jakestutzman2: I had been to this store a couple times in the past and other than the sketchy location (dirty shared parking lot with a Showgirl) my most recent experience started off really well. Jessica (the "boss's boss") was running the store and was handling a lot with the Cricket outage that was currently going on. I had to buy my wife a new iPhone and wasn't prepared to spend iPhone 14 money but it's all they had in stock. Jessica told me that she would "work me a deal" if I bought the case and the accessories. So I let her pick out accessories she recommended, specifically a $50 screen protector that she said "would not cost me $50." I had total trust in her and let her ring me up and quickly left the store so she could help the other customers behind me. When I got home, she had not discounted anything and charged me in full for everything she sold me. I work in retail and value trust and this is not how you earn that. I called the next day and spoke with another lady who said she would call Jessica and see what they could do. It's been several days and I have not heard anything. Long review for a somewhat petty reason I understand but again, trust is everything to me and when I can't trust the boss, how can I trust the employees..

Jon: I always go to this cricket store on coliseum. The young lady that works the counter every time I'm in there is always nice and smiling and very helpful and I must say honest.

Steven Strahm Jr: Phone has been out of service for the second day. I was able to call the store off wifi and asked about the outage and was told by an employee at this location they didn't have a eta on restoration. I thought it to be unethical selling phones to customers when you know the network is down and have no eta on a time it will be working again. When I asked if customers were going to be compensated or reimbursed for the loss of use of their service that they pay for in advance I was told its not really our fault this is all service providers right now which was not true. He continued to justify not reimbursing me for a service I prepaid for even though through no fault of my own the service does not work. He then said it will be on by 1 pm which is strange because before you had no eta and now you know its 1pm. Also when I asked him why he would sell phones when the network is down and knowing people are paying for a service they will not be able to use as soon as they leave the building where they just bought it his response was if people want to buy a phone we are going to sell them one. Just know that guys and gals, even if the company or phone won't work for your needs you are paying for they will sell it to you anyways because it's not their fault.

I have been ripped off, lied to, yelled at, and told there's nothing I can do about the problems on my account, mind you these problems were generated bc of "the new girl" supposedly. These ladies will do their very best to take advantage of customers and and avoid providing decent customer service. I don't care if you like me or hate me. You represent a national chain and behave like you have never represented a chicken wing. If I pay you for a service, you are obligated to provide me said services. If you fail or refuse, you owe me the value of the service I paid for. Keep your personal problems out of your work place. I may be alot of things, but when I'm working, I do my job. I don't tell people I can render them a vacuuming service, collect payment, then decide your carpets have to much dog hair for my liking. If u use cricket services, avoid this store, and the one on Coliseum. Same crew at both stores.

I also wanted to applaud her for her calmness when a rude customer next to me, who came in and got an attitude with her. She was so polite to him. I felt so bad for her because I work in the restaurant business and I get people like those at least every other shift and she took it like a champ! Cricket is definitely on the right track with who they hire. Every workplace should have a hard-working, polite, and helpful person like Rachael T!

Flores Fran: terrible service. Because they block my sim card just by removing it from my phone and putting it in another. I called customer service and they put me through 20 minutes of ads to resolve anything.

Amber Smith: I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to the location to upgrade my son's phone which was a 5G phone. Keep in mind I said upgrade. I handed the gentleman the phone we are upgrading from and told him I wanted something similar to this. Only for him to sale me a 4G phone. A downgrade. Not an upgrade. When I got home, I realized in the top corner it was 4G. Called to figure out why it wasn't 5G to be told it is a 4G phone. I asked them to return my money as that is not what I wanted. He told me I would still be charged $25. I asked what is the $25 for he said I don't know that's what the system charges. So I asked what's the cheapest 5G phone he said 250. Well crickett has cheaper 5G phones so why should I have to pay more koney to be out 25 when you didn't sale me an upgrade as we talked about? The man hung up on me. I will NEVER use this location again. I am currently in this situation due to another cricket error when buying the original phone to begin with. As insurance on the wrong phone and it couldn't be fixed. I can see if I made an error then fine that's on me. But here I have had 2 issues made by cricket employees and neither probl solved but for.me to continue to come out of pocket more money.

Jason Henkle: While this location might be small don't let it fool you! We went to two other locations where we were not helped at all. This one was more than willing to take our business, sell me a phone, and port two numbers. Even with one minor problem of a pin number, I think we were done in less than 20 minutes. The employee, Thom K, was super nice and amazing!

He anticipates questions and gives you the information you need to make an informed choice about selecting a phone.
