rh25170 (rh25170): Great place to buy hair and beauty products, but you will need to hold a cosmetology license in order to purchase items. But so long as you do the prices are great and products are plentiful.I personally love Moroccan Oil products, but Amazon charges twice the price for half the product.I also found a new favorite hair paste and will be returning again to buy more when I run out of it, which will likely be soon.The employees are friendly and courteous.

Diana Weber: Insensitive to cancer patients.. I like the brand but why be rude to someone who is devastated with a diagnosis. The woman barely smiled and was just unpleasant. Why sell wigs if you can't take care of your customers.

I kept asking when the next available appointment was and she would not tell me. She kept raising her voice at me and I have never had a worker be that rude to me. Steer clear of this location. I never had a problem with other locations. I filed a complaint.

Maresha Boyd: I cannot remember the lady who helped me. However ! I’m so happy I went to this location. I had dyed my hair for the first time and ended up with hot roots. I didn’t know what to do and I went there and one of the workers explain everything to me. Even went out of her way to match colors to my hair color that I wanted. When I tell u my hair turned out perfect and the coloring matched so well. Couldn’t thank her enough. Def recommend this place.

Christina yeahh: Kind of sad today just needed one Ion color, I was on my way from work and I knew they closed at 7 so I got there around 6:52 exactly, doors locked and they just stand at the register and mouth “we are closed” so I mouthed “its not 7 yet” even the physical sign right in front of me said 7. And they try to mouth something back but I cant read lips very well so no idea. :(
Alicia Hinshaw: UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! The team os made up of people from different stores for now. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The hours are jow 11 to 6 but the acting store manager told me they have new staff coming and should have normal business hours soon. They are hiring!
Meh 02516051: This location is alright but definitely not my favorite. I always feel judged walking in here and the ladies just aren’t as friendly. They aren’t super helpful and I hate asking them questions.
