I hadn't been to Milan Center since our last horse passed away, but remembered seeing some nice things there. Sure enough, they had a beautiful glass birdbath in the perfect colors. They have quite a variety of colorful garden accent pieces in a small area and many choices of bird feeds and feeders.

Dannie Lynn: This place is wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful I spent about 2 hours in this nonchain store, prices are much lower than national chain stores. I was hesitant because of the reviews. I walked in and was in awe, more choices in products, animals they have are very well taken care of. Very clean. Some of the comments on them walking around like someone is going to steel something was them beeing helpful and on standby also cleaning. I do not like when people at stores constantly ask if I need help but these people seemed very traind to notice if you need help. They allowed me to put my belongings behind the register this place is to small for shopping carts so I needed free hands which they also let me put up on the counter. Since I have been in this horrible state where everyone I have come in counter with has been rude. I was deffinatly happy to see nice happy people. I did look up stores that have the same name and they are not affiliated with this store this is a one owner shop.

A. Robert Kent: First time visit and last. could not get assistance. The girls in freshwater fish kept going back and forth helping people out of order. I finally asked one of the girls at the front desk if I could just get one crawfish and she said hold on and at that point I left the store.

They are knowledgeable & have a higher standard of care for their animals than chain pet stores. Their supplies & feeders are fairly priced, and they have a reward system. Their feeders are also bred in house which is why I really prefer this place over any other pet store around, I lost one of my geckos to parasites from petco crickets years ago & I will never get feeders from a chain pet store again. Did I mention they also display & sell local art there? I love this place♡

Shantel Farber: I'd give zero stars at this point. We used to love these guys. But the neglect the birds get is so ridiculous. The Cages are rusty, birds constantly in bad condition, at one point they had a whole wipe out. They have two cockatiels without any sort of toys for enrichment. Budgies fighting and drawing blood from eachother. Honestly if you can't take proper care of these animals STOP SELLING THEM OR GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING IN THERE.
