MSC MSC: Ridiculous! Waiting a month and a half for more bite guides. Not even worth my time typing the details here. Absolutely terrible, especially for something that could have made it sooner by just using regular postal service. BTW still waiting.

Tye Roylance: They seem to basically be interested if business. They have one person fielding all support calls and emails in the US. No support. No technicians. When I called to get work done they happily charged me. Then told me that they had no techs anywhere and that I would need to figure it out myself.

My pano was working just had a small glitch with the sensor, and after Device Doctor came, it will no longer power up. Surprise Surprise, the new repair cost is now over $5000. The technician had zero idea how to explain how this could have happened and offered no solution. Ridiculous service by both pano corp and device doctor
Daniela Toro: UPDATING my 5 star review** I purchased my PAN/CEPH machine on November 2015. It worked great until OCTOBER 2019. Then many many problems began. A radiopaque horizontal lines keeps showing, image is blury on one side... and The BIGGEST problem was getting a hold of someone on customer service. It would take days or a WEEKS to get a call back after leaving multiple messages. Never able to talk directly to someone when calling. Finally, they would send a technician who honestly spent HOURS working and "on the phone" with Pan Corp trying to learn the updates. After multiple parts were changed (and paid for by me) the PROBLEM is BACK in my images (third time). I am calling AGAIN today and of course leaving a message. I requested in December a new technician and they do not have anyone else in the area they contract with... VERY disappointing. In the future I will for sure change x-ray company. (I did contact the great sales person from 2015, who replied my email in MINUTES, but no longer works there...).** I purchase my PAN/CEPH machine on November 2015, and so far had no issues and I am very happy with the company. I met their rep, Ryan Loeffler, at a dental meeting and he was very professional and efficient. I was able to do the purchase and delivery very fast. The machine takes good quality xrays. Once I had a problem because the machine was making a noise, they sent a technician right away and they repaired the issue at no extra cost because It was still under guarantee.
Gregg Resnick: I am very unhappy with Panoramic Corp right now. I have owned a new pan/ceph machine for about 1.5 years. It has never been right. The problem we have is when we take a pan then attempt to take a ceph right afterward. Often it works no problem, but other times we get a red light when we hit "acquire", and a message saying no sensor or something to that effect. Last Friday your employee Reese said that I have a bad board and that the hardware was covered under warranty the labor was not. He asked me to pay by credit card in advance! This machine has been giving us this problem, but not every time, since we bought it. We have called about it multiple times. Last time I spent 52 minutes in a queue. I think it should be fixed at no charge to me.
William Titus: I've been very disappointed with my machine. Does good images and the techs have been pleasant and helpful, but every time Windows 10 does an update, the settings for the machine are messed up and the Pan unit and the computer its connected to, won't communicate--no green light sayings its ready to image. That involves a call to tech support and a 45 minute to 1 hour ordeal to get things straightened out--and that's if you can get hold of a warm body. This has happened at least 10 times now and its just getting very old. A third party connecting to Microsoft's operating system really needs to have this sort of stuff worked out. We've had to reappoint multiple patients to have an x-ray taken...certainly not good. I just can't rely on this machine...and hence...this company. Issue going on now for almost two years with no solution in sight. Just disappointing...expected better on a twenty thousand dollar purchase. I have suggested Linux operating system, but they say, no can do. Windows 10 does not play well with third party systems and treats them very hostile. Even small apps the techs write to reset Windows for function don't work all the time. Just frustrating...
Teri Tipton: Scheduled bi-yearly maintenance. Had a part sent in advance, and paid for all services. They don't provide their own maintenance, they use someone local. It took over a month to get it scheduled AFTER the parts arrived. That appointment got cancelled because the tech went over on another job. The day it was rescheduled the tech's truck broke down. He never called to reschedule after that. it has been AT LEAST 4 months since we've paid for service we've never received. We have a part that may or may not be replaced, and I have no idea how long we can wait to return the part for credit if we don't need it.When you call Panoramic for support, you are on the phone for.....? I've previously been on the phone for over an hour waiting for someone to pick up. I'm writing this review while waiting on hold, it's only been 16 minutes so this review could end up being a book by the time they answer.The last time I called, i brought this up. They are simply understaffed, and I was told to leave a message instead of waiting on hold. I did that earlier this week, and no one has called me back.Our office will be looking to purchase a new Pan or CBCT in the next couple of years. I can guarantee that it will NOT be through Panoramic Corporation.
Brittany Mesi: Can't get anyone to answer the phone during their open business hours. Called multiple times couldn't get through to one person. That's not great customer service. Left a message, never got a response, put in an online request, no response. 🤷‍♀️
David Marion: I have to agree with Colleen Fodrey concerning Panoramic's service. The only difference is I am a dentist, an end-user. Most times if we do have issues, it's mostly due to Microsoft (ugh, don't get me started on that) and not Panoramic, but they are there to help us. Every single time. Our images are first class, our patients even like them as well and we couldn't be happier. Top Notch in every way!!! (And special thanks to a certain person somewhere who helped us permanently get rid of the Microsoft Bloatware that was ruining our computer)
AV Chemists: They are liars and have worst customer service. Tried to buy Panoramic Envision Unit, I was told to make edition to the wall inside the office so the machine would fit. While doing so, applied for financing. Called them few days later just to be notified that apparently they are all sold out, while still advertising online and sending their brochures in the mail. Don't know if it's an excuse to raise the price. Tried to follow up, and none of the departments pick up the phone. Guys be careful, the item is in thousands, you want to get the best customer service and a reliable one for that matter. Best of luck everyone.
Colleen Fodrey: As an IT specialist servicing multiple offices with X-ray machines, Panoramic has been my favorite x-ray machines and company to work with. The person below with problems with Windows updates need to realize that they should ALWAYS set their X-ray machine computer to NEVER get windows updates until you tell it to. (Yes I realize I said Always-Never) This way you can verify that the update will function well with the software. This is true on all machines - not just Panoramic - and especially true on anything running twain drivers. The machines rarely have any issues and when they do, Panoramic is right there to help - logging in and making it right. It is the x-ray machine I recommend.
Inventory Supplies: Horrible customer service, I have been calling them since Friday and left voicemail , No one contacted. I contacted them today again to place order, I was told to pay $10 if ordering via phone, so I decided to place it over website. They are charging double price online which is somewhat similar to online order. Called again to get it resolved. The sales rep told me that they will transfer to customer rep since she is free for help and she never picked my call. Hate the service
MK H: We have had more issues with our pan machine in the three years that we have had it than in the 15 years that we had the machine that it replaced (not a panoramic corporation machine). Service is expensive. Service technicians do not seem knowledgeable. I am upset with their customer care and support at this time.
David Toppi: My experience with Panoramic Corp has been nothing short of outstanding. Not only are the crew there always available to answer phones and any questions I had, but the products they sell are top quality. I had one of their older PC-1000 machines for many years, and it was a serious workhorse that never let me down. I recently purchased a new direct digital 'Envision' panoramic unit and couldn't be happier. The ordering process with Ryan was seamless, and delivery/installation was completed perfectly the first time. They provided everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) I needed to be up and running, at a cost that is very reasonable.I saved myself thousands of dollars going with Pancorp vs the other panoramic brands. Why overpay using a 'middle-man' dental supply company that takes their commision? When you by a Pancorp unit, you are dealing direct with Pancorp that makes and sells the unit. In the end, it costs you less for as good or better products than the other pano machines out there. Highly recommended!

