Partners 1st Federal Credit Union: what do users think?
Travis McCurdy: The absolute worst lender I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I have had over a dozen loans in the last decade and have never dealt with a worse company. I have made my payments on time every month since the account opening, but routinely get nasty grams from Partners 1st telling me that my payment is a week+ late, even though the payment processed through my bank account the day after the payment was scheduled. Dealing with this bank has made me reconsider any future business with the dealership I bought my car from, despite the dealership providing one of the best car buying experiences I have had.
Gunner Arnold: I would give no stars if it were possible. Where do I start? Their interest rates are absolutely outrageous, even with good credit, you'll be paying more than a couple percent more than if you got a loan somewhere else. On top of that, they'll withhold your property (titles, paperwork, etc.) from you well after you've paid it off. And not a couple days, try weeks, a criminal amount of time. Then they'll lie to you about sending you your property days ago. The whole time they know that they've been too lazy and uncaring to actually do what they're legally inclined to. Definitely stay away from any of their loans. I can't imagine anyone enjoying their experience here.
Jake King: Always a pleasure working with the New Haven branch. Sarah, Bev and the rest of the team are always helpful and nice. Coming from a former employee it’s nice to have credit union reps that you can rely on and trust.
Ashley Falk: I have a car loan through this bank. Not my choice, all the dealership had available. They decided to add on insurance without telling me. I went into the bank and the teller was very nice. Got it all sorted out. The bank decided since there was a 5 day lapse that they were not going to give me a full refund. Pathetic, money sucking bank. Will be looking into getting my car loan switched to Profed.
mike delucenay: Absolutely garbage bank. They will steal money from you, and include nonsense fees
Mike Stanford: Worst financial institution experience ever! Recommended by local auto dealer for a new loan, felt good at first then went down hill from there. Will never entertain another business dealing with them.
Zlatan Melkic: Very good,professional service…
Justin Hesselsweet: BEWARE!!! The online banking and mobile check deposit is a joke. I deposited my paycheck Thursday. It should've cleared Friday. They reversed the check and cost me more fees. I called and they said the check picture was cut in half but that the picture I took was good it was just the application. Its now Saturday and I asked them to fix it and their telling me not til Monday. Transactions are always delayed. They push small transactions after big transactions if you overdraft so instead of one $30 fee they can charge numerous. I deposited my paycheck the same way every week and this week they decided it wasn't clear enough and charged me more overdraft fees bc the money is now no longer in my account. Their negligence has cost me $$$hundreds. Do not bank with them. Never had these problems with any bank except 5/3rd and that's how they ended up bought out.
Ronaldo Raymond: Clean and friendly
Charles Bowling: Rude incompetent, unable to perform basic functions. Honest customers are taken advantage of. Hasn’t always been that way. They were my fave.
Jeremiah McCarty: I have been a member with Partners1st for over 20 years (save a short interruption while living in Alabama.) -- Full disclaimer, they are one of the lenders my dealership uses for auto loans. -- I've found that whether by phone or in person I've not had an issue getting the answers and assistance (above what I asked.) Their online banking system has changed over the years and each iteration has been an improvement... though while the site isn't spit and polish... that isn't the point, you can have an institution with a fantastic front and presentation but fails when it comes to dealing with me as a customer... I'll take the people service. AS A DEALER, they are also easy to work with and my rep for them is Brent Koehl who stays in touch and looks for solutions for me with my customers. This is an institution that looks for opportunities to take in customers and make loans work. Highly recommend folks.
Judy Burford Rivera: I needed some medicine and did not have the money to pay for it so I went in and got a privilege pay loan and they gave it to me. They were so caring kind and compassionate I would never switch to another credit union or a bank then Partners 1st Federal Credit Union thank you so much
Janine Purtee: My experience with Melanie was fantastic! Not everyone in the world has that kind of work ethic and follow-through. Prompt, thorough, personable and knowledgeable, she is an asset to the Credit Union for sure!
Jaymie Banti: Great local credit union. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If they don't have an answer right away, they make sure they find out for you. Looking forward to future business with them.
Mark g: This is a terrible financial institution. If you're considering it think twice. To use their online banking system to make payments they charge you where most other institutions do not. Their online banking system takes three times longer than most other systems to post transactions. Most of the staff are unfriendly. I have had better experiences at other financial institution.
