Autumn Ruby: I have followed Dr. Fox across 3 offices because shes fantastic. Shes been at this office for a few years and I couldnt recommend her or her staff enough. Also recently saw Dr. Kunberger and had the same experience.

bee man: I was an outpatient who had a severe injury to my left hand and in terrible pain. Ashely was the person there who change bandage's and removed stiches for me. She was excellent in all she did kind curious thoughtful helpful. I couldn't ask for better help she was the best. People like her is why I choose Parkview! William Payne
Jennifer Walter: Whoever is answering the phones for your office has the worst condescending tone. I simply hung up. I just wanted to verify insurance and find out when a new patient visit would be available . She was judgemental and rude, she spoke to me like I was 5yr old.

Brandy Brown: Dr. Perera has been a good doctor to me for a few years now. I've seen her and have gotten exactly what I need whenever I do go in. She and the office staff have always made me feel welcome and try to get me in and out on time.

Dr. Perera has been wonderful, and we have found her entire staff to be friendly, caring, and kind, as well as professional, and we appreciate their help.Dr. Perera has a kind and gentle manner, and she listens to us in a way that makes us feel like she genuinely cares about us. We love Dr. Perera and highly recommend her to anyone in need.

We always feel cared for and our health is always taken very seriously by Dr. Perrera, the nursing team, and the staff. A visit here is speedy, comfortable, and pleasant from check-in to check-out. Michele Carroll: Very busy practice due to walk in clinic, lab, xray, and private practices. Seem to often be understaffed so wait times can be long.
K T: As long an appointment is scheduled, and paperwork prepared, then the services provided are excellent.I would only recommend to the company to decrease the frequency of reminders/notices schedulers are still currently busy/scheduling. It makes the waiting team seem longer than it is with the repetitive music and audios.

Nick McLay: I have my blood tested every 3 mos for the ongoing tracking of an illness. Every time I come here for testing, they are fast, efficient, and are fun too. I always get my results fast and efficient too. Keep up the great work ladies!
Wendell Brane: Angry and rude client entered the facility cussing out the staff in front of other patients. Staff handled the matter much more graciously than he deserved.
Doug Hadaway: Mary Jane is a terrible example of a heath care provider. I went into the walk-in clinic with a ear ache and a bit of sore throat, she did a streptococcal test which turn out negative so she couldn't help me. I left upset with no help, she said I would have to come back in a week or two if it didn't get any better and they could retest me. As the day progressed I was having stabbing pain in my ear. I noticed that there was nothing recorded about ear pain on my release form. I went back over there which is a 20 mile drive only to be told she didn't want to see me again. I went a couple miles down the road to Redimed which gave me a prescription for some steroids and was feeling better by morning. The patient advocate Shelby Koenes was another absolute waste of time and never mentioned the ear pain in the paperwork that she responded to me with. Won't be back...
Rory Hollister: If you want to sit for hours while people go ahead of you then you’ve found the right place. Seriously. Is anyone even working in the back? Every single time I come here it’s like there’s one doctor and one nurse here. Maybe don’t be a walk in clinic if you can’t service walk ins adequately and efficiently. An extremely poor example of what the purpose is supposed to be. You might as well move into the building with how long you’ll be here. Freaking ridiculous.
K M: 9/10 I've had good experiences. And the times I didn't it was due to a phone service person rather than a doctor or nurse. I've gone here for years and so has my fiance. We have our pediatrician through parkview as well.
Sean Hamm: Went into the walk in clinic 2 weeks ago. Was seen within 15-20 minutes. Was given a prescription and was on my way. A couple weeks go by and the medicine prescribed didn't make a difference. I tried calling back and was on hold for 2 hours. When I finally got someone on the phone I explained that I was in the same state as when I showed up the first time. I asked if I could be prescribed another medication that would work. The answer was no. I have to come in and be evaluated again for the same exact problem I was having before.
Debbie wp: Poor customer's service. I went there today with my clients to do their lab works. a lady met us in the parking lot and told me they have no power so I will have go to another location. I asked her for an address but with a bad attitude and a elevated voice she said to me, " you will have to used you phone mam!" I planned to use my phone for sure, I just needed an address to put in it. I am new to this area.
Jordan S: When checking in online and showing up 10 mins early as asked, I would expect to not wait an hour and 30 mins to be called back. Said they try to service people that checked in online first, aka they don't. I'd believe the excuse of emergencies if I was in the ER. Just be aware the online check-in isnt to convenience the patient and don't worry about being on time.
k C: Wow talk about very rude. Every time ive visited this clinic ive had decent experience. Whoever was sitting in tbe middle at the front desk was rude as hell. I could have sworn parkview talks so much about the great experience they give to their patients. Sadly i can say that was far from the truth today.

Peggy B: Wish I had the option of choosing no stars, because that is how great my visit was. Very disappointed. While checking in, the lady at the front desk (who acted as if I was interrupting her personal time), was very rude and was scrolling thru her phone while verifying my information. Super professional! I work at a doctors office and if anyone ever did that, they would be written up or fired. Once back in the exam room, the "doctor", who I could hear saying my name, because they never closed door, went into the wrong exam room. I heard him say, "Oops. Your not who I'm looking for." My actual "exam", consisted of the doctor coming in and asking the same questions the nurse did, and then he touched both of my sides asking if it hurt, and that was it. Apparently, according to the billing department, that was worth about $200 of his time. And speaking of Parkview's billing department, WOW, rude as can be. I called to inquire as to why my visit cost almost $500 and the lady was real short and snippy with me. If anyone has the right to get snippy, it was me!! My family doctor is thru Parkview, and I am so happy that he does not act as uncaring, rude and unprofessional, as this Parkview location does. I guess next time I have a problem that requires urgent attention, I will just risk the wait until my family doctor can see me, rather than pay hundreds of dollars for some half a$$ service.

