Natalie S: Rich came by to originally discuss siding for a damaged area of my home. I was blown away by his home exterior knowledge, his ability to answer all my questions thoroughly and honestly and he even gave me a wonderful deal. I am excited for the repairs to be done and look forward to working with Rich again for my future Vanguard windows. This was the most fun I’ve had on a home repair decision! Highly recommend!!

JOKEIf you want to have a problem, hire Key.I was told for them to come and inspect the window they installed that is leaking water. I would have to pay them. I guess this is one way to stay in a business: install a window that leaks, then make the homeowner pay you to come fix the problem you made. Great business practices. Gave me what I believe is a very fair estimate. Edward: DON'T BUY THE WARRANTY!These guys installed a roof, facia and gutters on my home, on one facia they did not tuck the facia under the roof edge, which allows water to run into the eave. After multiple phone calls to get them out the first time, they finally install a facia of proper width to tuck under the roof edge. Of course, that fell off. Now they want me to send pictures of the problem, sent the same pictures sent in the first time, that was last September and still waiting to hear from them.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KEY EXTERIORS!!!Service:Roof installation