Tracey Eck: I just applied for a car loan from Partners and couldn't be happier with the service and care provided by Brandon Fisher. Brandon made the process so smooth and took the time to explain every aspect, as well as additional products that they offer. Although I live in CT, I have been a long time customer and have had several car loans from them, but sometimes the distance worries me. Brandon was very thorough with explaining all the information we needed and ensured that the check arrived at the dealership on time. He also helped us with transferring a credit card balance to a zero percent rate to help us eliminate our debt much faster. He made everything so seamless. There were even some follow-up questions which he very patiently addressed and resolved those items. He is a gem! I can't say enough about what a positive experience this was. Thank you Brandon! Was a pleasure working with you!
Natalie: Great customer service! Even though I was busy they worked with my schedule and my budget to get a loan that I could afford. They even stayed after work to process the loan and ensured that it got FedEx overnight so I could get my car before the weekend. Ask for Cathy or Brandon! I love the service at Partner’s 1st!
Lindsay Urschel: I’ve been a member with Partners 1st for over 10 years and I’ve always had great member service and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
Michelle Skiles: Repoed my sons truck for being a month late even after he called them and explained what was going on. Now they refuse to let him get his license plates and his personal belongings. Now we are on getting an attorney to sort this out they can’t legally keep his stuff.
Whopperjaw: Messed up a simple transaction multiple times. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Tony: Terrible customer service. Terrible branch managers who rule over their fiefdom like passive-aggressive idiots.

3Rivers Federal Credit Union ATM: what do users think?
Brandie Figueroa: Awful bank I’ve been a customer for 9 years they have scammers using their phone number to contact customer to verify personal information and gain access to accounts. Then refuse to assist or replace funds that were stolen out of customer accounts. Awful customer service and not helpful at all. Would not recommend. I’m closing my account and out $2000.00 they also took money out of my savings account to cover the over draft fees that were a result of the scam. Awful extremely disappointed. Talk about kicking a person when they’re down.
Stacy Chambers: I mostly like banking here. I have business and personal accounts. The fees are cheaper than Chase, which makes it easier to keep the minimum to not be charged them at all.I’m forced to write a check to move any money from business to personal (at Chase I could do it online) and if I need the money immediately I have to go into a branch to do it. But that’s a requirement probably not unique to 3 Rivers and it’s not that big of a deal. Not jazzed about how they combined the apps for business and personal banking, but that’s also not a huge deal. I do love that they print their own debit cards and if I … erm, misplace one, cancelling and getting new cards is an easy process. For the most part, it’s pretty easy to bank here as a small business owner.
keith Hesney: I will never ever do business with this credit union again. They were complicit in costing me me over 3000 in looss on a real estate deal. Horrible coomincation costed us thousands of dollars.
William Nunemaker: Definitely would not recommend, terrible bank to deal with or even try to open a bank account with. You would probably be better off with just about any other bank then 3Rivers…
Madi DiLaurentis: Friendly staff. I had to switch banks because they kept taking overdraft fees constantly. I went from the hundreds to the 10s in my account from the fees. They just take your money randomly and wouldn’t fix the problem.
autumn rogers: Every time I try to call the branch, I'm told I am caller number [42] and have an hour wait. The app is down or under going maintenance half the time and cannot be accessed. This has been pretty inconvenient since multiple times I was getting ready to go to the grocery store and didn't know how much to spend, so I limited myself and ended up having to make multiple trips. It has been like this for multiple months now and it's small inconveniences that make it difficult to continue use.Update: it has been 10 months since I made the above review, and I am still consistently seeing the app undergo maintainence. Mine has currently been down for 5 days. Very frustrating.
Nick McLay: Been with 3 rivers for over 34 years. They have made some little mistakes here and there but overall, they have NEVER let me down. Outstanding service, fees, offering.
