Draco Sims: So I've been trying to get a job there for the past 4 months. I call and I call and I call. About two months back I called to give notice that I had applied to their store. Immediately the person on the phone (assuming the manager) told they did not have a position available. Didn't say she'd look or nothing, straight "we are not looking for help". So I went up there to make a purchase about week later and they had open interviews coming up which I couldn't make due to another interview I had so I was ok with that. About another week later they posted and ad on indeed for the same position so I filled out another app and have been calling everyday for at least two months and they won't even interview ..this is 4 months of contacting a job with positions to fill and with people who have quit in the same time frame. So I called again today and got the manager who says they are very picky in their selection, understandable but you can't for see the future so you don't exactly know who will be a good worker. And I'm saying that to say that in four months of hiring, my name hasn't come across their table once? Along with my constant calling. I have a year of sales, I've sold a Kirby vacuum. I have no criminal background I'm legally able to work in the usa the only thing I can think of is my name for why she will not even offer to interview me cause I don't see how they wouldn't even consider me and the haven't had the position filled for four months....I don't understand how that works. My name is KeAndre Sims and I feel like they are showing discrimination on who they will hire. Sorry

The guy working tried to tell me he can do 30$ because they sell for 30$ on Ebay. As somebody that works there they should know how these things work as well as the customer, but when you don't know and ask she comes back with that... Okay... Mike Tulley: We never have a problem here, although there is no signs on the door this pawn shop is temporarily closed. My husband went to get our belongings and they are closed. He called another cash America and they said the north Clinton store is closed for deep cleaning so someone either staff or customer went in with covid 19 and infected the place without using a face mask why else would they be closed for deep cleaning? But still we like this store and the staff is always smiling and very nice, sometimes there is a wait to be assisted by staff, but if we wait patiently we do receive assistance!

Rod Mosier: Went to purchase a ring for my daughters 16th birthday. While I was waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, I found the perfect ring for her. A gentleman (I use that word loosely) finally came over to me. He was rude and very unprofessional!! (I should probably mention I was the jewelry manager at a pawnshop for 19 years... So I know what I'm talking about). I still went ahead and made my purchase. I paid 10% more to have a "30 day warranty". My daughter wore the ring for 3 days and 2 diamonds fell out. I took it back hoping they would replace the missing diamonds. They said they would only exchange the ring (nothing like the one I bought was there). Then they asked if I had the 2 diamonds that fell out. I said no, they fell out. Keep in mind these were .03pt diamonds. They said they wouldn't be able to fix OR replace it since I didn't have the diamonds. I said, but I bought the warranty. They said there was nothing they would do. WARRANTY IS A JOKE AND WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Parallax XIX: Walked in wanting to buy a saxophone for $230, there was me and one other customer in the store, I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes in front of the saxophone while 3 employees were at the other counter talking with the other customer about what video games are fun....what a joke, Ended up walking out and will never be going back.
