Mandalore Ward: My first time here! I had high hopes after reading reviews before I got here, and I wasn't let down!My appointment time was for 1400. I got here just after 0500 and parked. I took a quick nap since they weren't open yet. I checked in just after 0730, fully expecting them to have me waiting until closer to my appointment time to get loaded. I would have been ok with that since I was VERY early.I guess since I was precooled, I got put in a door 5 minutes later. I was loaded by 0830.This cold storage has got to be the fastest one I've ever been to. The personnel I talked to were all very nice. My only "complaint" was when the guy called me to tell me what door to go to, I could barely hear him over all the loud voices of, I'm guessing fellow employees, speaking very loudly in the room he was in.Please keep up the good work! Thank you!

Charlie Lemmel: Shipper sent the wrong load. They went ahead and switched it so I could get out. Was gone within an hour of checking in. Lots of room to park overnight as well as long as boneheads don't one everywhere and leave their trash.

rafiq ahmad: This is terrible place for a pickup they charge me 250 dollars for missing the appointment.And took long time more then two hours for only 7 pilots .I had already picked up a load wich is -20 degrees but during there load my temperature gone up to 35 I don’t know what will be happens where I will drop off this load . This place is bad place for tuckers.

Jordan Plant: Directions during construction DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GPS!!!!!!From 469 South Take exit 19B (930W) Follow to MapleCrest(it is a ways down). At MapleCrest turn right. Immediately get into left hand lane. Turn Left onto Nelson (before you cross the bridge). Follow Nelson until you see cold storage on the Left. Park in the No parking area shoulder directly across the street. Walk in to check in have your PO number and make sure your reefer is pre-cooled and have a great day!!!!

matthew tillman: Arrived a bit late for my appointment due to my previous load holding me up. Showed up pre cooled with all the required information, truck #, trailer #, CDL, and pick up number and destination. Staff was very friendly even though I was running behind, assigned a door immediately and within 45 minutes I was loaded with paperwork in hand, great job, I appreciate you guys and the way you handle business! They do have a restroom and limited street parking,.would of gave 5 stars but didn't due to room for docking can be snug but manageable.

Daniel Clark: Called to check on my delivery appt lady said i didnt have one. She asked when i wanted to schedule, she was very friendly and patient. Checked in at 7am and was unloaded by 8:30. Parking lot isnt very big but you can park out on street and no one will bother you....

chad casella: Nice place to PU! Park on the street,( there's not much traffic on the street), walk in through the gate and follow the clearly marked sign to S&R. They'll either call you with a door or give you one upon arrival. The woman at S&R is very nice. Enough room to maneuver but not alot out front. Fast loading!
