Morgan C: I've been here multiple times and typically don't have the best experience. Most often than not, the staff was professional, rude, yelling, or not participating in helping with the growing line of people. My drink orders have been wrong, and when asking from them to be made again, staff cursed under their breath and rolled their eyes. Unfortunately, this is the closest and most convenient Dunkin on my way to work.

Darkest Love: I ordered the pancake egg thing, with white cheese. They asked what I ordered at the window because they weren't ready for my mobile order, which, okay. I'm not really mad at that. But then they get the cheese wrong, which I paid extra for, after they JUST asked me and I made sure to be clear that it was white cheese. I got a holiday donut too and it was dry and looked terrible. The employees seemed rushed and not super nice, enough though they didn't look very busy.

Cindy Molargik: Drive thru lane backed up so I thought I’d go inside for a change, BIG MISTAKE! I not only was there while an employee was on the phone having a rather loud conversation with another employee but was there for her to hang up on said employee and loudly complain about that employee while customers were standing in line WAITING to be served. So unprofessional and rude to not only complain openly on the phone instead of telling the employee that I will get back with you in a moment we do have a line, but to then very, very loudly complain to another employee about the one on the phone while there were customers waiting to be served at the counter.I will not be back and I will tell my family members and friends not to be there either. I used to enjoy going into this store because the employees were always polite and quick with my order, but they have lost me as a customer. The time I was there was at 1:50pm if there actually is a manager there that would like to contact me about who was doing this please do so. I walked out plainly stating that forget this I don’t need nor want to hear this while I’m paying for this service.

Everything else at this location is so, so. Some of the people are pleasant and some not so much. If you get the coffee at the right time it's good. The Staff were really rude AND half of my cup was foam. Like I ordered a Latte, not a Cappuccino. I also asked some questions and the Cashier was pretty rude about it. Excuse me for not going to DD alot to know the answer. The only thing that was positive was the price for my drink. I probably will not be returning.

If I order something that was baked/prepared in the morning, later in the evening, PLEASE don’t charge me the same thing because it’s almost like buying day-old donuts. A little disappointed. Lucy Severit: I work at another dunkin and let me tell you nothing that I saw would fly at my store. Rude employees, got ignored for the first 5 minutes of being there. Ordering was okay I guess. The lady seemed extremely annoyed by me ordering. My drink was not mixed at all. My croissant was burnt, my egg was still frozen and the bacon was burnt to a crisp.

Elise Yoder: The staff were rude and unfriendly, with the exception of a new person (the guy was being trained at the other register) & one female employee. Our cashier didn't say two words during the time we were there. He looked annoyed and made me and my kids feel very uncomfortable. The lady who appeared to be in charge of training the new guy was making rude remarks to the other employees -not sure if she was joking or being serious, but in any case, it was very inappropriate behavior in front of customers, especially children. We will not be returning to this location and will not recommend it to others. I have worked in a restaurant before and we would never have behaved the way these employees did in front of customers or treated them so poorly. Terrible customer service....

Stan 14: I have never had a good experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. There was one person in front of me and still waited 20 minutes to get 10 munchkins and a latte. Guy at window gave me 9 STALE munchkins and when I asked for the 10th (because toddlers need every one) he gave me one that looked half eaten! Thanks dude. He also tried giving me someone else’s drink. Just pay attention! You aren’t short staffed there were at least 3 employees and no one in line. If the Harts still own this location I’m very disappointed!

The Flick Pick: The worst Dunkin’ location to ever exist. They NEVER have half of the menu. When asked, the manager told me they have a small budget for food orders… I told her if they ordered enough food to actually fulfill orders they might have more profit to order food for their chain restaurant. I’ve been here 5 times as we live near by and have once been able to get a breakfast sandwich, it’s insane this location doesn’t have better management by now. Not sure if the owners of this location are incompetent or too cheap to run this location, but avoid if you actually want anything on the menu.

Marissa Cacioppo: Literally the worst customer service. The older lady that works there in her pajamas is the rudest woman I’ve ever met. On two occasions she has been snotty with me because I didn’t order the way she wanted me to. The first time I tried to order my coffee blended but the girl taking my order didn’t know what that meant so I referenced a Frappuccino. The older lady whipped on the mic and said “This isn’t Starbucks, we don’t do Frappuccino's here.” Yes, I know, but your employees didn’t know what I wanted so I was referring to something that everyone knows…. The second time I wanted an iced pumpkin spice latte, to which she replied, “lattes are hot, so what do you want?”. Ma’am, a latte refers to the way the coffee is made… if you add ice to it, it makes it an iced latte… I love dunkin way more than Starbucks, but I will gladly spend the extra money not to deal with her witchy attitude at 7am.

Bailey Berning: While this location has it's share of shortcomings (i.e. frequently out of items, staffing shortages, etc.) there is one thing that keeps me coming back (and the reason I gave 4 stars): the new manager Amy! Ever since I started my new job, I've been stopping in each morning to grab coffee on my way to work. Since Amy has started working, I've noticed the quality of the drinks improve. She always has such a positive attitude and wonderful costumer service skills, even when I can tell things probably aren't going how they should (like when she has to fly solo because no one else showed up to work). If I were her I would be burnt out and complaining, but she is always so optimistic and cheerful and doesn't let it effect the quality of her service. I just really hope she gets the recognition and praise she deserves for her dedication and hard work. And this is coming from someone who has never cared enough to write a review of anything before, so I hope that speaks to how hard of a worker she is! If you see this, thanks for making my mornings a little brighter, Amy!

I had a bunch of extra questions for her about a new drink and a large order and she was so helpful and patient with me! Whatever type of system they have in place to hand out the food at the drive-thru for mobile orders is terrible. They will either not give you everything,even though it is right there or they just plain get the order wrong. Last two times I was there, I had to remind them I had donuts and muffins as they closed the window. Then realized after the fact that I didn't even get the correct donut holes today. The time before that they forgot my hash browns. I went back for my hash browns after I got to work and realized I didn't have them. When I told them what happened at the window they gave me my old cold hash browns that had been sitting there for 30 minutes. This place is ridiculous!!! Get your self together Dunkin! We stopped in to purchase coffee and donuts.While the service was a bit slow since Joy was working alone, the drinks were perfectly made and the store was spotless (including the men's bathroom). Kirk Smith: Bought half a dozen donuts that somehow cost $17 (glazed, 2 sprinkled, Boston Kreme and 2 apple fritters). When I questioned the cashier, I was told it was because the apple fritters cost more, but they are only $2/ea. The cashier didn't budge off the $17, and I should be asked for a receipt to verify. Will not be returning, especially since every donut we got tasted at least a day old, and we were in store at 8am.

Either get new management and staff, train them properly, expect more from your staff to responsibly run a business or just close now! I'll never go to that location again. Katrina Dunakin: This should not be considered a dunkin. It's in a convenient store and you get your own stuff. Not good when you send someone to get your stuff, it should be more clear that its not an actual dunkin building.
