Danielle Paulette: I don't know who posted the one star but my experience was outstanding! Pat Geist was beyond helpful and made numerous phone calls for me to get my prescription and insurance coverage information. She offered me numerous models to choose from and the options were far better than the other places i had called. Would highly recommend. Also they shipped the breast pump to me at no cost
S Branson: I went through Darah Medical for a pump and they told me everything was going to be covered by my insurance. I had asked them on multiple occasions if it was going to be covered 100% by my insurance and they said YES it is. An estimated cost was NEVER mentioned. Then I get a bill for $136.00. This is false advertising and I would never recommend them! They are taking advantage of people.

William Miskelly: My Son-in-law was traveling to Nepal to help cancer patients. He got an emergency call asking him to try to bring Ostomy Bags. The hospital had run out. He had tried several places but got no help. He missed his flight and had to delay a day. My daughter remembered how my wife had always gone to MD CHOICE for her needs. He called and they had him come in. By the time he left, he enough to supply several months needs, at a greatly reduced price. He said he thought it was going to be impossible to get enough for that hospital. I read how some had poor experiences. My family and a Nepal Hospital will not forget your generosity and caring attitude. Thank You!

I am almost 6 months pregnant with excruciating back pain, I came in with my paperwork from my doctor for a belly band. She took one look at my insurance, saw one of them was Aetna and refused to help me. I even told her I have MD wise which they DO except, but she kept telling me she would have to run through Aetna first and refused to do so! Told me I had to pay out of pocket or I couldn't get it. Never met a more rude worker in my life. Do NOT want to go.back.
Julianne Vanderpool: The people there will listen to you about questions and concerns. They will take the time to answer everything making sure you understand all the answers. They won't rush you about. Parking is literally right outside the front door for everyone. I'm greeted every time I go in and I have my helper's complete attention until I'm ready to walk out the door.

Dawn Bowie: My Lymphedema therapist recommended this local company so I could purchase compression wraps and Lymphedema treatment supplies. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. Lora, the owner, took my measurements herself, fitting me with the best option for the length and diameter of each leg. She also noted that if my doctor could provide a prescription, Insurance could make the wraps much more affordable. This company can submit the bill to insurance for any patient, which saves the pain of filling out the forms and doing it themselves.It's been about 4 months now and the wraps fit perfectly and I'm feeling much better. Service was excellent, the staff is caring and detail-oriented, and the entire process quite positive. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this fine team to help with obtaining the right medical supplies for your needs.

Colleen Angel: I've been waiting 7 months for my bipap machine...7 MONTHS! When I called, the woman I spoke to said she'd call when she got to me, then hung up on me!! They work with people with medical issues, but fail to care...shame on you!

Takes several calls over several days to finally speak to anyone. Bill credit card over $350 then 4-6 weeks later they send paper checks because they overcharged me. It's routine. Lincare is terrible! I closed my account, was told it was paid in full then 2 months later sent another bill for $65.15. Save yourself the headache and use ANYONE else!Update 2/8/23Lincare's response is laughable. Takes several calls over multiple days and waiting for ever to actually talk to someone.

Justin Laughlin: This place is completely useless. You should use them if you hate having too much time and money. Weeks without hearing anything. Then they offer to rent you equipment for a monthly rates higher than what you can buy it for cash online. Don't waste your time. They sign you up for mandatory shipments and charge you for replacement parts you didn't ask for.

And then come and get the non invasive vent mask before billing Medicare AGAIN for unnecessary items! I appreciate the home health products that I need and use but your refusal to pick up things collecting dust and billing insurance is shameful. Awaiting response !

She advised me as to when chair would be delivered and it was guaranteed for 5 years. She also let me know that I needed to contact my Dr to have him request a seat cushion for me. I also was treated very kindly by the associate named Brandon. He called me prior to arriving at my home to make sure the timing was OK. I will recommend Lincare to others and will definitely use them for any future needs. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!.

Brian Scherschel: Doctor faxed them a prescription to Lincare for medical equipment. 4 days later I call to start the process. Lyin' Bailey starts lying immediately. She says she never received the prescription, and I'm not in their system, and we can't do anything until they get the fax. We can already tell where this is going. Terrible business from the outset.

MSC Sleep: what do users think?
Merrilee Laughlin: Getting automated calls for a test that was ordered. When I try to connect, it hangs up on me. The test is no longer required, I wanted to let them know.Helpful hint for MSC sleep: lots of different unknown numbers used by your company. The existence of spam calls in the world, unknown numbers do not get answered and are sent to voice-mail. Then we listen to it, call back, and don't get the person who left a message.
Michael Burdette: My Doctor ordered a new machine for me due to the Phillips recall. I called MSC a few days later to check on progress and was told "it takes a few days to get authorization from the insurance company". I waited nearly three weeks and called again. After a 20 minute wait on hold I was told that my doctor never sent any sleep study or demographic information, meaning that they did not even have a phone number or address for me. I find this very difficult to believe. I'll be looking elsewhere for my CPAP and supplies.
Traccee Sueoka: It took me close to 3 months to even get my machine. Excuses were the order was sent to the wrong department and having the wrong phone number. You also have to wait 30 minutes to an hour on the phone just to talk to somebody. When I finally picked up my machine, I was told I’d be getting a phone call everyone 3 days for the first 30 days. I never did. I had problems wearing the mask. I gave the machine back to them. Hate to see what they will be charging me for a week of use.
Marvina Liechty: I wanted to send my machine back and had a question. I called and was on hold for almost an hour before giving up, while I listened to their music drone on and on and on!!! I need to talk to a person. Will try again later. They need to tell what the wait time may be!
Janan Wolfe: They were rude. Did not listen to me. Dr put in an order for my air flow to change they did not do it. I actually had a person there tell me that I should watch YouTube to see how the masks work!
