AID of Indiana: what do users think?
Tl Bauer: This is one of the most amazing places to be a part of! I am honored to work here at AID. The staff are part of one big family that take care of each other! We celebrate our wins and pray for and come alongside those that are struggling for whatever reason. Our individuals are OUR family and we strive to help them be as independent as possible with dignity to live their lives to the fullest ❤️. Did I mention we love to have fun and pay it forward in the community as well!! You should join our big and growing family!!!
stephany mcdavid: I have been here for 4 months and I absolutely love what I do. From the clients I take care of the entire staff I work on with. It's family here. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
pamis4real: I love how involved in the community AID is and that they take pride in their staff and individuals.
Tasia Talbert: I cannot believe that this place is currently running. This is obviously not a reputable business. I’d rather put my loved one in the care of REGISTERED NURSES (RNs). I will be reporting this business to the Indiana department of health due to NEGLECT!
Lakisha Evans: I would never allow a family member to be taking care of by these people!
Khyler Runnels: A great place to work! AID of Indiana is full of people who truly care about the work they're doing.
Stacy B.: Excellent organization! Top notch staff who really engage well with their clients.
marita klenke: It looks so promising for me I felt pleased with what I learned today like they were so on it they answered all my questions I had
Andrew Eisaman: Great place to work
lyrel miller: I just started working at this agency , and immediately felt welcome! My first day of work, stepping through the front door of the residence, I was greeted by David McFarland, the House Manager. He made me feel as if I was stepping into a warm environment! Was very similar to the other staff I have gotten the pleasure of meeting this far! Great people! I enjoy the atmosphere and positivity they bring to me and the clients! Big thumbs up!
Nelson Ross-Miller: About the only place i have worked that has honored time off. They really care about employees having a work / life balance . There’s always room for improvement. I work on the community engagement side and we have been training Monthly now rather than quarterly, which is great as we can retain knowledge better.
Maria Reaser: I love AID. They are very responsive when I have concerns for my loved ones.
Issa Kakish: AID is a great organization. They really care about their clients. I've been with other organizations and AID is the best.
Mischief Loc: Great place everyone is so friendly and a great place for employment
Lucas Gardner: This is a great job for anyone that is willing to work 50+ hours in a week and genuinely enjoys helping others. In my experience things were poorly managed starting with the HR office. I was notified at 6:30 pm on the Sunday before the Monday morning orientation set at 9 am. I was hesitant to even show show up at orientation because I felt the communication was a reflection of how things would unfold. As it turns out, I was right in my judgment. I was employed for a month as house manager. I had one complete day off in that month. I shared my concerns to everyone in the company whom I was instructed to. This included program managers, program directors, HR, and the executive director about getting a day off. It felt like they thought I was just being whiny. I was working 60+ hours a week, something they failed to mention in the interview or orientation. They state that you will never work more than 56 hours, which was false, as this problem happened continuously. When I questioned the program director about working 60+ hours, Denaris, he responded "well sometimes we approve you to work more as house manager."Members of the office staff all are quick to text meaningless words of support, but when it comes to actually taking action they drop the ball. Someone could have easily covered 1 shift for me so I could be relieved. The only action that was taken was after i put my two weeks in and then my three day notice.I loved the clients I worked with and it was a great experience with them, but management made this an easy decision to leave. There are plenty of employers looking right now which accounts for their issues of pulling staff in. Even though there are plenty of applicants HR is slow to contact them.In this market employees have the power, and until they actually hear out their employees, the turnover rate will continue to be high here.Bottom line, don't waste your time here.
Matthew Clinger: I am an employee here at AID of Indiana. I just started towards the end of February and I already am in love! A.I.D. offers great benefits to their employees while maintaining a loving/professional relationship. I honestly feel like family working here! With a diverse culture; it broadens the door to so many different possibilities and outlooks on life I didn’t know existed! I highly recommend A.I.D. to anyone in the area that is looking for home health care for a loved one with disabilities! Is there an option to give more than 5 stars??