Kendall Hoover: The care has been good and helpful.The billing is abysmal. The first time I went, they sent my bill to collections without even billing insurance. Just got another bill - NOT BILLED TO INSURANCE. It’s not that hard, every other doctor’s office does it. So weird.Then the THIRD time, they forgot to get a pre-authorization with insurance for a MAJOR procedure. Forgot. So the claim was denied and I've had to go to a TON of trouble to try to get it paid but it's looking like I'm going to have to pay out-of-pocket for this major procedure. Something I've never had to do in twenty years of being with my insurance carrier and multiple different surgeries for multiple members of my family.I'm sure billing is complicated, but in this case it was very negligent, and the good care isn't worth thousands and thousands of dollars because of their mistakes. I wouldn't be able to recommend Summit to anyone because of this.

Brenda Salinas: Just received a bill from them , as I have medicare and a great supplemental I never get bills. Tried to call they said 31 minute hold time so I called medicare who told me Summit never sent them a bill, medicare also gave me their fraud dept number. Summit is a scam.
Holly Kuhn: Was sent to collections when I had not even received a bill! (And I had been wondering where it was!) If you use this service might want to call THEM to find out what you owe because they don't send bills or attempt to call just send to collections. If I were in charge of this company I would find a new bill collections manager because the current manager apparently doesn't care or have the common sense enough to realize that they are giving away 25% to 50% of the bills to the collection agency for the convenience of not having to pick up a phone and speak with patients about any bills over the phone. Ever consider something might have got lost in the mail, at least, or that maybe you had a wrong address????
Allen Bourriague: My wife had an accident at work at Sam’s wholesale in Fort Wayne Indiana and they sent her to Summit radiology on a Workmans comp claim… Summit radiology has billed us instead of Sam’s and after explaining that to them they continue to bill us and now have turned it over to attorneys for collection...Steer clear of this office.

Daren McDaniel: The call started out nicely. She she was polite and all. Until I asked for validation of the supposed debt they claim I owe. She then got very aggressive and even asked me what I had to hide. Um, hello, nothing, but I would like to confirm that this supposed debt is for me. She threatened to send it to collections and have me sued. I cited my rights under the federal law in regards to validating a debt, got a mailing address, and got off the phone. Know your rights people and use them! The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act protects your right to debt validation. You have the right to make sure this is your debt and that the information is accurate.

