    James McNulty: Leave driver notes that we are out of supplies like condiments, plates. He never supplies them. Machines are constantly breaking down
    Michelle Kessler: Had to call to get refund when machine wouldn't give the product. I have to wait for refund to be mailed because they are to last to walk upstairs and knock on the door.

    Dave M: Kevins' 5 star coffee service is the only reason AW gets one star. I work for a company that operates within 5 minutes of Anthony Wayne, and we cannot keep our machines full. WE HAVE 5 EMPLOYEES! Turnover seems to be a major crux of their issue, that said if you are afforded another option, I'd choose it. Unless you're after coffee, Kevin is the man.*EDIT*Letter came today saying "due to the lack of sales" they are coming to pick up our vending machine. The thing has been empty 75% of the time it's been here. Hard to buy things that aren't available. Fantastic service, just brilliant.

The vending machine service leaves a lot to be desired and numerous calls and complaints have fallen on deaf ears. So if you are just wanting coffee service, go for it. If you are looking for other vending..........good luck.
    Alex Stead: If you want a horrible vending machine company that barely shows up and doesn’t understand the concept of demand this company is for you. They just throw in the machine whatever they got laying around on the truck with no rhyme or reason. That’s after they show up after two weeks of it sitting empty.
    David McConnehey: Never had an issue with them on either side. When they vended, it was always good friendly service. When I worked there, the bosses were easy to talk to. Great place to take your business.

    Deborah Sanders: Even though they came and filled the revolving machine yesterday, it will take neither cash nor cards now. Previously refused cash but would keep it if somebody was dumb enough to put any in. This has been an ongoing issue since November 2016. Buyer Beware!!
    Scott Banke: Absolutely Terrible vending service! I have never had worse service from any company. They have mostly expired food in our vending machine, and never refill our soft drinks. I call constantly to complain only to hear "we'll be out to take care of that" and its only very temporarily fixed.

    edward davis: Will give dates,however I bought a fryer for my restaurant. Never ever buy any equipment from this place . Bought Dec.17,2021 ,my fryer still isn't working.had certified appliance guy look at it said there was a spider web in pilot light. 160.00. Fires up when temp reaches 350° shuts off. Refrigeration guy saidneeded couple parts told me to talk to Atlas.i did and Atlas told me 7 days to return.not on any paper work was not told that either.was delivered 2 weeks after I bought it. Had guy come to check ck it out. This biz will con you just fair warning.

    Angie Bracey: I purchased all of my major restaurant equipment from this company, brand new. My biggest regret while opening my restaurant. During delivery my equipment was dented and scratched and interior refrigerator rack brackets were broken and they would do nothing about it. My convection oven is less than three years old and had to have a new part put in that cost almost $400. And now my brand new refrigerator that I bought needs a new control board at the price of $400. Of course just out of warranty. They are selling brands that are junk! Per the service professionals, they work on these brands constantly. Next time I purchase a piece of equipment I will be consulting with the company that fixes restaurant Equipment and find out what brand they never have to work on! I guarantee it will be a brand that Atlas restaurant supply carries
    czarnoff: They had what I wanted for a price I was willing to pay. I had gone to several other places and not found what I wanted. It seems like a good place to get equipment for not only restaurants, but also church and club events also. It might also be worth a browse before Thanksgiving or large family gatherings.
    big tuna: A place to go to the hard to find items that you're looking for at home or at a restaurant the staff is always been very helpful and they have along with new equipment used equipment as well and their prices for both new and used are very reasonable

In an era where middle men are often cut out of the equation, I can’t help but feel that their business model is doomed to fail due to the internet’s ability to purchase equivalent products direct from the source.

    Richard Piccolo: My wife and I went to Sullivan's Steakhouse in Indianapolis (March 23, 2016); and I ordered "...just coffee, please. Black." I love good coffee just as much as the next person, but this coffee was fantastic. After my second cup, I asked the waitress if she knew what kind of coffee they serve, and she promptly replied that it was Cadillac Coffee; and that they had just changed to it. I told her how good it was, and that I'm going to have to see just how I can get some for myself. Hopefully I can make it the same - no matter what specific kind it was. We'll try them all.
