David Anvari: Stay away from that dealer. They lie too much trying to sell their staff and that is it. They try to sell you using lies. When the purchase is done they turn around 180 degrees, when you try to contact them about issue. No recommend to anybody after getting truck from them and spending more than 12k in repairments. Worse dealer experience I had ever. I would recommend passing by that dealer if you are nearby them. Thank you Brain for being such a liar.

After bring my scanner and taking it for a ride found out the rear main was out and there was no oil in the truck.... checked out another truck and was the same way. Pulled it in the shop and added oil I told their mechanic that it’s pouring out and he didn’t seem to care... smh....

Steve Riley: I bought a 07 kenworth from these guys thinking all was good. Got it home, hauled 2 loads with it and started having problems with it overheating. Called the guys at Jasper back, couldn't get a hold of anyone and nobody returned my calls after leaving multiple messages. $15,000 in repairs later the truck is fine. These guys give used vehicle salesmen a bad name!

John Highley: Once again, Palmer leaves the rest of them in the dust. Came in on a Friday night at closing time. Scott got me in first thing Saturday morning, diagnosed the SCR system, replaced a couple sensors and got me up and running with tomorrow being Easter Sunday no less. Bill Moxley: Late Friday evening 11/25/22 , I noticed that I was using way too much DEF fluid. I stopped for the day to investigate the cause. I found that the supply line from the DEF tank to the to the injector in the after treatment system had not one ,but two leaks. I had no engine code or derate warning at this time . When I started the truck on Saturday morning the codes had shown up . The closest Kenworth ( I have a 2018 T660 ) was Kenworth of Fort Wayne. Fortunately, they have Saturday hours . When I arrived and described my issue, the guys in the service shop couldn’t have been nicer. Not only did they did they find the needed part in inventory, they had me back on the road in about 3 hours . It’s really great to find a place , in this day and time , where service still means something! Thanks guys!

I like a lot of people was hesitant based on the reviews but after purchasing a box truck from Mr. Joe from Trucks N More I can say my team and I are very pleased. Mr. Joe was kind, polite, and very professional. The Ford that we purchased is running and making money! We purchased the truck the second week of October and the title along with all paperwork was received via FEDEX on Nov 3, 2022. I have no complaints and I’m a very satisfied customer. Please be aware!!If there was an option for 0 stars that would truly be my option. This was by far THE WORSE experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Joe Klinker is the epitome of a shady salesman.Our company purchased a truck from him just last month, only to drive off the lot with issues. So we took the truck immediately back to Joe in order for it to be looked at. He then took it to his personal mechanic to have it looked at, and supposedly "fixed" it. We thought it was fixed at that point but it was not. While on the way home with the truck that was suppose to be "fixed," began having issues. The truck all of sudden began to lose speed. But at this point we were already almost back home (Indianapolis). So we called Joe and told him instead of attempting to drive it back all the way back to Fort Wayne we will just take it to our local mechanic. After taking it to the mechanic multiple times we found out the truck was a LEMON.Joe now tells us that he will trade us out a truck when he gets a different one in (or we could have one that's on the lot already but we would have to spend and additional $4,000 more). We decided to wait because at this point we were already down $35,000. He then finally receives a truck so we decided to go pick it up. We then drove it home to only find out it is having the SAME EXACT ISSUES THE FIRST TRUCK HAD!! Joe has refused to give us our money back. So now we are having to handle this through a lawyer. JOE KLINKER SOLD US TWO LEMONS. PLEASE BEWARE!