They were welcoming and genuine, knowledgable and very willing to help.When I actually got to the treatment room the technician ( don’t know what to call her) was again genuine, thorough and caring. I enjoyed her personality and ability to cover all the material and I liked her questions.When the Cassy, the PA came in she too was lovely, very knowledgable and so caring. She wasted no time but was hospitality oriented and very open. I appreciated her approach. I totally enjoyed my intake visit. Not in a rush to return but know I’ll be in good hands.

b b: My family and I have been going to Credo Family Medicine for a couple of years now. We love it here so much that even after moving close to an hour away, we still continue to make the drive back to Credo. From the moment you walk in the front door, every member of their staff is kind and welcoming with a smile on their face. I'm not sure where they find their staff but they literally have the best of the best. I love that both Dr. Mullally and Nick Lesch take the time to listen to their patients. They don't just walk in, throw an unnecessary prescription at you and send you on your way, instead - they listen to what you are saying, they ask for your personal opinion when it comes to your health -and they acknowledge the importance of incorporating personal values and priorities into treatment decisions. They truly strive to keep you healthy and happy. We are so thankful for all of the staff at Credo Family Medicine.

Ava Zinn: Before I arrived to Dr. Amanda Patch’s facility on 2/24/2023, I had gotten into what I believe was a bad confrontation with maintenance from my apartment complex over my housekeeping skills (which was harshly criticized due to being in a lot of physical back pain following injuries I sustained on my moving night) and thank goodness that it was purely coincidental that I had my very first appointment with Dr. Patch.Nearly two hours after that confrontation and while being on the Uber ride to the facility, I felt a sharp pain or sensation on my right foot as well as my lower back.As I was checking in, I did request a wheelchair due to the severe pain I had. Thankfully, with my daughter-in-law, Dr. Jenna (Atkins) Zinn, MD, DVM (who became a doctor and veterinarian in January 2023 at age 24), Dr Patch and I had a damn good discussion about the care that I received and picking up where Dr. Kanika Jaggi of another hospital network on 2/20/2023, as well as the fact and effectively confirmed the diagnosis of being on my way to Type II diabetes as the back injury I sustained on 11/1/2022 was in fact caused by diabetic nerve pain.That being said, I did get what I needed was that doctors note confirming, or should I say mandating yours truly to be on the ground floor.Thank you, Dr. Amanda Patch and even though it is considered to be a perceived conflict of interest ethically, I am also saying thank you to my daughter-in-law, Dr. Jenna Zinn.

Geoff Moss: Online check in a waste of time..... waited over 2 hours past my arrival time. Had to go back to the registration desk just to make sure I was still in the queue. This location seems to be slower than even the new vision drive location.
Austin Jones: Dr. Trever VanderHorst is fantastic! Very caring and always takes the time to actually listen to me. I never feel as if my problems or symptoms are dismissed. Plus he has been very helpful with helping me manage my FND and CFS.
Marissa Newman: Dr. Emily Bushey is amazing and the staff is very friendly. Very fast, never waited more than 10-15 minutes.

J King: It's now 2022. There have been new front staff and different students that he allows to shadow him. No matter the type of day, busy or slow, he has always shown me utmost respect and listens to my opinions and concerns. He always asks me about my mother as she's been going thru extreme health issues. She's not his patient, and he and his wife always care and care about my family. I feel blessed to have him as my doctor.
playlist fave: Lazy, incompetent staff that doesn't want to do their job & all the Doctor cares about is money for an office visit every month. Doesn't really care about people or their health.

Darlene Farr: Dr. Moshref is a very good doctor, I went to him for a few years before locating to Indianapolis. I will refer him to anyone. However, I referred him to my 85 year mother to care for. She is on pretty good health, just needed a doctor when she relocated back to Fort Wayne from Missouri. Since then her has changed office staff and some are not responsible as they should be. You just don’t let patients go strait back to the exam room once you open the door. My mother was the first one there and those that was waiting one that but yet they was allowed to go back to the exam room with out properly checking in. One my mother asked about the situation the office staff started “I told them to go back there!” When my mom told her that she was there first, she apologized. My mom had been waiting over an hour to be waited on. Regulars or not, all patients should sign in. Snow should be shoveled before the patient arrives. I told her that Dr. Moshref do not run his office in that way and if he know about that things would changed. At this moment my mother is looking for another doctor.
Alma S: Dr. Moshref really took the time to listen to me, which many doctors sadly don't do anymore. Highly recommend!
Neil Sowards: He took care of me when my other doctor abruptly closed her practice. We can talk and discuss various aspects of my care. He listens. He likes to talk also and sometimes runs behind, but I am glad to wait for someone who listens to me. We don't always agree but he is respectful of my opinions on my care. We like him.
Pamela Stewart: I started my first visit with him removing me from 2 medications. when asked why was he doing this. I was told that I had no right to question the Dr.. He had no interest in my past medical history or paperwork being transferred from my other Dr. It has taken me a long to balance myself out with the meds. that I am on now. He showed no regard for how I would feel coming off them. His secretary is rude, interrupts you and show no regard for you as a valued patient. I do not recommend anyone to safely go to this Dr.