Joe Sandifur: Had a loan through Westend Bank for my truck that got bought out by 3rivers. We are a small business owner and have list 80% of revenue and have not had a income since February. My payments were about 5 months behind. I was planning on losing my truck had it ready to be repossessed. I made a attempt in hopes of trying to save my investment and reached out to 3rivers and spoke with Krystle. I explained my situation and all the guidelines our governor had place on restaurants.I am very pleased with my first encounter with this company. I see other reviews that are bad and similar to my situation however the first agent I spoke to said I couldn't be helped I just asked to speak to the supervisor. Just because one person says no (may not even have authorization to even be able to help) doesn't mean that the company isn't willing to help. Sometimes you just have to be patient. Covid is effecting the while world and banks do not want your collateral back because with no money in the economy then all the repossession will just sit and only create more money spent for them to take you to court and collect it. If your truly in need and provide documentation to correspond with your story i guarantee you they will find away for you to afford the payments. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY START HERE ON MY NEXT VEHICLE LOAN
Kevin Pothast: Hours of availability are so limited. You need an appointment to simply open a savings account, as you watch two people in the lobby doing nothing. Have more people work on Saturday since this is the only open hours you have that aren’t during most peoples working hours.
Adam Camp: I wouldn't use these guys if they hadn't taken over my car loan. Horrible customer service, on-line chat is worthless and communication has been horrific. I'd give zero stars if possible.
Johnathan Hobson: This bank purchased West End bank who I was extremely happy with. Since the purchase all of my loans and accounts have converted into 3 rivers loans, this banks service is a joke. Their online portal is a joke. If you’re looking for people to trust with your loan or money this is absolutely not the place. This is a joke of an institution and after my experiences with the switch over and their terrible customer service I will be closing all accounts and refinancing my loans. Good bye west end bank you will be missed. Hello 3RFCU the worst bank I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I genuinely hope this bank collapses so nobody else has to put up with them.
Summit City Rental: They charge a $33.00 fee for cancelling a check that the mail lost. They charge you $5.00 for every item you want!!! LEAVE! THEY ARE 100% fee based and do not care about their customers.
Dennis Long: It might interest credit union members/owners who miss the 3Rivers Federal Credit Union on Illinois Road to know that the proceeds from the sale of the property was used to initially form the 3Rivers Federal Credit Union Foundation. And "executive management retains discretionary flexibility as to the actual amount awarded" to the recipients of the funding. Although I asked Jim Johnson to provide amounts granted to the funded organizations, he refused to divulge the information. And I am confident I reiterated this same concern to the CEO, Don Cates. Foundations benefit by a tax exempt status; however, recently a prominent politician's foundation was dissolved by a federal court and a 2 million dollar fine imposed for misuse of foundation funds. Due to lack of 3River's transparency, I wonder how much of the Credit Union member's money is dispersed to those applying for the funds, keeping in mind "the executive management" makes the final determination of the amount of the funding. It would be a credible and transparent step for 3Rivers to disclose the amount doled out to recipients as funded by Credit Union members/owners.
Chris Houk (Metal Chris Houk): I was lured to them for their secured credit card so I could rebuild my credit. Turns out they stopped offering the secured card. If you are trying to rebuild your credit, don't go with this place. They will only shoot you down.
Gaetes McGloughlin: They've turned off my card three times this week. Worst customer service ever I should not be getting my card declined when I have sufficient funds.
Karen Geiser: So annoyed with mobile app. It forced me to change my password against my will. Then when I went to check my credit score it is asking all kinds of info that I feel certain the credit union already has such as my dob and soc. I refuse to give it, so cannot check my score
Jessica Harris: Very helpful, very nice on phone!
Stephen: ATM is still here. No longer a branch at this location. see 10373 Illinois Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46814
Brandon Humphreys: No longer there. Do not go or bother
Eileen Nesbitt: This 3Rivers Federal Credit Union was torn down. It no longer exists on Illinois Road and they did not build another to replace it. I hated it because I have to drive much further now.

MidWest America Federal Credit Union - Medical Park/Headquarters: what do users think?
Sarah Chapman: Ease of application for loan and great service!
Barbara Horton: Always good service
Adam Garman: Alicia was fantastic to work with!
Jarod Ray: I have been a member with MWAFCU since 1999. They always take great care of me. I live in Michigan now, but still go with them for all of my loans.
Jack Williamson: You will need to call in for everything. It is so irritating. Even when trying to call in to make a car payment it says they are closed to call back during regular service hours when I did. Do Not Use online services. I have to because I love to far away. I would NOT recommend. The web site is so confusing and not user friendly.
