Jason Welker: The little planes advertise wifi and u get 1 bar if u are lucky and half a soda as your drink then wait a half hour for them to send bags down baggage claim.

Tracy Hullinger: Took my daughter's family to the airport to go to Florida!! Very clean, and they seemed to go through the line quickly, and then I had to leave them. But it was a very nice-looking airport.

Jonathan Demcak: Great small airport. Easy to access. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Please be patient with the workers. They multi-task here due to the small size. If no one is at the check-in counter, they may be at the gate or out de-icing the plane. They will come back! There is one restaurant and coffee shop on the lower level inside the secure area. By the TSA exit, look for small bags of locally baked, free cookies! The seating area by the gates are amazing! Chargers at every seat.
rlschanlaub: I really like the slow paced environment here. Their options for direct flights seems to be growing, not a lot of food options but what is there is good. Very clean environment and friendly people throughout.

Elizabeth Combs: By far the worst airport I have ever been in! Went to pick my daughters dad up tonight, the plane landed at 930pm and we waited for 1 1/2 hrs for the plane to be unloaded the people on the plane. When I ask them what was taking so long they informed me that they don’t have enough employees. Keep in mind though that there was two people sitting around not helping anyone. The girl that was to be cleaning was chasing the guy that drives the shuttle around on the floor cleaner. We come to pick or family up here and get home not to wait around and nobody telling us what’s going on or anything I will drive to a different airport I will never use this one ever again!!!!!
Cara Smith: We came here to get my dad and first the plane was delayed then when they landed it took them an hour for them to finally have everyone off the plane they claim they don't have enough staff well you shouldn't be open then like this is ridiculous to wait this long if I could give 0 stars I would

julie ison: Who ever was the morning manager on 03/04/2023 was very rude. One of the higher ups should talk to her about her professionalism. Not to even mention the wait I had for her to come and except a dash delivery
Allan Robison: This is a small airport with few gates and few food choices. However, it is very easy and fast for all services including security, ticketing, and cae rental.
William Stanley: Why is it that every time I come home we sit outside the gate for 15-20 minutes waiting on a crew to wave us in? For God’s sake we’re the only plane there. Last week we literally took a cruise around the gates cause I don’t even the pilot knew what to think. Then you wait another half hour to get your bag when you’re the ONLY FLIGHT THERE. This airport is convenient but good Lord if you want to be a big city airport like you claim you want to be then get it together.
