x: First of all, the word customer service is unknown here. You walk in and there's never a 'hello,' or 'I'll be with you shortly.' You're treated like air. It doesn't matter if it's full or empty, you appear a burden. While I have understanding for speaking foreign languages with friends or customers, I think you can acknowledge the presence of someone who comes up to you. Unfortunately, the threading has also gotten worse by now. Many individual hairs remain and this shouldn't be, maybe the lightening in there is just not sufficient. Brian Jacobs: Hands down best place in town. Ive been going to Annie for about 5 years. Being a male I dont want my brows thin ect and everywhere else I felt didnt listen. Annie really listened to what I wanted and her attention to detail leaves my eyebrows looking natural but perfected each visit. Out of all of her customets she still somehow remembers each client's name and their specific wants. Thank you Annie!

P FB: I just left from the worst experience I've had with ash at Annie's eyebrows. After being aggressive because he was rushing as he was the only one in the store who wasn't new or unknown, with customers "piling in"; he asked me "am I hurting you?" And I answered "you're being a bit aggressive" and after that I felt where he was pulling and it hurt more than the rest of my eyebrow. He did mess up my one eyebrow and tried to blame it on me, told me he had been doing this for 11 years, that he can't thread at an angle, only straight across and that he could color it in, and that I came in that way when he is the only one who does my eyebrows. And this is only after I came back in and re-addressed him. He ordered another customer he was very chummy with to sit down before I had even walked out. This is my last visit and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this shop. If I could rate 0 I would.

Furthermore she stated that if it hurt and if I didn’t like it she would switch over to the wax for me no problem and no questions asked!! Brooke Lynn: I recently came in and got my lashes done and I asked for full volume and she gave me the smallest length and when I was unhappy with it she said she was still making me pay for it. She said she could apply some different ones to the end to make them fuller but it didn’t work. Very dissatisfied. Adrianna Stevens: I didn’t have a good experience. Spent over an hour an a half on my lashes. They came out really messy an the next day had some already falling out. I have never paid 100$ to get such an awful experience. Very upset I wasted my time an Money for them to look messy an unprofessional.

Melly Ann: Idk who girly is that left the bad review but clearly she was the problem because I had nothing but 5 star service. She is super sweet and personable and answered any questions that I had. My appointment went by in a breeze, I had no uncomfortableness which is a 1st for me because with other lash techs my eyes watered so bad. If you had a bad experience I’m positive you were the issue, don’t come for my lash tech pls, she’s AMAZING. I loved everything about my lashes it’s been almost 3 weeks now and I just started shedding and most of it is my fault. Book with her ladies! The only thing I would say is I wish she had Saturday booking lol.
Katherine Carrier: I was at first happy with my extensions. However, within 1-2 days almost all had fallen out. Being somebody who is new to this, I wasn’t sure if I did something wrong. Asked for a fill. Sent a picture to her and explained I would pay for a fill as I wasn’t sure if I did something wrong. We found an appointment time within 3 days which I was extremely thankful for. I showed up for my appt yesterday at 8am. Door was locked. I called multiple times, left voicemails and texted and didn’t hear anything back from her. Still haven’t heard back 36 hours later. Beyond unprofessional. I understand things happen but communicate with your clients. It has been 6 days and every single eyelash I had is now gone.
