Alexis Nicolette-Baker: Emery did an amazing job with our zoo (8 cats, a foster dog, fish, and our bearded dragon). She sent daily updates (with pictures), was super responsive, took great care of our house (she even took care of our plants), and really put in the extra effort to make sure our foster dog Archie was comfortable (there were a lot of fireworks while she watched him). She was extremely flexible and easy to talk to (despite my neurotic tendencies). We'll definitely be using her in the future!
Ryan Littlefield: Our Golden doodle LOVED his stay at Critter Sitters. George came home completely exhausted, which was really nice for us after a day of traveling. Emery and her daughter are absolutely experts in the field of animal care. They gave us some free tips on dog allergies and how to keep George's separation anxiety under control. We will definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone. Please understand that this is a one-person business that is mostly being run out of the kindness of her heart. This is NOT a massive pet complex with multiple helpers/rooms/etc. If you want a truly personalized experience, this is the way to go!
Scott Silvers: The reason I gave three stars is because she wasn't available when I needed a sitter. That rating has nothing to do with anything else. I don't have first hand experience with her services. I hear she's a great person who loves animals. That's why I called her.

We contacted Emery with only 5 hours notice and she took in our puppy. He had never been left with a stranger before like that, but when I went to pick him up after the service he almost seemed reluctant to leave. We especially appreciated the pictures we received while he was there. If we lived in Fort Wayne, we would DEFINITELY bring our dog to Emery any time we needed a sitter!

Donna Diaz: I took my dog, Tucker, there for the first time on 3/20/23. Tucker was a nervous and anxious little fellow but your professional care was wonderful. A special thank you to Miranda for doing an amazing job grooming Tucker, especially given the fact that he was antsy. Staff offered fantastic service along with being polite, friendly and professional. Already scheduled my next grooming session. I highly recommend Paw's-Claw's.Donna
Laura Pappas: Our Border Collie mix isn't a fan of getting groomed. The staff of Paw's-n-Claw's was patient and professional, and our pup looks amazing.

Ed S: Our beagle mix loves going here for doggy daycare/ day play. It's the highlight of his week. Staff is very friendly and caring, they are clearly animal lovers and the dogs love them. They have special holiday themed events for the pups for an extra charge and the photos alone are worth the cost, plus they give you a doggie bag of treats to take home after the event.
Big ERN: Really nice place. The staff was super friendly, and you can tell they care about the well-being of the dogs. The prices are the best we seen too. We will continue to bring our pup children here.
Angela B: My dog had a 3-day stay at the pet care palace with the king suite and open play. The very limited hours the location is open makes it very very difficult for those traveling in to the area to drop-off/pick-up. The earliest you can pick-up on Sunday is 4pm. We had to check out of our hotel by noon and sit around for 4 more hours until they even opened.My dog has had raging diarrhea since picking her up. The staff mixed her with another dog by the same name and I am thinking they gave my dog the wrong food. They also had to give it 3 tries before locating her belongings. We ended up finding another dogs toys and dog food in her bag once we got home. I was sad to see they never gave her any of her provided treats they stated they would distribute throughout her stay - not one.I will be taking my dog to the vet this week to ensure her diarrhea will resolve. This was not the best experience and I don't feel they were organized at all.

Lydia Joy: I was really nervous to leave my parrot to be looked after by pet sitters because her care is very involved, but Laura and Rich have done great with her! They've taken amazing care of our cats as well. I highly recommend them, especially if you have exotics.
Dale Kaminski (DJ): Laura and Rich did an outstanding job taking care of our cats while we were on a trip. They were thorough, spoke at length with me to understand what care the cats needed, and followed it all up with incredible service. They left notes following each visit and sent us photos of our cats while we were gone, too! I highly recommend checking out TLC if you have pets that need to be visited while you’re out of town. Our cats were well taken care of and even the shy one warmed up to Rich and Laura!
Christina Parish: I could not rave about Rich and Laura of TLC In-Home Pet Care enough. I trust them emphatically with the loving care of our 2 aussies. We used to get anxiety leaving the dogs overnight because they really are like our 4 legged children, but we no longer do. I often joke that they don’t even act like they miss us because they love Rich and Laura so much. One of our dogs can be nervous around strangers, and she warmed up to them immediately upon during the meet and greet! We’ve used them multiple times now when we have gone out of town. We have used their overnight stay option which includes morning and evening let outs (usually multiple at that- upon arrival and before leaving and upon arrival and before bedtime) + additional afternoon let while away on trips. They always leave detailed notes and send pictures as well! They play with the dogs outside, give them lots of attention and cuddles (they are Aussies after all and love physical affection), and always tend to their food/water/treat/bathroom needs flawlessly. We’ve referred others to TLC In-Home pet services, and they’ve had the same outstanding experiences we have. They are insured as well which gives you additional piece of mind. I highly recommend their services!!!!!
Kyle Guderian: We used the service for the first time while out of town on a family vacation. Our two dogs don’t enjoy kennels so we were so happy to be able to keep them at home while we were away. We met with Rich and Laura in advance and they answered any/all questions and explained how everything works. Rich sent photos of the dogs and left daily updates while we were away. We felt 100% confident that this was the best choice for the dogs and ourselves. It was nice coming home and not having to worry about going and picking up the dogs somewhere else. Easy breezy. We look forward to using their service again and again as needed.
R Sharp: Trusting someone to enter your home and also with your pets while you’re gone is a big deal. I’ve had one previous pet sitter but she was often late. She was okay but I knew that I could find bettter. Upon getting in contact with TLC I knew that. I’d found what I’d been looking for. My dog and my cat are in such good loving caring and competent care. They are trustworthy and on time. They send pics and texts. Also I know that it will be either Laura or her husband entering my home and caring for my pets. Also they are bonded and insured and this is their livelihood so that’s evidence that they’re going to do a good job. They ease my mind and are trustworthy dependable and take great care of my pets.

They left a detailed note each day as well, which I appreciated it. I was also sent several pictures of our babies. They are highly experienced, not just with cats and dogs, but also with reptiles and other less common animals. We will be using them again this summer.