Shannon Ramos: Going through the channels trying to resolve a fraud dispute and finding that the bank did not do their job. Our dispute was not fully investigated by MWAFCU. The bank closed the fraud case without giving us any proof as to what they found and with the closing the fraud case, saying their decision was final and when we tried to get the case re opened, we were told no. They would not re open the case. I’ve sent emails to Krystal Wright who was supposed to help us and she NEVER responded. So far we have closed three of our accounts and will close the other two this week. We banked with MWAFCU for more than a decade and I’m astonished by the lack of communication and the lack of accountability to us as members. My advise is go to a different credit union.Shannon Ramos
Kassidy Wiedenhoeft: We had a less than satisfactory call with the call center today regarding a simple question about auto loan interest percentages. For a family who has been banking with Midwest America for over 40 years (my parents that long, myself for now 10+ years,) the customer loyalty is lacking. We wanted to speak with a representative from the exact department we were trying to reach, but this department must not take calls from customers. We understand this isn't anyone's fault but the higher ups, who don't allow calls to go through to the needed departments. Michelle unfortunately did not have a cheery approach when explaining this to us either. Her use of words and tone were a bit demeaning. Personally, I will be switching my bank to Chase after this encounter. Do better at showing appreciation to customers who are giving you business for generations, or else you're going to lose them.
Joe Andrews: Always friendly and professional!! Got some money and on my way!!
Jason Vachon: The people are great, their policies, fees and rewards not so much.
Jake Boerger: Inconvenience is their priority
Andrea Wall: I have banked with MWAFCU since I was 16. I have never had a problem! This is my third vehicle I am financing through them. Always the best interest rates! Lots of communication that really helped me get everything set up! Thanks for always being there for me and being such a great bank!
Joe E: I never had a issue with the bank. I had a couple auto loans and a unsecured loan thru them
Cameron Bletzacker: Very easy process getting a car loan quickly. Great customer service. Excited to be a new member
David Sigurdson: Cindy did a wonderful job getting us a great rate on our brand new van, in spite of a GMC dealership that would have preferred to use GM financing at a much higher rate. She patiently worked with us and them and everything turned out very well for all parties involved. I would recommend their services for financing new and used vehicles.WELL DONE!!!
Min Aung: Awesome service. Thank you Nicholas. You are the best.
Paul Zecca: This is the only place I will be getting a loan through. It was super fast and I did everything online. I would definitely recommend Midwest America FCU to everyone.
John Wise: I’ve always received top notch service with this lender. They offer the best lending, and financing programs around. The have every tool you need to make your experience very positive.
Eric Washington: Ben Cichocki from MWAFCU was so supportive and handle the transaction(s) quickly. I appreciate the group at MidWest and the way things are structured. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
Jeff Friesser: They're like the Chic-fil-A of banking. Great service and quick! Thinking about switching banks, if I can (Not sure of the requirements). I worked with Kathryn in the loan department and she worked with me on 3 different cars, and on each one she would respond within 5 minutes. Got me approved for each one, but I was too late to purchase. Also, all they will attempt to help with all the other/extra costs of purchasing a vehicle. Definitely suggest going there for a loan.
Randy Lusk: I just finished up my second vehicle loan through MAFCU and the service just keeps getting better. It took maybe 3 days for the entire process. We keep recommending them to all our friends and family as their are the best loan firm we have ever dealt with.
Thomas Cooley: I really like this credit union! Everyone there is very nice and helpful. Just had a great experience securing an auto loan.

Public Service Credit Union: what do users think?
Laura Mccue: Always friendly and very helpfulMembers are treated like family
Kimberly Rorick: Great rates and services!Always friendly and helpful!!Would definitely recommend banking here.
Doris Robart: My family do our banking at PSCU in waynedale Jenn Lough is a teller their she goes out of her way to help us . she's the best we just love her.
Larry Bade: Really made me feel welcomed, Thanks PSCU!
Laurence Rothschild: PSCU is VERY NICE to me even though I have a checkered, jaded past with PSCU. They want me to do better in the near future and I appreciate that policy!!
Donna Stephen: I've been very happy with the service at this credit union.
Lili Vallee: Always a pleasure to visit.........friendly, knowledgeable and helpful always
David Hiatt: Would not recommend this bank. I have had nothing but problems. My card was compromised and used without consent. It's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't seen my money. The lady told me her supervisor was in a meeting, she said she has a pile of work on her desk and that she will pile mine on top. Poor customer service. Slow process as well, statements won't show up for 5 days most of the time. Then they act like your a common nuisance when you ask them for help. Will be closing this account as soon as I get my money, if I do.
