Alison Furge: Every time I call I get a message saying the office is closed. They are open until 4:30pm according to the phone message and the website. I'm calling well before 4:30pm, definitely before 4:00pm.
Kent Brown: The way I and my employees were treated by the BBB of Northeast Indiana is nothing short of atrocious.In 2021, a group of people decided that they would attack one of my small businesses for clout and notoriety. They made multiple threats, including death threats at me, my employees, and even my minor age child. The situation escalated to a place where law enforcement had to be contacted and a watch over my office had to be put in place. Marjorie Stephens, the acting president and CEO, not only protected the people conducting themselves this way, she attempted to dole out "reprimand" to one of my small businesses.I have many recorded calls and emails that substantiate every claim I have made in this review and then some.Why would any small business pay money to be treated this way?
Chad Hunter: The BBB is a great place to find trustworthy, reputable businesses in Northern Indiana. They truly want to help both businesses and consumers. Whenever I need to find a local company I can trust, I go through the BBB.
Rob Livergood: I’m putting this post out here to save all my friends and acquaintances a problem, never ever ever buy anything from Best Buy!!! I have had a horrible experience with an 85 inch Samsung QLED TV that I bought a warranty on that I was told if anything major happened I would have replaced, they have been out here three times and I’m still having problems with my TV I have talked to corporate and I have talked to a local lady who says she’s in charge of geek squad and they refused to back up what the sales person said to me and insist that they have to have the same problem happen three times for me to get a replacement on my TV. I don’t need free stuff but it is the principle of the thing, that I now have a lemon TV that I have to put up with this until I probably ultimately end up having to buy another one which will be from anywhere other than Best Buy

jewarren warren: Having tried the "box" stores, and tired of hearing why they cannot do what we needed done, Copper Ridge made our project very easy. We needed countertops only, and Copper Ridge was attentive from the outset.Happening during Summer of 2021, not the easiest time to get workmen or product...but our project was delivered in a timely fashion and installed without any incident. Great quality and outstanding workmanship, completed on time.
Christopher Wilson: This business charges for their “accreditation” they are a for profit organization. When I did not respond to a bad review (because it was more complex than an angry customer) as it was a legal issue and I was advised not to. My lawyer asked me to send a letter requesting the customer removed the blatant lies that were posted. I received an email from the BBB director. This email scolded me for not responding to the review. Claiming my tactic of forcing someone to remove their review was unprofessional. The put my business accreditation “under review”. Also demanding to review contracts I have with clients. I have paid them close to $1,000 for their “accreditation”. My response was to stop paying for this advertising membership. For a company claiming to help resolve matters and being a neutral party, it was surprising the kind of email I received. What is not surprising is their fading presence. Maybe they should stop biting the hand that feeds them…. As I seen in other reviews!

Joe Andrews: Received an offer for a very large amount of money. It seems too good to be true, so I decided to go to the Better Business Bureau to find out if it was legitimate. The young lady listen to my story and then consulted with a couple of other employees. She returned to tell me it was a scam. I thought it was too good to be true and it turned out that way. Thank goodness for the Better Business Bureau to affirm or not confirm a business transaction that could have turned out very costly!. Thank You Better Business Bureau staff and management for your knowledge and experience to help the general public with situations the ordinary consumer is unfamiliar with. Extra kudos for Better Business Bureau and staff!!!
Multi Level: Filed a review of a business and the Better Business Bureau decided I could not file a review because I was not on the phone call when the offending business disrespected my partner(also my wife) and then threatened to file a false BBB report on our business when she said she was going to file a BBB complaint. I thought the BBB was there to protect consumers but apparently they are just there to make money and the only people that pay them money are businesses in order to be accredited.Its a shame that the BBB is just a scam!

Eddie Goble: Just look at all the negative reviews! This location can say nothing to refute all of their problems. The Better Business Bureau of Northern Indiana has no integrity. They exist to buddy up with local businesses who pay them to keep their rating high while ignoring complaints from consumers. I disclosed a complaint on a local Fort Wayne scam with concrete evidence and details. The BBB chose to hide my complaint from the public website and refused to give a reason. I wonder how many other complaints against businesses are hidden from the public and not factored into a company's rating.

Hajrudina sakanovic: This horrible place should be given a negative review below zero. But it's not an option unfortunately. This place is dirty, floods inside the room, contains toliets that are clogged, management does nothing about issues like these or issues on lifts being broken. Issues about an individual not getting showers, changed, hygiene, medication. MEDICATIONS ARE LEFT ON THE TABLE. EVEN DOUBLE DOSES! Food was not left in his room, my father was nonverbal and had a brainstroke with right side paralyzed. Nobody pulled him up in bed to reposition him not to slide off the bed. To solve this problem at one point they brought a matress covered in feces that were dried on there. Disgusting place you can't even put to words. If anything can tell u my father was admitted with no one introducing them selves or a care plan meeting. After 5 months of him living there I signed papers for him to live there. My dad had a bad diaper rash that resulted in a fungal infection that was bleeding that was diagnosed in parkview due to thier poor treatment, unorganized staff, unavailability to care for a patient, as well as a lung infection. 4 weeks of trying to have thier "nurse practioner" get time to diagnose my father. He developed things that could have been prevented.
melanie Brunet: I wouldn't even give them one star. This place is dirty, they don't change the residence clothes or give them bedding to sleep on . I was so shocked when I visited and saw the conditions these people were living in. the roof on the outside is also failing apart. Its also a lock down facility , they don't take the people out anywhere and hardly take them outside.

