Took them 3 weeks to complete the job. A-AA made me a new line in 1 day!!!. Do not use affordable sewer services it will cost you again in the future!!! Also they only have a 1 year warranty which they did not state at the time of service. When I called them back in june of 2020 with my concerns they said their was nothing they could do for me.

When we were put on the schedule, they didn't show up until after closing hours each time and we had to stay over. The workers that showed up for the job thought that we might have a main line issue and were quoting us on clearing all lines. When I called again to have services done again and to find out about quoting, my calls were ignored and the lady told me she was blocking me and hung up. This is a terrible way to conduct business. Yes, their rates are hard to beat, but that's if you can deal with the horrible customer service and communication.

Our kitchen drains were backed up, and after a fruitless effort on my part to fix it we decided to call a professional in to fix it. So I tried many different services in the Fort Wayne/Allen County area. All the estimates were right around the same, except for Affordable Sewer Service, after I called the main office I was actually put on the phone with the owner, his name was Brad Olson. He answered all of the questions I had with patience. I found him to be very knowledgeable, honest, and up front in his answers. One of my questions was how long they had been doing this, and when he informed me that they had been in the pluming game for over 30 years, and he also gave me an estimate that was below the other companies, I decided to schedule an appointment with affordable Sewer Services. Ultimately they came out at exactly when they told me they would be there. The workers introduced themselves, and could not been nicer people. They started by trying to run a snake down the sink itself. They tried about 15 times or more, but it would not work. The workers then decided to check (my home is a mobile home) underneath the house. It turned out that I don't have the ideal pluming set-up under the house so they cut the pipes, used a blow bag on them at least twice, and they ran the snake again, and that did the trick! They then put everything back together, glued the pipes back together, and cleaned everything up. When all was said and done our tough clog took them 6 hours to fix, because the blockage was that bad. I was amazed when they told me how much to pay, and it was actually below the estimate I was given! The folks from Affordable Sewer Services will get my future business if their services are needed! I highly recommend this company for anyone who lives in the Northeastern Indiana area, and finds they are in need of pluming services!

Hella Good: Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Crooked thieves who give false estimates, and lie. Took advantage, and I hope karma catches up very quickly. Anyone who calls you "partner" is distrustworthy from the get go. Let alone on disability, and yet own a company. Fraudulent much? If SSI and disability has a fraud department, then they should look into the owner of this place.

Jim Kinne: Had a “known” company come out to clear what I was told was a simple sewer line blockage. It took about over 2 hours to complete. After 2 1/2 days, the blockage was as bad as before. Fortunately, I was unable to get the guys back out and found Rick’s Sewer Svcs. Corey came out well after dark, cleared the line and then got a camera down the line and found where the line was cracked and over 75% blocked by tree roots. He scheduled us to repair the line and did a really fabulous job. He was professional, very methodical in his analysis of the problem/solution, communicative, and answered all my questions. I’ve used several other contractors over the last 23yrs but Rick’s is now the only phone number I will use for this type work, period! Thanks Rick - you now have an extremely satisfied customer!

David and Seth did an outstanding job of completely cleaning our 57-year-old main sewer line from the basement toilet to the city sewer line. We had another local company snake the sewer line 3 years ago and they just ran a 3/4" snake down the line and said it was fixed. David and Seth ran a cleaner head down the 4" sewer line that completely cleaned the cast iron pipe.