Marlene DeKoninck: The staff members are very pleasant and helpful. They perform their jobs professionally. I am very comfortable and confident banking at PSCU is a safe place to do my business.
Paul Parnin: Leslie at the Jefferson branch is outstanding to work with!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help! Highly recommend giving her a call! Public Service Credit Union has been great to work with ever since we became members.
Kevin Miller: AWESOME SERVICE!!
russell ulle: From the beginning Leslie and the Credit Union have done exactly as they promised. I have consolidated high interest credit card bills down to one! No more 24 plus % rates to 6.9 % for one year to 11.9%. That is substantial savings. I also refinanced my car to a lower % rate. It was quick and easy!
Bruce Fisher: I've never gotten anything from top notch service from PSCU
Baron Robison: I've used PSCU for over 20 years and happy to say I've never had a bad experience.
John Crismore: Super helpful with Car loans! Their loan specialist, Leslie, is truly incredible along the entire process. Highly recommend
marcy aldridge-adams: Excellent public service at public service!
Army Burks: I find that their customer care service has been a great experience for me. I like the personal touch they add to the service, when they know who you are when you call or go in.
Jon Cooper: Great credit union and excellent service and the people are very helpful and friendly!! Have been with PSCU for years and highly recommend for your $$ needs.
Michael Gehring: I'm so glad they're going under! I went in to cash a cashier's check drawn on this bank. Presented my driver's license and the signed check. Don't think their cashier's checks are guaranteed funds, which is the WHOLE PURPOSE of a cashier's check. No they charge their members for the check, then turn around and charge the person the check is to $8 to cash their "guaranteed funds" check. But before I could cash my check I had to give them my social security number. When I asked why they needed my social, they said it was to check it against a database of international terrorists. Really!? Cause international terrorists are trying to get social security? C'mon. You expect me to believe that there are "international" bad guys round the world who are hoping to retire on the US social security administration? I don't even think I"m going to get social security when I retire! Are these international bad guys SO BAD OFF that they are looking to get social security? The best part, now I'm a 5' 6" 40 year old father of 3 girls. And this 6' tall branch manager hears me from his office. Doug Greener was his name. Comes out and steps up on me like he's gonna forcefully remove me if I don't just shut up and do as I'm told, no questions asked.Besides the fact that a STATE ISSUED DRIVER"S LICENSE ISN'T ENOUGH to cash a check. Besides the threatening manner of the branch manager. Besides the blatant disregard for the Uniform Commercial Code which many banks are violating these days under the guise of national security. They could have been professional or at least kind about it. I am far from being an intimidating individual. But I am a THINKING individual. I don't blindly help erode the freedom our young men and women fight and die for because "It's my job." or "It's our policy".As a matter of fact I think these individuals disrespect the law, and common courtesy just to make an $8 fee.I certainly would not bank at any institution that thought guaranteed funds meant just another chance to gouge a hard working man or woman. Where I bank, if I write someone a check, they get all the money I intended for them to get.And I certainly would hope that the men and women I entrust my hard earned money to have more intelligence than to think a social security database is where you look for terrorists.
Jacob Reusser: I've been a loyal member with Pinnacle credit union for 12 YEARS before this company bought them out. At first, no big deal, they change the name. Then they switch us to a new online interface, ok, whatever. Then I try to transfer money over the phone: new, $5 charge.Oh, I moved, and haven't been able to change my address? New, $5 returned mail charge for correspondence I never requested be sent.Overall, the quality of service has taken a sharp turn for the worse. I'm closing my account out tomorrow and taking my banking to Farmer's and Merchant's.0/5.

ProFed Credit Union: what do users think?
Abby T: Not impressed with this company. They are not for the customer, they are for themselves only. I do not advise anyone to go to the company to handle your money. Any purchase you make does not get updated till two days later, by then your overdrafted. Even if your overdrafted, they will allow you to draft your account up to $700 and expect you to pay that within a month. Within that $700, that’s your account being charged and extra $60 per overdraft. Before I was locked out of my account, with the lack of updating any charge before the two days; I attempted to change my password on the ‘app’. The app said that my password change was complete. I updated my password change in my phone, which deletes the old password; and my password didn’t change after all. So I was locked out without any ability to see my account. The only option was to call in. I’m a third shift worker and by the time I’m waking up, they’re closed. Fort Wayne has a lot of factories surrounding it, so the hours of this federal credit union is not for working people. The only good thing that I have to say about this company is that their atms can give you $5 and $10, if you want a smaller bill than a $20. That’s the only good thing about this company. You can’t change your password without calling them or going in. Any of their services are not user friendly or for the customers. If you want a lock box, ProFed charges by the month. 3Rivers FCU charge for the year with the same prices. Crazy how that is. As soon as I pay off my debt, I’ll be going else where to handle my money.
