parenel willcutts: I usually don't leave reviews but I'm a little upset with what I experienced at Broadway Aquatics. I'm new to everything fish related and was looking to get started. I had $800 in my pocket to spend...walked around for 10 minutes and not one of the four employees talking around the counter asked me if I needed help... I even made eye contact. Love supporting locally owned businesses but I will definitely never go back. Plus the place was not clean at all. Red Flag.

Ben Williams: This place is incredible.Just the knowledge and expertise is mind boggling.They have a massive assortment of fish.Water is always clean.Fish are amazingly healthy.I've purchased many a fish from them and all have thrived and I cannot say the same for competition such as Uncle Bill.I highly recommend for your aquarium needs.One thing I love is they do NOT have a central water system. Each tank has its own ecosystem and water. All of the big box places have one water system that constantly feeds all the tanks. Which is why the fish are more likely to die, and why they use more chemicals.Lastly they are actually better priced than anyone in town.My go to for all my fish aquarium needsBen

The products are so high quality and the people are so nice. I wouldn't even think of ever going to a chain again, if you trying to think of whether to go, just do it it better than a zoo and you can buy em 😂!

It has gotten better with the selection of decor and aquascaping materials. Great place to pick up some knowledge and some very cool fish 🐟 Also a wide selection of common fish and not so common Cichlids.

Joel Miller: The store is probably the best store in Fort Wayne to buy fish, aquatic plants and other aquarium needs or wants. The owner is very willing to give advice. The fish and other aquatic pets all seem extremely well taken care of. Also the selection of driftwood surpasses anything you will find in the other stores in the area so if you are into aquascaping you really should check here before ordering online or driving to Indy or Chicago it may save you a lot of time to spend more time working on your tank.

Unless you're looking for it you'll never know it's there because it's hidden behind warehouses. Nice supply of salt water fish too. Some rare some common. Tons of equipment. Got myself a Purple Dottyback and Red Firefish.
TheLlzardklng: Great store! Had trouble with some broken plumbing on my salt tank and the owner did everything he could to walk me through fixing it on my own for free but when it became obvious it needed new parts and an overhaul he set an appointment up to come out, fixed everything and charged a completely fair cost for doing it himself. Super nice guy, hopefully more people become aware of his shop soon.

I want to start with Austin is amazing, we usually see her but she was not there this day. Our situation with Tiamnvra and Megan not so much. Called Petco and did a formal complaint because of the situation. Case number 06879280 and was told we would have follow up. That was over 3 weeks ago and no follow up. I only gave two stars because of how wonderful Austin is if it was just reflecting the above situation I would have given zero stars. I do not think either of those people are suitable or trained well enough to work with animals. We will not be going back to this Petco again.
I wish i could give more stars because the lady who checked me out today was the human form of "above and beyond" but the stock of pretty much everything was super low, there live bugs for insectavores are slim pickings for sure. A lot of the live feeder dubia were dead which is a shame because it was a 24 pack for 10 bucks and the majority were dead. They are housing their reptiles with mutiple tank mates which is super stressful for them but mainly the geckos- with a min of 8 (couldnt see if there were more) in one approx. 24" x 24" enclosure which made me soooooo sad, if i had the space for 8 geckos, i would have gotten them all out of there!
Everyone was super nice but Trey was exceptional! I have a new puppy and he answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations. Also talked up all the perks & services and showed me how to use the petco app. Will definitely be back!
I love Petco compared to Petsmart. The betta fish here always look healthy and the containers are always clean. My fish from petsmart didn't last a month. I definitely recommend getting fish from Petco rather than Petsmart. If you are a fellow dog owner, they gave me a bag of free treats for my dogs birthday! You have to sign up to be a rewards member then enter their birthday! You get a large amount to select from and it really adds up to be a lot, especially for free. My german shepherd loved them! I have attached an image on roughly how much you get. It's 100% worth the sign up!

Chris Tucker: Took my dog to get groomed his first time in s shop. The lady did amazing with helping him not be scared. I was s little nervous at first but when we got back to pick him up. She done a great job and gave him the best haircut he has had in his life. Not only was she great with him. But after we picked him up every other employee knew him by name and came to say goodbye. Baxter has found a groomer for life. Thank yall for such great service. We was a walk-in, not even a appointment.

Michael Burriss: Pickup was good. Asked some questions to 3 different associates but got 2-3 different answers from them. Some questions was to someone over the phone. Same questions to 2 different people at the store. Went with the answers from the "expert" but found out later through some researching that some of that persons answers was not correct and some was. Still do not know if we can trust the answers we may get so I am not sure what the benefit is to go to a brick and mortar store instead of getting stuff blindly online (Amazon or other online business) for cheaper if your able too. Don't mind paying a little more at store since we can get the expert advice or direction but if that is not available or inconsistent then I should just buy whatever online after doing my own research at the lowest price I can find.Best feedback I can offer is if you are not the expert or know much about certain animals do not provide your best guess. Tell person you will introduce them to the expert at the store or provide the hours they will be at store to be contacted.
__Chrispyy__: Great selection of cat food it was almost difficult to figure out what I should go with. Friendly staff as well the lady at check out was very nice. Only reason for one less star is the app I downloaded after my purchase to enroll in the benefits program is not good at all.

Finchellius Maximus: Great friendly staff, they are always willing to answer questions I have about products. They know our pets mean everything to us and they make you feel like they care just as much! I asked if I tried a new food and my pet would not eat the new flavor, they will let me return within 30 days even if its open. That is such a great policy and gives me peace of mind when searching for the perfect dry food.
Zach Lewis: Trey is the best! My girlfriend and I just bought a leopard gecko and he helped us out a lot! He answered every question and was super helpful and gave us his personal opinion on everything. Give him a raise!

Morgan C: Fully stocked, large pet supply chain. Our dog enjoyed going here, just to get her out of the house and active. We found aisle and aisles of dog treats, toys, food, and supplies. They also carry supplies for cats, fish, small animals, and more. Our pup hasn't been groomed here, so I can not speak to that. But she did get lots of love and attention from the staff while walking around the store.

I should've said do what I want as that Is what should be done as I'm a paying customer, I will now be going to a private, Profesional groomer and will see to it that the grooming at petsmart be re-trained and act in a professional manner.
Jan: Staff is SO helpful. If you don't see what you're looking for, ASK. My dog food appeared to be out of stock. A worker asked if she could help. Apparently, stock had come but not on the shelf yet. ALSO scored 2 shirts for my 85 lb. "Baby" on clearance for $5ea. SWEET!
