Jen Sea Glass Soul: A really fun store! There's a nice variety of costumes and accessories as well as other curious things.
Brian Baumgartner: First time being in there was really nice got me an outfit
Bob Bergman: Great variety of costumes, we changed our minds a dozen times, place was packed and checkout lines were long but went quickly, they really had it together.
Justin Lee: 0 stars. I purchased a costume at 9:18 pm got home tried it on and it was to small tried to come back at 1040 am the very next day for an exchange and they turned me away. Costume was not damaged and in its correct packaging. I had the receipt as well.

Kristie Meyer: Went into Spirit Halloween last weekend, and forgot to bring my 20% off on any one item that they mailed me. They wouldn’t honor it even though it was a mailer to me. Brought it in today because I needed another costume item, and guess what it’s expired by 2 days, how convenient! (Halloween is in for another four days). I work as management in retail, and if a customer came to me, and said “oh I forgot my mailer with the coupon that you guys personally sent me,” I would honor that coupon. If a customer went in a week later (if they didn’t honor it @ that time), and they said “oh it’s two days past the expiration! sorry.” Then the customer explained that the last time they came in they had forgotten it, and could they still honor any item @ that 20% off coupon? I would definitely do it for the customer. Instead Spirit Halloween is like sorry about your luck nope can’t honor it! Terrible terrible terrible customer service. That’s after waiting in a line that was all the way around the place. I think I will start making my costume or ordering on Amazon!!!

Jazzmin McCormick: No changing rooms no restrooms:/And prices seemed high, my son and i paid the same amount 45$ with-out extras.They had a little walk threw halloween set up witch was cool, all the cool decorations were pricey. 17$ for a grimlin sign. Idk anymore everything is just too pricey smh
Tessa Allen: I’m a biracial woman. I Went in this store by DWS and Fresh Thyme with my infant son to swap out his too large Winnie the Pooh costume, and got treated as if I stole it. Manager who did my return was very rude and claimed online purchases probably gave me a discount so he didn’t give me the $10 refund for the difference of price of costumes. I will not support this Halloween store. There’s Halloween City across the way.

Rheason Hardy: Bought a wig from them and when I got home it has 3in long chunks every second and third row of track. Do not buy a wig without checking. They will not refund or trade due to an intimate item.

Marissa Mattson: Great local place to visit for just about anything party or cosplay related! Costumes, gag gifts, accessories, cards, magician tools; they even have a large selection of wings, colored contacts, stage makeup products, maks, etc. The people there are very kind and goofy, as you would expect, and will help you find whatever it is you are looking for. Whether you have a specific item in mind, or you're just looking to browse, it is a great place to visit, and it is conveniently located within walking distance of the Skyline parking garage. LGBTQIA+ friendly, also has rainbow flag decorations and accessories for Pride.
Mr. Mischief: Absolutely a wonderful place to wonder around. Fun for all ages. Great items, great prices and great staff. I wish I could give them more stars.
Autumn Rooney: Discovered this place quite by accident and I'm so glad I did! Has the coolest costumes cards gag gifts and for the best prices. I will definitely be going back!!!

Ciera George: I will never buy balloons here again because of the customer service. There was no one in the store and if I’m next in line then what I was asking for shouldn’t have took long. I was told 10-15 min to blow up balloons with no line for a couple ofballoons I needed for my daughter. Now she won’t have balloons for her party. Also the website to order is misleading

CARL COLEY: A great selection very impressive. But now I ain't how good of costume you can make it's how much money you can spend. Prices were very high there. And a lot of things have been marked 25% off you couldn't find the original price on so you would know what you're saving.