Kayla Carver: The past 3 months I’ve been scheduled for a fill and for cleanings, and no one bothered to call and tell me that my insurance wasn’t accepted there anymore until beforehand, when they had to already cancel the appointments. I told them I had other insurance for dental that I could provide them with, and they still did not call me back to confirm they took it or could reschedule me. They also didn’t offer me the option to pay out of pocket. The lack of respect to reach out to customers is horrendous. I shouldn’t not be offered services because you changed providers, you should give me a choice! They also have not told customers that they changed the dentists within as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they will not respond to you in any form of a timely manner. So grateful to have been scheduled with a better dental company than Dental Design who accepts all my insurance and works with me immediately.
Amanda & Jeffrey Kimmel: Been going to them for two years now, suddenly not only do they not take my insurance anymore but they didn't bother to inform me either. I only found out because I needed to reschedule my appointment I'd made 6 months ago. The inconvenience is bad enough now that I suddenly need to find a new dentist but I also just can't stand the disrespect of not even bothering to reach out to inform me my insurance was no longer accepted.
Zach Fowler: After going here for a couple years and having no issues, I was surprised to learn only after I called to make my partner an appointment that there weren’t any doctors and the appointment I had been given for my next cleaning was not found. Nobody called me to let me know that they deleted this appointment. So if I had not called myself, I would have shown up for no reason. I don’t recommend going here if you are looking for a long term reliable dentist. Disappointed that I will now have to get in elsewhere where there is a 6 month wait for new patients.
Homer Rogers: Despite being between finding a new permanent doctor right now, and trying to accommodate their patients at the same time, the staff is always lovely. Lori is my personal favorite since she has made me feel comfortable since coming to Dental Design. As of making this review, the temporary doctor they have in right now is lovely as well! He’s up front about concerns he had for me but delivered in a genuine and polite tone. I would recommend Dental Design of Fort Wayne to friends and family 100%!

Jigsaw: Great place been here around a year didn't have to much of a problem. Other than staff taking a long time to call you back after you call them or waiting in the lobby for almost an hour than waiting another half hour I thought was a problem. But then scheduling me for work that wasn't nessessary, yeah get a second opinion. They also forget which teeth to fill so that's a clue it might be a scam. They schedule an appointment but when they send a text telling you to respond by a certain time if you don't they cancel your appointment and put someone else in your place than send you a text to show up to that appointment they just cancel. When you get there they refuse to work with you and take you back. So unprofessional and customer don't come first. One thing is when they screw up they don't take accountability they blame the customer. I don't recommend this place had way to many problems. Get a second opinion it pays to do so.

I first met her when she was part of a larger practice in Grabill. Even though I live in Grabill and could literally walk to her former place, my wife and I gladly followed her to her new practice in its current location.

jeremy peer: Great dentist but I had a shady experience with their billing department. They told my wife they accepted our dental coverage and were in network only to find out a month later they were out of network and billed us $169 for a cleaning for my 6 year old daughter. I tried to call and talk to Nancy in billing about the situation. She chalked it up to human error and said they couldn't adjust my bill. Be sure you know how much they are going to bill you before having a procedure done or you may be surprised.

We were very pleased with the previous office and concerned that switching to a new provider could affect the quality of service we were used to. We carefully researched our options to find a new dental provider and then called Summit Dental to schedule our first appointment.We were greeted with a smile and pleasant welcome. The check in was quick and easy, including a short medical information questionnaire. When we returned the form to the receptionist, it was just a few minutes until I was called in by Holly, my dental hygienist. Everyone I passed and made eye contact with during my time in the office, smiled and greeted me. The xrays and cleaning followed by a thorough exam with Dr Regan was completed quickly and professionally. My fears had been alleviated and I believe I have found the level of dental care that I had been enjoying previously. Well done to the Summit Dental team staff and doctors.

Their offices are absolutely beautiful, and both the professional and support staff are wonderful. Beyond the semi-yearly dental cleanings, I’ve had a few other procedures done and both were completely pain free. That alone makes Summit a five-star dental group in my book!! Bottom line: I highly recommend!

Nicole White: Phenomenal! QTC for VA claim did not send correct X-ray order to direct imaging and they waited past closing time to receive correct order and do all of my X-rays to avoid me having to drive an hour to come see them again. Super friendly & professional staff and were more than happy to help me when they could have easily turned me away. Thank you ladies!

I have nothing but good things to say about this medical diagnostic imaging center. All of my images are in one place plus I have digital access to them at any time.

Lutheran Imaging Services: what do users think?
Amanda Kline: No signs anywhere saying that guest are not allowed to wait in the lobby although that's what I was told 🤔 so here I am sitting in the rain waiting for my husband. Then they are taking people back that walked in after him but he is still waiting. Not to mention the lady at the front desk didn't like me asking questions about insurance/billing/discounts for paying in full. Healthcare in America needs caring, compasionate people, why are people just so rude these days?
Cindy Paugh: I had an MRI done on a Saturday. It was wonderful to not have to worry about being late for work. The staff were friendly and professional. I even received my results on Sunday and was contacted by my primary MD Monday morning. A great team ! thank-you
