That time the assistant promise he will drop the dumpster at my propertie today and he told me call him back.. I call him back today and he don't want to service for me and he didn't give me the right time the right date. . I was asking for right time then he told meHe can't give me the right time because he has a lot of people call and he say call other service.. What is that?

George Bono: Do not use. Hit my power line and bent the weather head doing a job for Hoosier windows and won't return my calls and tried to shirk responsibility by saying the homeowner guided them back. I wasn't even home!! Would never use this company. The only hours anyone is even available to talk about what they did is 11-1 Monday. Are you kidding me?
dillon dickess: Lied twice over the phone and hung up on me. Said they knocked on our door at first but changed the story once I said there was 4 people and a camera that said he didn’t knock. Changed his story to there was a dog outside but again the cameras and 4 people prove otherwise. Tried to charge $90 to cancel after lying. Hung up on me after calling him out for lying. Braidon Ferrier: We started to use Kirbside Container for junk removal at our customers' homes. I dealt with John multiple times over the phone and he was always helpful. It's a pretty simple service and most of the time, there won't be a problem with their service. However, if there is a problem, no one is there to help. The Kirbside Container driver placed the dumpster right on our customer's bush. Everytime I called in and talked to John, he just told me that I would send an email to the owner. I asked him for the owners number and his reply was "I don't even have his number." My business paid our customer to have the Bush replanted. I mentioned this to John and his response was, "I'll email the owner and let him know." It's shocking that someone can even own a business with this level of customer service... its been about 3 months with still not reply from the owner. If you want to take this risk to save a few dollars, then they are the right company.Service:Dumpster rental
Henry Sierk: See the pics of the driver and damage done to my yard. I did not order the dumpster. Driver said "We do the best we can" "Call the office, to have it fixed." Called ,John Carslile, 4 times and involved the city. Last call ended same as the others. They took my information and said they will tell the owner. I said I will come to the office. I was then told the owner never comes in. This company destroys property and won't fix their mistakes.Update 8/13/2021Today I went to the office. No one is ever going to contact me. John Carslile was rude and nasty. He ordered me out of the office after I told him I would wait on the owner. He says the owner woul be in on Monday. I said I would wait. He called the police. I waited for the police. I talked with the police and left quietly, because the Police were very polite and courteous. John Carslile said I had to file a claim with an attorney for the damage they have done. He laughed when I said it.

Ricky Smith: Excellent customer service on the phone, perfect amount of communication and phone reminders, easy to sign documents via email, competitive pricing and the delivery driver was prompt and laid down wood blocks so no marks were left on my driveway and zero need for interaction with driver (meaning I didn't have to be home from work) This business is a well oiled machine. It would have took 4 pick up loads to the dump (from north side of FtW to the south) vs a dumpster delivered to my door. NO BRAINER! Ensure you read the terms of agreement to make sure you don't incur additional charges. Highly recommend.

Bryce Frederick: I did not recieve thier service but rather encountered one of thier drivers who was weaving in and out of traffic without a turnsignal while on his phone. When we got to a stop light he was less than 2 feet from my bumper and when he passed me he flipped me off and my only assumption is i was going too slow becausr i have a super small car with. An even smaller engine. All of this happened with my wife and children in the car as well
