Angie H: I have had excellent experiences at Fort Wayne Endocrinology. I first saw Dr. Hartig. Not sure if I spelled his name right. He is new there but I really liked him a lot. He was very thorough and I really felt that he listened to what I had to say. I then saw Danielle (who recently left this office) and just last week I saw Crystal who was wonderful. She took so much time with me and really seems interested in helping me with my issues as much as she can. I left with a solid plan that I am very happy with. The other staff has always been very pleasant as well. I would highly recommend their office to anyone.

Stewart: I felt Dr. Kadambi rushed through my initial examination and follow up meeting to do something else. He did not allow time for me to ask many questions. I felt cheated! After the 2nd visit I was assigned a PA who was way more pleasant and I felt not as rushed. They tried to push extra services and tests on me that in my opinion, I did not need, just to make more profits. The insurance company I had made a billing payment mistake. I wasn't going to pay them with my money when I had insurance to pay.While trying to work through that issue, his billing office hounded me with phone calls and eventually turned it over to a very aggressive collection agency. EVENTUALLY, SOME LAWYER PUT A DEROGATORY STATEMENT ON MY CREDIT REPORT THAT LOWERED MY CREDIT SCORE, BUT IT DIDN'T STOP ME FROM REFINANCING MY MORTGAGE! The mortgage lender didn't care because they said it is common to see these kind of medical disputes from greedy doctors and hospitals.Kadambi is a money hungry below average doctor, in my opinion, who always rushed through his appointment with me, (after making me wait in the lobby a long time) He was way below my expectations and a big disappointment, in my opinion. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!==============================================As far as a refund, don't worry about it. What was done was done and is history with me. I have since straightened out all three of my credit reports and now my FICO scores are high again in the high 700's. So I am moving on.

Jessica Stauffer: I am so thankful for Fort Wayne Endocrinology, Dr. Kadambi and his entire team of brilliant NPs, specifically Crystal Webb. My husband has been a patient with the practice since 2019 and after seeing the positive benefits for him I became one too October 2020 after dealing with chronic fatigue requiring 11+ hours of sleep at night and still needing a nap mid-day, inability to lose weight despite a strict diet and exercise regimen, brain fog so bad I could not remember how to get to my own house sometimes, increasing levels of anxiety, decreasing motivation etc etc. I had previously had blood work run by my family doctor who said my thyroid was 'within range' and told me to exercise more. (I was already restricting calories to 1200 per day and burning on average 600 calories at the gym 4-5 times a week). Mathematically, I should have been losing 7-8lbs a month and I would maybe lose 1 or 2.October 2020 labs were done with Dr. Kadambi and my testosterone levels were so low they did not register on the test. My thyroid, though technically 'within range' according to national averages, I was still experiencing symptoms of hypothyroid. Crystal (NP) educated me that just because the number shows within range does not mean it is within range FOR ME. Because thyroid and hormone levels are not part of yearly blood work with family docs unless a patient asks, we typically are unaware what our baseline levels for thyroid, free & total testosterone as well as estrogen/progesterone. Therefore, it's the philosophy of Fort Wayne Endocrinology to not prescribe medication based only on numbers and instead listen to the patient about symptoms.I was surprised to know that this practice is the only one in our area and surrounding cities that are certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy! I am beyond thankful that Crystal has allowed me to advocate for myself, that she will listen to my concerns or ideas, that she takes the time to talk with me during an appointment instead of pushing me out the door after 10 minutes.In May of 2021 after being on HRT and thyroid meds since October, I was still not seeing the results I should have been. I kept a lot of data tracking every single calorie I consumed and burned plus my macronutrient profile. I was frustrated that all the effort was having minimal effect. Crystal added an additional medication to specifically help with the weight loss and from there everything clicked into place. Though my energy levels had increased and the other emotional/physical symptoms had been improving since October, the weight management was the big struggle (I am generally not a heavy person which made the gain particularly frustrating), and the weight not coming off was then re-causing declining motivation.Since May 2021 I have lost 40lbs. It takes a lot of work not just medication. However, the support I have received from Fort Wayne Endocrinology has allowed me to become my happiest and healthiest self.So often we attribute achy joints, weight gain, declining motivation, low libido to 'getting older' and that is simply not the case. I encourage you before going on anti-depressants or accepting the symptoms as part of life, schedule an appointment with Fort Wayne Endocrinology. They WILL take the time to help find the root cause. They have literally saved my life and more than that they have helped to give me the best QUALITY of life that's made me a better person, a better wife and a better mom.

Haley Beaty: Called to set up an appointment as a new patient and had already decided I will not waste my time here as the lady on the phone was extremely nasty and rude to me. Looking at reviews on here I see many complaints about staff behavior and reply’s that they apologize and want to turn their experience around but if that were the case then why are employees still having this behavior? Turning people away just by a phone conversation.

Kim Goodman: I was a little apprehensive after reading some of these reviews but from the time I walked in until I left I was treated with care and respect. I saw Dr. Bogg and he was kind and very informative. He listened to my concerns and made sure I understood everything before leaving. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Katie Voght: Went from Lutheran to Parkview and am not happy at all. Drs, nurses and nurse practitioner have terrible know it all attitudes. Wouldn’t recommend Parkview at all. Go to Lutheran they’re much better and more compassionate.

Fatima Billings: Dr.Sharma is good so far. The staff on the other hand was terrible. The staff did not send my referral out. I had to find out a week later it was never sent. They also wanted me to find a facility to get the procedure done. They were rude and did not show any concern for my health.

Aimee Prosser: My last endo was amazing. Unfortunately she moved out of state. With Parkview being known for quality care, I thought I would try their endo dept. I'm very disappointed in my care and the attitude of the nurses. I was charged someone else's co pay and no one knew how to refund it. They eventually got it figured out. During my paying for the prior patients copay, the person checking people in failed to check me in. 30 minutes later it was realized and she forgot she even charged me a copay. After all of that, I wasn't in the best of moods and could hear the employees talking about me right outside the door, like I was the issue that they have no idea how to do their job. The professionalism in this office is lacking! I will be looking into IU or Lutheran for my next visit. My last endo left big shoes to fill and Parkview endocrinology is clearly not capable of the job. An hour later, I saw the doctor for 10 minutes.

While he ran the most extensive labs I’ve ever had (which is amazing), he still says, “we don’t treat lab values, we treat patients.” All the gals in the office are incredible, the woman who drew my blood was fantastic.
