dasouljarous Dabachelous: Ice cold air and sometimes snow but driver must walk 600ft from staging area to a outdoor booth with no heater to check in! Instead of allowing drivers to check in when coming pass booth in the truck drivers must park in a staging lot over 600ft from booth in the cold air and snow then walk back to booth!
Brandon Marlow: UNFI truck ignoring signs, again, clearly posted at both ends of S. Hadley Rd between Covington and Illinois Rd. This is NOT a commercial truck route, and the one end Tee's into Covington Rd. The radius there isn't designed for big rigs navigating the turn, and it makes all the existing traffic back-up to allow the semi to turn. Ossydoe: I checked at 650 before my 7am appointment. Didn’t get docked until 8am and they didn’t start unloading until 9am. What’s the point of scheduling appointments if you can’t take care of them accordingly. By far the worst place to go to. Your gonna be waiting for over 4hrs.

hoosier boys: Buying process was bad at first, the sales rep literally said "I know you need this couch and I need this sale" - Luke Rittenhouse. False buckeroo, already got furniture, just want new ones. However they had a couch that I really liked. So I decided to try again (You're welcome) and spoke with Valerie Chappel (We requested not to have Luke again) and she set me straight with what I needed. I then waited 2 weeks for my sectional to arrive, and the delivery guys were great! There names were Andy, and I cant remember the other guys name. Ashley had shipped the wrong feet with my chaise that came with it and Andy MADE SURE he didnt go home that night until I had the right ones, he came after hours on his own time. If it wasn't for Andy I would never buy Ashley again. You're the man! - Justin Haynes.

I asked to inspect them and he said no worries you can return them up to 7 days if i was unhappy with the product....got all the way home and opened the box to find only 1 barstool. Will be returning to the store later today anf WILL NEVER shop at Ashley furniture again.

It's a ware house I get it, but that doesn't mean mice traps and raccoon traps should be strewn about. I'm glad I picked up my furniture instead of it staying there one more day.

Robert Gillcrist: I am a delivery driver and while making a delivery in chicago I was blocked in by an aunt millies truck. He literally parked in the middle of the lot and went into the store to put product on shelves. Instead of parking on the side so people could move about he makes me wait 30 minutes. We are on a strict schedule and my timeliness directly reflects my position. They need better training apparently.
