Thomas Franks: This is the second time this has happened to me the last time I was supposed to start a job that day and they called me and said that position was filled today I went and did a walk through of the company where I was supposed to work and I was going back to the office to do my orientation and they call me and say that position was filled I turned down two jobs for them this is not right I would not recommend going with leader staffing now I'm in a position again not be able to pay my bills and I have to go out and try to find another job

isabelle vasquez: i just called to see what they have for 1st shift and the lady told me she couldnt place me nowhere until jan12th next year because i walked out on a drug screen 2 weeks ago and that never happend what so ever i do not recommend this place to anyone your better off going to forge staffing.

Taylor JI: Do not waste your time. They even have a high turnover rate internally and it shows. Employees are very unprofessional and say personal business out loud instead of going to a separate area. The jobs are usually under 15 an hour and out of town factory/warehouses with a high turnover rate. Also not helpful and they never call back about jobs.

Manuel Garza: Never go here. The coordinator Stephanie was really unprofessional and talks to you like a child. When you call them out on it they “no longer need you” then blackball you from getting a job with them. They say it’s a privilege for them to get you a job. Leaders should really consider who they make as coordinator’s because if they don’t like you you’ll get bottom pay or nothing at all.

SkYELuvv: Worse experience ever! I was legitimately depressed working for them. They hired me in for a position at minimum wage while they paid others $9 and $10 for the exact same position. The workers liked me alot. They literally begged me to leave and find something better with fair wages. Not to mention; That I went from a set schedule to Leaders staffing just calling when someone didn't show up at the last minute. I got a call from Leaders staffing about everyday asking to come in; in the next hour. I never signed up to be on call, but that's what it changed to. Sorry; no one's going to work on call at minimum wage. I complained to them and asked for a different job and they were no help! Pay your workers evenly and more than the absolute minimum for hard labor! Stay far away! I now have a permanent job making $17 an hour plus lots of benefits. What I deserved! No hard labor and my pay can go up from there.

Jason Long: I'm not writing a review because anyone asked or giving a good review to up the ratings or anything like that. I actually was googling the phone number to call about a potential job they are currently getting me. When I googled them I seen there was a thing for reviews. I saw one review say something about how they hire "young unorganized, unprofessional people"? I don't know how this potential employee would even know the type of people they're finding jobs for? Anyways, just seeing that review, made me wanna give my opinion.I've never had any issues with leader staffing. They want to help you find a job, that is fitting for you. I actually started a job for them, I worked one 12hr. day at this new job, and knew from that first day it WAS NOT at all the kind of job I could see myself doing. I told the supervisor, I wouldn't be back. Next morning I contacted Leaders staffing, they completely understood, and IMMEDIATELY found something more suitable for me. This place is more that willing to help and work with me, so I imagine they would do the same for anyone else. I've had other jobs in the past thanks to Leaders Staffing. You might ask "well if they're so great, why aren't you still at those previous jobs they found you?" I've quit other jobs in the past because of my own personal reasons. Nothing to do with how Leaders Staffing conducts themselves.Bottom line is if you are looking for work, and need a job, Leaders Staffing will help you find something that suits you. Whether you're young and don't have a lot of work history, or if you're more experienced and looking for something specific. They can help you out. I'd recommend Leader's Staffing to friends if a friend ask me if I knew any places hiring.

Rude, unprofessional, total chaos in their office, was placed in a room to watch videos and was forgotten about, after 3 hours I was allowed to leave, unbelievable! No one in the office knows why they are there and really just have no concern about anything except chatting on their phone and when they go to lunch! Make sure if you have to go there to watch a training video that you leave the door open so someone knows that the video has ended and ready to proceed to the next step in the hiring pricrss God help you if you're unfortunate enough to have to work for them, Bad choice, fonget about working for them! Complete waste of time!

Anti-Drama King: Do not get a job from here! After I was hired, it took 3 weeks for me to get a response of "you're no longer needed." I received no phone calls or updates unless I called. And believe me I did a lot in 3 weeks time. I was hired and even gave them my banking information and still didn't hear from them. When there, all the staff looked stressed out and didn't know what was going on and couldn't seem to understand thoroughness. Definitely don't live up to the name. I give Bleeders staffing 1 falling star cause your better off making a wish.
