Nicole Collier: As a former employee of the Royville location on 12635 Coldwater Road I can personally say how unprofessional the manager & her best friend who is an employee there as well behave. I have neighbors & vendors that have come to me asking questions & explaining how I am being bashed & how the manager MC is taking the credit for running me off. I have kept to myself but this is getting out of hand & I may look into legal action. If the owner wants to keep AS who is the best friend of MC there when she has stolen cigarettes & Food & the manager (MC) knows that this employee does this is a crying shame & shows a lack of care towards a company that has been around longer than I have been alive. I took pride in my work & making customers happy & this is getting ridiculous. My character is being challenged & my name smeared because I was figuring out the truth as to what was really going on behind closed door at that store so I had to be ran off so I wouldn’t expose the truth. The truth won’t do anything because the manager (MC) is the Human Resources daughter. I have had enough & I will fight back!!!!

Just today I’m back home for my long weekend off and am surprised it has now become CLEANEST Pilot I’ve seen. Any FW Pilot employees reading this great job! And please always keep it that way.

C Clarke: I went to this truck stop later at night. The Resturant was closed and I was left with what was there. I purchased two sliced pizzas and went to my vehicle to eat it. It was dry and had been in the warmer what seemed like all day. I went back inside to ask for something different to eat and was denied. I was not told I couldn’t refund or exchange hot foods when I pitched those items. I would have thought that would be something you tell a customer. Last time I will buy anything here.

r trucking: Best restaurant I've ran into in a long time, you don't expect much anymore from restaurants out on the the road as they seem to be the same and the cooks hate their jobs, but I have to sayi wish I didn't leave before trying the Texas Mac and cheese because I would of grabbed another too eat later.!! Mariann: The trucking company I work for uses this fuel center to fuel up on either diesel or gasoline. You have to have a special card to use for Pacific pride company.
