them, all responses were “I will leave a notes for … will call you back”, and never called me back