Mrs Lady247: If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has very dim lighting, it's nasty, they do not treat your loved ones with respect. Visitation rules are made by whomever answers the phone. I called to make arrangements (2hr drive) for belongings after the passing of my loved one, D.O.N. Nancy never called me back. Nor was there a call to express condolences.On the day of passing, I was told my loved one was fine, 30 mins later got called to say goodbye. Needless to say, I didnt make it in time. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!
Willis Cotton: I was here for rehabilitation which was good, the Social Service person and another associate are car sales people telling you stuff to make you feel good and too trust them. The food is served cold and if you are diabetic you will not get enough to eat. Some aides are lazy and will ignor call light average reaction time is 45 minutes. Upper management have no concern what goes on all they are is there salary. The New Haven location should be closed and not have any residents. It's a shame that the VA send veterans there@$200 day to mistreat our veterans is not right.
Judy Whitman: The aids stand around and do nothing. They ignore you at the counter and you have to say "excise me" before the acknowledge you. Very dark in bad depair. Not enough help who cares, everyone hangs out at desk....

Ronda Smith: Majestic Care formally known as Riverbend.. my son was here and it was an awful awful place.. his upper torso had fallen out of his bed with his legs still in the bed as he was partially paralyzed and no one came in to help him. he had 1000's of tiny ants all over his floor clustered in a corner. I had to take my son to the shower and bathe him because staff was too damn lazy to do it which was a safety liability for me. horrid horrid place. I took my son out AMA. this was in 2014
John Pranger: I give this place no stars!!! Oh read this quickly because they delete any bad reviews! I would not send my dog or worst enemy to this place! They don’t take care of your loved ones. Takes 30min to answer call light. Report them to state! Hope they shut that dump down!
Doris Bontrager: I was at Premier Healthcare for 3 weeks for rehab. My rehab went well and I got to go home. The staff at Premier Healthcare were all very friendly and caring. Everybody there does there best to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of.They have plenty of activities for the residents to help pass the time of day. We got 3 balanced meals daily. A nurse on hand at all times.Physical therapy worked with me daily and I got strong enough to return to my own home. I appreciate everybody at Premier Healthcare and am thankful for all they did for me.

Ahna Fugate: The entire staff is so loving and attentive. I was so unsure about how to handle my Mother's dementia. I will forever be grateful that North Woods Village came into our lives and that they have enhanced our journeys through this phase of life with dignity, love, and endless kindness.It has been just over a year now and I have not a negative thing to say.
Charles Ehinger: My father was at North Woods for 3 months until his passing. The nurses and aides were outstanding in their care and compassion. They were always out among the residents. My father was in hospice for the last month, and North Woods worked seamlessly with hospice to make my father comfortable. And the professional level of their care meant that my family & I didn't have as much to worry about.

There are engaging daily activities for everyone, and when visitors were not allowed due to COVID, the staff did one on one activities with each resident to keep their spirits up. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would...NWV is simply the best!

Adam Thomas: Pretty horrible experience for my mother so far. The meals are never hot meals as I have been there many times when they are brought in. I wouldn't really even consider it a meal as it's usually a cold sandwich with chips, no real regard for my mother needing a diabetic diet either so we have to have groceries delivered quite often. Something we shouldn't have to do after being charged almost 10k a month! We also recently learned from the nurses that my mother has not been receiving regular showers for a few months now. Very neglectful facility overall! Definitely would not recommend to anyone!

Was very impressed when the director, Holly came by and introduced herself. Keep up the great work. Your kindness and caring hearts will pay you all back ten fold. D G: Admin staff is more than helpful and very attentive to family needs. Even if family Dynamics are a bit odd, they are more than willing to try to accommodate and understand everything that is going on. They definitely make you feel human when trying to juggle life in general.

David Oviatt: Went in for an interview that they asked for. Had 2 emails that stated they looked at my resume. After I got there was told I didn't have enough experience and basically I had to tell them that I wanted to still do the interview just to ask them why I had been asked out. Was not given the same experience as the other people you requested to interview. Here is a small idea if you said you looked at a resume maybe you should, instead of having someone come out and waste their time and money

Suku-Chan (LeiLei): I see they got people from Management on here lying. I didn't come on here to slander the place even though I have seen and heard enough for a state to get involved. But to sum it all up a change needs to happen. Your staff will only be as good as management it's only going to get worse over there. I was there 4 years. And I appreciate the experience I gained during my time there but corporate needs to throw the whole management team away and start over it's toxic. And the only people who are suffering are the residents.
April Christman: They really care about their residents! Management has the best interest of the residents. The activity director is amazing and makes sure the residents enjoy their days! She is great at putting a smile on all of their faces!