Kearsden Miller: I had the privilege of working with these amazing wonderful people . Unfortunately I had to leave due to COVID 19 and home schooling but they were very understanding, professional and accepting of my decision. Although I was sad to leave my AID family , they made it clear that I was welcome back at anytime and willing to work with me . Love the AID community for not just what they are but for all the love and support . We need more companies with this type f structure!
Monty Rogers-Williams: Awesome work environment and kind staff! I refer anyone that has a desire to better life of someone else to join!
Kyle: I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started working for this company but I must say the atmosphere is wonderful I love all my coworkers/managers the owners are great people seriously. I feel like an actual employee that matters & not just another number at a big corporation. I truly feel blessed to be able to say I’m employed at this company and plan to stay for years to come . This is not a facade I’m an actual employee I’ve only been with this company for a month and a half and it does get very slightly frustrating/challenging but what job doesn’t come with it’s challenges . If your thinking about employment with this company go for it seriously ! I can honestly say since I’ve been working for this company I’ve been able to actually progress in life I just got a new apartment, I’m not behind on bills & I can provide for my two year old etc... Thank you A.I.D you are a blessing 🙏🏾
Ms miSELLaneous: AID of Indiana is a company that goes above & beyond for their clients.
Michelle Hagewood: Aid is a wonderful place to work!!

Pure Abilities: what do users think?
Lauren Davis: I recommend Pure Abilities 100%! I had the pleasure of observing them with clients. I saw how well they balance encouragement and challenge, and how they cater to clients as individuals. Recreational therapy is such a special thing that Pure Abilities understands how to provide in the most effective ways.
Elizabeth Subrin: Rachel is absolutely amazing. Be patient with the process (I was not as it was our first time finding a recreational therapist.) but it was worth it!!! Our therapist is amazing and we are so excited to continue working with her!!
Jen Joy: The people who work with my son (Ethan and Kayla) are simply amazing ! If I could give them 100 gold stars I would! They have the right energy and perfect attitude to work with my son. He is very happy which makes me very happy. If you're having doubt about picking a place to help with your child you dont need to look any further. A+++
Johnny Schoenefeld: It's awesome, I like what we do together. Have a fun time together.

ResCare Community Living - Ft. Wayne, IN: what do users think?
Jeff Shideler: This is where my caregiver is from
Little Ninja: I work for this company through a medicaid waiver program. So far it's been a good place to work for. But today just learned I had to get a tb test and cpr certificate. I work taking care of my wife I don't travel I don't take care of strangers. I take care of my wife. I shouldn't have to get a tb test. And I've allready been trained in cpr and first aid. Next they're be asking me to get vaccine shots.
Randy Forrer: Wish I could give them a lower rating!Offer sign on bonuses and then "restructure" before paying out!Horrible company.
Julie R.: Organized and caring. Meeting needs for IDD community.
Robert Gibson: Rescare employees Bryson Smith and Cordon Williams took our son while on the clock for Rescare out of state without our permission 3 times in 2 months and we didn't find out about that until it showed up on our credit card bill.Plus they were helping themselves to Starbucks and drinks from gas stations without our permission.Rescare never even disciplined them.So where ever they are working for Rescare now--- beware these 2 have no boundaries as to what they think they can do when you aren't watching over them.
Danny Shepherd: Well it's now 1045. I called your number at1015 left a voicemail. Then called HR in Ft Wayne at 1030. Still no call? Not very professional, and bad customer service. Think I will pass on this company. Thanks
Robert Dean: Treat clients poorly they still stuff out your room
Jennifer Jackson: If you are a vendor, I suggest that you don't do business with this company! They are liars and do not pay their bills. We are working with our attorney and suing them for thousands of dollars in unpaid bills.
Kristen Austion: This care provider is absolutely horrible!! If you are considering this company for care of your child/adult DON'T!!! I cannot express this strongly enough!! Their lack of care, proper nutrition border on abuse!! There is rarely adequate staff, never a nurse checking or following up on medical issues and there most definitely is NO ONE checking up or correcting issuesbrought to the attention of management in regards to improper conduct of staff and inadequate care of the client in the home. Always telling you want you want to hear but never a change or resolution!!
