Jake Howard: Very dissatisfied with how this location handles "loss prevention".Some really self righteous blonde woman who had a walkie talkie and an atrocious attitude was hovering around me and my friend as we casually browsed through the jewelry display area where the cheaper less valuable items are displayed out in the open.We were looking and talking about what looked nice and how certain colors would match her various apparel, and the entire time this rude blonde woman kept making rude faces and staring us down like we were criminals or something.Long story short the woman was the absolute most horrible customer service / loss prevention person I've ever dealt with in my life, in no way were we there to steal anything or cause any trouble, this woman was rude and obnoxious, and went way out of her way to basically do the opposite of loss prevention, we were at that Kohl's killing time, and were easily going to spend a few hundred dollars on random items for the house, easily way more money than what Kohl's pays her to be rude to customers. So in the end we left and didn't spend nearly the amount of money we had planned that day due to her obnoxious hideous horrible behavior, and I don't recommend anybody else go to the store unless they want to be crucified for friendly shopping and browsing.They really should fire that obnoxious lady because she acts like an animal. No I'm sorry, that's a disgrace to animals, I've met plenty of animals that act way more behaved than she did. Absolutely horrible.

Jim Pio: At least Three times I've been charged for items I returned to Kohl's as recommended by Amazon. I don't know if someone is stealing items there and not sending my returns in but I was given receipts for them. I don't understand what else could be happening. It is very frustrating and expensive for me.

Currie Crew: While I was waiting to be served. An associate was being very patient with a return customer who was obviously confused about how technology works. I love it. She (the associate) immediately escalated her to management, which spent some time explaining her issues to her. I was prepared with my QR code and promptly took care of my return. Excellent handing of a touchy situation.

Sue Scheiber: I went to find a pair of shoes. The shoe department was a complete mess. Shoes and boxes all over. No order whatsoever. The good news is that I found a pair of shoes but no box or price tag. The cashier was able to find a price online, and the in store price was even less. My patience paid off.

Darby Fleming: Store is very tidy and shoppable but not as good as they once were. Prices are high enough now you should definitely shop around. Shoe selection is just ok for adult men too. Not enough dress casual and anything over an 11 is almost non existent

L Gaff: Shoe department was an absolute mess. Website showed they had mascara in stock but did not have in store.I looked at a Beatles tshirt and sale price was $39. IU basketball tshirt $32. Just a sample of high prices have gotten. I did get a Columbia coat for $69 on clearance rack.One set of registers closed and disorganized. Store just seemed sloppy.

Joss (Angela Josslyn): The staff at the returns desk - which I visit often to return impulse buys 🙄 - are very patient and helpful. So are the cashiers. They all seem to have a positive attitude and good customer service. The prices are really decent for today's financial climate, and they have nice sale items in view. The store is very clean and welcoming. A nice comfortable stroll through the isles, not crowded at all. I enjoy my visits there.

Laura Brown: Even on "sale," most items are overpriced. The last time I was in, a cashier tried to argue with me over the sale price of a hoodie stating that brand "Never goes to 40% off." Hmmm... You might want to check your own signage then. I provided her a photograh of the sale sign, with a description of the item and a photo showing an entire rack of the same hoodie in various prints with the sign. She begrudgingly called for a manager for a price adjustment. The manager then proceeded to look the item up online to "prove" to me how much the hoodie was supposed to be. In turn, I showed her the signage in her own store that disagreed with both employees. She rolled her eyes and finally made the price adjustment.That issue aside, the young boys section might as well be nonexistent. Very few choices and the selection of sizes are typically disappointing. I wish they would add a teen section for boys like the girls department has. The clothing displays in store are typically disheveled, and you might as well forget about trying to sort through the clearance racks with zero organization and tangled hangers.

M T: What a disaster! These pictures are shortly after they opened. Obviously no closers and no one was working to clean it up either. What a mess!! All I wanted to do was buy my daughter some clothes.

I was over at the sleepwear department shopping when I overheard one the kohls employee harassing the cleaning lady with a company shirt name prestige. The kohls employee was harassing the other lady calling her the b-word and was just being very rude toward her. And was being very loud about it and the Hispanic cleaning lady was just letting it happen. I've called corporate and I haven't heard back I've called kohls to talk to the manager and all they tell me is there isn't a manager on duty. Honestly, this situation made me very upset and I won't be returning to this kohls anymore I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

Mary Pratt: The cashier was very persistent in trying to get us to have the kohls credit card after I told her no 3 times and then she proceeded and asked me if I had kohl cash and I said no! I just wanted to pay and get out of there! I did get 3 very nice blankets tho☺️