Seth Peterson: I’ve been banking with ProFed for years without issue…however, this year has been horrible! They rolled out a new app that has been a nightmare for everyone. They decided that rolling it out on the first of the month(when everyone’s bills are due) was a good idea. And Every visit I’ve had to a branch always has someone there trying to figure out how to use the app. It’s confusing, not user friendly, and has a really dated look. It’s just bad. And then somehow my card gets hacked so they stop the use of my card. That’s good, except the number that was given to activate my new card wasn’t working and I had to go pick up a different card. Now with my new card I keep getting calls from fraud department asking about my transactions. Like dude, it was my old card number! Then the customer service with fraud says I have to call a different number to dispute the charges. If I didn’t have a mortgage with this bank, I would have closed my accounts.
Noemi Hernandez: I love banking here, I opened my account online super convenient, do all my banking though the mobile app, and deposit cash through their ATM. Never had a problem with them. I've never had to go in personally all my issues get resolved with a phone call or through chat.
Ya Yo: Terrible attitude and charged me a dollar per page for my bank statement
Ken Marcum: Since I started my mortgage payments with ProFed, I have almost always enjoyed paying them over the phone, without a fee. Now, with the pandemic, and everyone practicing social distancing, and when paying over the phone can be a tremendous convenience, and more importantly, a tremendous safety benefit for everyone, ProFed starts a $5 fee for over the phone payments!! What a way to take advantage of a desire to be just that much safer! Shame on you, Pro-Fed!! What's the difference in how much work your teller has to do to push the buttons that enter my payment, whether I call it in, whether I'm at the drive up, whether I walk in and speak to a teller, or after I mail in a check? The amount of button pushing effort is the same! The only one who has to do more, and put themselves at higher risk is the customer. Now we're being punished with a $5 fee for the convenience of safety. I primarily stopped banking at Three Rivers Federal Credit Union, because they charge a small fee for nearly everything they do for their members - that's how they can afford these huge new branches that resemble the nicest hospitals. Now ProFed has jumped on that bandwagon as well. I remember when the big sales pitch to join credit unions was to say "We treat you like family! No fees, easy loan rates, blah, blah, blah". Now, many credit unions have learned how easy it is to pull money out of our pockets - and ProFed is no different. In my opinion, it's most shameful to do it at all, but especially now, as most people will still continue to enjoy the safety of paying by phone, except now, pro fed takes advantage of those wanting to protect themselves and others as much as possible by charging a $5 fee.One more note, they never bothered to tell anyone the newly implemented fee was coming. The teller I spoke to about it had the audacity to tell me that they have been waiving the fee due to C-19. I didn't have the heart to tell this uninformed young lady that I was making mortgage payments over the phone BEFORE the pandemic was a thing - for free!!Something so small, yet so ridiculous, is forcing me to consider moving our accounts and loans, including my mortgage, elsewhere. If there's no benefit in being a member, there is no reason to stay. That's why we left one credit union... we can do it again.
Rachel Steup: Love this bank the workers are amazing and the bank tellers over the phones are great as well...
Ashley Stevens: I was told MANY times that I would be able to use the Mobile deposit feature on the app for my checks. But I was just sent an email saying I was denied. So now I’m 200 miles away, and literally cannot cash my checks.I am extremely furious. And of course they have no sister branches in my new city.
RASH AAN: Great experience with everyone, especially Mel! minus the mortgage department. Edit: Was contacted by someone in the mortgage department about my bad experience. They asked if I would give them another opportunity, which I did. ANOTHER big waste of time. Ended up refinancing elsewhere.
Timm Phillips: I have been a member since the 1970's. The best to deal with. I have gotten two car loans (only ever bought two new cars) from them, and direct deposit funds through them also. Such a great place.
Frederick Murray: I love banking here
