With all the positives, you have to remember that this place is in a food court in a mall. It is loud. Dimelo Waterson: I enjoyed my gyro. The lamb was shaved a little thick but it was, hot, fresh, and fast. Low on sauce though, and asking for more for $0.50 wasn't something I was interested in.

Ryan bittner: Fries, perfect. Burger had great taste mango pineapple smoothie was delicious. A little pricey, but it's in the mall so understandable. Will definitely return.
Robert Brush: Ordered a milkshake. They gave the wrong order name and someone took it, and then returned it. Instead of making a new shake they decided to give me a returned milkshake, during covid-19. Not that I wanted a returned milkshake outside of covid season anyway. One worker was even just standing there on their phone the entire time.
Mandy LoCastro: First and last time eating here. Awful customer service and awful system for how they hand out food. My husband had his food and was done eating before I even got my food. I had to watch like 20-25 minutes for my food while other people who ordered behind me got theirs first. I will never give them my money again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid that place.
Kadie McKibben: The smoothie I ordered was watered down and poorly made. And the woman at the cash register decided to joke around with a coworker, in front of a disabled person, and others, and she used the stereotypical, completely offensive hand to chest “sign for retard” for lack of better words for description. It was uncalled for and unprofessional.

Joe Frame: Amazing breakfast! The location is small but they seem to get people in and out fairly quickly. Portions are very large so be prepared to eat or share dishes. Service was superb, never once had to ask for a refill, extra syrup, napkins, anything. We went during the week and it was busy, but we only waited 10 minutes for a table. Like I said, it’s a small location, but it is worth a visit.

We were never brought a second cup of coffee nor my husband a second glass of water. The waitress we had was too busy visiting with another customer that was sitting at the bar. To top it off none of the other servers didnt ask if we needed anything. She didn't even ask how our food was. We will go somewhere else on Thursday afternoons. We r regular customers that eat there at least twice a week. I do hope this gets read by Management.

When the beef Manhattan came out it had shredded hash browns on it. Never had hash browns with my beef Manhattan. I did not want to say anything because I did not want to wait another hour. The guy at the register kept telling us he was sorry and said that it would get better the more we come back, it got better once we left! The restroom was lacking hand towels.

Robert Howell: This diner gave me a Denny's feel at first but after we finished eating I learned that the food was better then a Denny's, the prices were close but still lower then Denny's and lastly and this may be just that we had Sheila (who did a great job) waiting our table but the service was better then your average Denny's.We are a family of vegetarians and had no trouble finding good vegetarian options on the menu. I was disappointed that they only have sausage gravy with their biscuits and gravy and not a vegetarian gravy (if they would just not add in the sausage when making the gravy I would have happily ordered them.I went with an omelot that came with a side of fresh fruit (or hashbrows) the fruit was actually fresh and not canned which was a good thing to see. That side included watermelon. Pineapple, honey dew and orange. The omelet came with a second side of my choosing from multiple options, I went with the French toast.The entire breakfast was delicious and since we are nearby we will definitely make coming here a regular occurrence. As a bonus the diner has a drive through and you can call in your order and go through the driveway to get it.Vegetarian options: Alot of options and you can ask to have meat removed from almost any item on the menu.

Megan Daniels: Last time eating here.. Think after first meal said this. Tried not judging. But I might as well went to McDonald's got meal. At least getting combo get whole meal for same price spent there. $7.99 French toast only. First walked in had old nursing home smell to it. Hostess was more worried about filling out her schedule than setting me. Two tables in my area was complaining that their food shouldn't take forty minutes to be served. They wasn't that busy. Hate they closed Halls down. Blue bird was to packed for me. This place good for retirement community

Eric Angel: I really wanted to give Klemm's a higher rating. Their food always tastes good but unfortunately, they missed the mark on my last order. I ordered a Garbage Plate with 2 eggs over easy, add chorizo and rye toast. Instead, they sent the Garbage Omelet with chorizo. On the box, they wrote, "We're out of rye. Sorry." I have no problem with that but they sent rasin toast. I don't personally like sweets for breakfast. It would have made more sense to send wheat or white toast. As for the Garbage Plate I ordered, I guess an omelet technically has eggs but when you're expecting over easy, it's disappointing. Overall, the food tasted good, as always, but it wasn't what I ordered.

Travis Arnett: I've eaten there several times and not only is the food made to perfection EVERY TIME, the prices are straight out of the 80s! Two adults with large breakfasts and coffee: a $20 bill will cover the check and average tip, but we always leave a little extra. You can't get breakfast for ONE PERSON for $20 anywhere else in town let alone TWO! Oh, and inside tip: they have their own homemade hot sauce and it's AMAZING!! John Weimer: I've been going here for breakfast for over 35 years. Great little hidden gem! Food is always hot and freshly cooked in front of you. The staff is always friendly and personable, regardless of their position (bussers, cooks, servers, dishwasher, etc) all are great to be around. Owner / coach Dan not only serves his community food here but also takes a good amount of his personal time to coach and mentor our middle and high schoolers in various sports as well!

Chris Knight: So disappointed with what seems to be a decline of what used to be a Fort Wayne staple neighborhood restaurant. Stopped in this afternoon, first time in 6 months. Swiss steak has been a Thursday special for a long time, so ordered that.Used to be, the daily specials were value priced and you'd get a decent portion. I understand inflation has skyrocketed. But what used to be $7.99, maybe $8.99, is now $12.99 and you no longer get a salad. Just 2 pieces of bland Swiss steak (used to actually have flavor, Seasonings), mashed potatoes, lukewarm green beans and a room temperature dinner roll. No flavor, definitely no value.Sad to say that was probably my last visit to Hall's. I'd like to support local biz but for $2 less I can go to Texas Roadhouse for the early bird specials and get fresh, hot food (including steak!), huge salads & sides and endless dinner rolls. Wish I would have done that today. 😕
