Ellie Becker: Walked in today and the sales man we talked to lost a easy sale. We asked him the differences today between the tractors and he didn’t really explain them and decided what tractor we needed for us. When inquiring about another model my husband was just told we don’t make those anymore and went right back to the model he decided we should buy. He kept bringing up financing even though we never said we were financing and had cash in hand, ready to buy today. The entire time he was yawning and seemed more interested in the cars driving by than talking to us. The quote he made up was not a bundle price which we asked about and he said he could do. We ended up going to a John Deere dealer and buying from them and actually felt appreciated.

Jonathan Lee: I was in the market for a tractor that would accommodate my farm. One of my friends suggested More Farm Store. We were greeted by Aaron, who was extremely knowledgeable, walked us through every option and made a few suggestions that would save me money.We ended up purchasing a tractor with all the necessary attachments and he threw in a zero turn mower for a heck of a deal. Then, coordinated the transport of it so we didn’t have to take multiple trips with our trailer.The fact is that the store had everything we needed, and we were welcomed with a knowledgeable professional who didn’t act like a used car salesman, but actually listened to what we needed (even pulled the property up on a map), walked us through all the options, tested everything and showed us how to use it. Insanely impressed!ASK FOR AARON!!!

No trust earned here, two-faced deal makers,and when you tell on them, Shane Logan starts making threats of doing badly harm to you. I brought this to Andy's attention attention, and he thought it was ok.the days of respect that Steve built, are long lost in the closet.

J: Love the new nest box. Eggs roll away safely and are hidden from the hen's view so they can't accidentally break them. Mats are easy to remove and clean.
Charles Harting: I received and put the nest box together with opener. Everything is fine however I’m waiting for my hens to lay. They will be 20 weeks old in a month. Love the opener. My grandfather made an opener which I wish would still be around for you to see. What a difference modern technology allows us to do today.
Mullins Family Homestead: I bought a large nesting box with solar nesting bar release. Box came beat up and missing a few parts. Replaced at local hardware store and they sent the back latch to make up for it. After some confusion Bryce got on the phone with me and troubleshoot it with me. User error on my behalf, yet they were very polite, patient, and accommodating. Quick to respond, and easy to communicate with! The box is as advertised, and durably designed and built. Everything shipped and arrived quickly. I recommend the purchase!

Chris Diller: I normally don't do product reviews but in this case the product is so outstanding its a must. Hen Gear is a company that should be the example how to run a business. Great customer service the products out performed expectation. When you get tired of dealing with dirty eggs, Broken eggs or fighting with the brooding hens get the order placed. Your life will be much easer. The nesting boxes are built extremally well and will last for many many years. Great company and very well thought out products.