Yolanda F. Hall: My Husband Mr. Jerome Hall Works for Rescare Fort Wayne. They are very poor in Caring for the safety of their Clients. I reported to them several times that he (my husband) and his co-workers were Smoking "getting High" while on the clock, mistreating the clients, Stealing Meds and using the company transportation for personal use. They disregarded my info and allowed him to continue to work because he did Overtime anytime for anyone without a Raise because he was being satisfied in his misconduct. His so-called supervisor even allowed him to live in the clients garage at the 👉 (IONE House). The female Workers he was having Affairs with were Calling my Home being very Disrespectful. I even sent a letter to the head Supervisors & Director to report that I had proof he was Abusing the Clients and they were misrepresenting the company, one lady in the office responded stating that as long as he Worked they didn't have to talk to me (how sad). He said they transferred him to another Rescare location in Florida. He told them I was crazy, but he's a veteran that suffers from PTSD 👈. The company is WEAK and Disgusting they need to be INVESTIGATED ASAP!!!!

Aging & In-Home Services-Ne Indiana: what do users think?
Jessica Griffith: My experience applying for the Medicaid Waiver with Aging and In Home Services started out wonderful with our counselor helping at every stage, showing compassion and patience, explaining the process, and making it as easy as possible for us. Unfortunately she left her position and our new counselor has been nothing but a roadblock at every turn. She shows no warmth or connection to our family and it's as if she enjoys making the process as tedious and difficult as possible for us. She did a poor job explaining the process and we missed a deadline which required us to start the application over from the beginning. We selected a new managed care team. There is a list of case management teams serving Allen County. I didn't realize we had other options or I would have changed long ago. Their caseload is now full.
Jo mayo: Would not work here again. The clients are wonderful however the micromanaging is not worth the experience. The managers should really treat their employees with respect. The over work you and then sit in each others offices and will not help you if you ask for it. Do better.
Tina C: Aging & In-home services was super helpful when I needed to figure out the Indiana Medicaid Waiver program for my sister. Because of their info & help, my sister qualified for the Waiver, and is now happily living in an Assisted Living facility, rather than living in her home by herself (when she was no longer able to). I now have the peace of mind that she is safe, cared-for, with all meals provided, etc. Aging & In-Home Services' staff is caring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, and I am so grateful for them!! Don't hesitate to reach out to them!
Peter Martina: They were as helpful as can be.
Jan Kauffman: The most sincere and kind people I have ever known. They truly want to help in any way they can, in order to provide needed assistance during our time of need. Five stars isn’t enough to describe all the genuine caring they show.
Julia Baker: Great place. Quickly addresses all my needs. Never a bad experience yet. Would not have known all that I qualified for if not for them. Would definitely recommend giving them a call if you even wonder if you qualify. Have helped with in home care, delivered meals, and more.
Steven Rich: Thoughtful.
Alberta Puff: The people who helped us were very nice!!
Heather Armstrong: Everyone was nice
Sharon Munro: So helpful in our needs.
Tsion T: I recently moved to Fort Wayne and noticed that my close family member was not doing well and needed assistance. I googled and found the Aging and In-Home service who were so helpful and clear on all instructions. In less than two weeks, my family member was visited and told that he qualified for some services and has to wait for his turn since there is a wait time. I am so grateful, given his condition and would like to send the word for anyone who is looking for this service. Too bad the phone prompt does not have if you are grateful press 1 LOL
Marlene Gomez: I had recently moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana and didn't have no family or help for my aging sick mom. I was happy to have spoke to my mom's doctor and they referred us to Aging and In Home Services I thank God for them. They were a blessing to my family. We now have lots of help coming our way and they were very patient and helpful.
Chris Macy (Sirbuffness): These guys do great service for the community
