Darksithlordthx 1138: Called in my daughter's meds at 2:40ish, as of right now I am still waiting and it is now 4:31 pm. What's the point of going through your call in options to fill your meds if it's still going to take 2:30 to 3 hours to get your meds? This was after the fact the lady behind the counter agrued with me over the spelling of my daughter's name. Only giving a one star cause you can't leave a review of no stars.
Jeff: My daughter who was had a stroke and her meds had been sent down to the pharmacy hours before she was discharged...I go in and wait in line and when I get up to the window they tell me that it's going to be another 20 minutes...my daughter is in pain and needs her medication...well we are short today....not my problem...not my concern...this is not exceptable at all what so ever...this needs to be rectified.....

Susan McLeod: My husband and I met with Andy for at least an hour to talk about our meds and our vitamins. Andy was awesome with suggestions in regards to our supplements and just taking the time to talk with us to hear any concerns or questions. This personal customer service is like no other. The big pharmacies can't and don't take the time to know there customers. We both highly recommend The Medicine Chest for all your needs and we feel so blessed to be able to call our pharmacy our friend!! Keep up the great work and we will continue to spread the word.

Julie Morrison: If you have to use a Walmart Pharmacy, this one's the fastest in town
DEBRA Resor: Tried to get a script filled on a Thurs. Was told they could do a partial because they did not have enough. Was told rest of script would be ready on Friday after 3:00. Called on Sat at 2:00 and script still not filled. Had to wait in the store over 40 min. Won't be coming here agsin.

Jacob Langenberger: Tried to purchase generic 12 hour pseudoephedrine and was told its state law that if I haven’t filled a prescription with them before they legally cant sell it to me. I’ve never heard of this law and the only control on it is that my license is scanned and theres a week long period to buy more. I went to CVS next store and they sold it to me without issue.

Ryan Datta: Pearl at the pharmacy keeps me going to this pharmacy location. She’s the most caring laid back coolest pharmacist ever. I enjoy making my bi weekly stops to visit her and her crew always make getting my meds an absolute breeze. 10/10 would go back for meds. To all the naysayers I say this! What is there to hate about cvs? They sell pills and candy!
Ronda Shepersky: Kudos to Jason, pharmaceutical customer service rep who exhibited exceptional customer service skills and went above and beyond his job duties and responsibilities when he patiently assisted me in transferring my prescriptions that I had forgotten when I was on my way to Midland, Michigan. I normally get my prescription at the CVS in Indpls, and this medication keeps my heart ticking, it's a medication I can't skip. For some reason, I disappeared in the CVS system and he worked diligently and patiently while I was on a different call to the Indpls CVS while they searched their records for my prescription that I usually get there. Kudos to Jason who was patient and assisted me in getting my script! Awesome employee CVS!!!

Kalesia Neuhaus: I had the worst phone experience with the pharmacist! She was incredibly rude and wouldn’t let me even finish my sentence. I called to find out if one of my patients was able to fill his prescription because I had received a notification that there was a problem. The women shouted “name and DOB” at me before I even finished telling her who I was. When I have the information that she wanted, she, again shouted, “it is completed”. I tried to ask if that meant that the patient was able to pick up the prescription but she kept shouting at me, again before I finished my sentence that “it is complete”. I told her that she didn’t need to be rude but I just want to make sure my patient was taken care of. She hung up on me before I finished my sentence! I called back to talk to the manager and got her again on the phone. She told me she was the manager! Then I asked if she was the women I spoke with and, again she Interrupted me saying “can I help you” . I again tried to talk and she said again “can I help you”. After repeating herself about 4 times, talking over me, she hung up on me! I have never had such a bad experience calling a pharmacy! I will not send my patients to that pharmacy if I can help it!
Kacey George: Extremely rude pharmacy staff. And very bad at time estimates. Called beforehand to see when the prescriptions would be ready, went there at the time they said and then had to wait AN HOUR to get it filled. Ridiculous.

Natalie: I called to get a price of an OTC med and spoke with the pharmacist. She stated approx it would be $14 but when I got there to pick it up it was a lot more. When the person at the counter told her about it, she said “sorry it’s in the wrong spot that’s the best I could see from over here” she couldn’t walk 10 feet to check a specific price tag and was very rude about it. The gentleman who rung me up was super nice though and apologized a few times. Thank you Aidan! I’m sorry your pharmacist is very rude! I can’t imagine how it is to work with her.

Susan K: I called ahead of time to ensure they had my medication in stock. She said yes. I asked about the time and was advised 20 minutes or so. I drove across town to this location since they are the only ones who could fill this medication. At drop-off, I was advised it would take approximately 25 minutes. I waited almost an hour and a half for my medication! Had I known it was going to take that long, I would have come back later or the next day. Don't set an expectation and not deliver without so much as an apology.
