alyssa clevenger: Very toxic and abusive. And I mean VERYYYYYY TOXIC AND ABBUSIVE. Constantly yelling over me HELLLO HELLLLLLO HELLOOO to me asking questions. Then put me on pause out of no where. Then really toxic when I didn’t respond right away saying now your not gonna talk When I came in the one person before denist kept hitting my teeth with the metal and said oo it doesn’t hurt when it was soooo painful so when the actual denist did the same thing and I showed a defensive response to the pain. He checked my jaw and looked more into my pain. I would not recommend this place.

Dental area..I was waiting for insurance to approve that my insurance will pay for my cleaning..I wait over a month .i was trying to figure it out why i had to wait this long...I never had an answer from call center or front desk( dental area) i finally talk with the person that deal with insurance..she send the request to one of my insurance and never had an answer...but she sent another request to my another insurance she have an answer between 3 days..I have gum disease .i have to wait now two months for my cleaning to stop this gum disease..all because this people front desk and call center spanish speakers don't know what they are doing and treat you different when they speak spanish with you..don't take this wrong i speak Spanish am Hispanic..but this people need more training they are in Healthcare health customer service is the most important thing for patients health.NHC your call center is horrible and front desk in dental area are terrible..I will keep posting this reviews till you NHC take care this big problem..

Karla Romero: The attention here is horrible! I have called to make an appointment with the dentist, they schedule it for almost 2 months. And when there are 2 days left for the appointment, they call to cancel. I called again and they rescheduled it for me. I had to wait ANOTHER MONTH and when I arrived they made me wait an hour and then said that the dentists are busy!!!! I'm seriously disappointed in the attention here!!

Jordyn DeVinney: I usually don't post reviews but today i am. Being a teen mom and looking for a good doctor can be difficult. I was referred to neighborhood health and it was good the first couple of visits. The last few visits i have been very disappointed. I feel as if the male doctors have just brushed my concerns aside, told i would be finding out the gender of my baby at my last appointment but never did. I was there for 25 minutes and I left crying because I was told that they wouldn't do the blood tests i requested and was given the option to do. When i got there everything i was told that i would get was denied. They said we don't do those tests. I requested that i not be sent to Parkview due to an event that occurred there in the past and i was much more comfortable going to Lutheran or Dupont. They said it was either Parkview or no ultrasound. I left and called my family doctor. I have found a much better ob and get to find out the gender next week. I would recommend only going here if you want the bare minimum. The nurses are wonderful but the male doctors need to be taught to have compassion and maybe a hint of sympathy. Also, if a mother says no to something such as a vaccine, she has every right to deny it for the safety of her and her baby. Do not force it on her.

Scotty Hurst: I see this place get a significant amount of negative representation. That's not the case at all. The people that work here are the best. This place makes me not "hate" going to the doctor. I never wait too long, and for what these folk do, they usually go above and beyond.

Keith Brown: This was my first visit, the nurse and dentist was friendly and courteous, they got me right in no wait. They did a great job on the temp crown, better than my other dentist $$$$$ did on my permanent crown that broke. It feels like my real tooth. Nice and smooth no gaps or sharp edges, and the size is perfect. The girl who did the work was asian but spoke good english. I mention her because she did exceptional work. It took less than an hour, and they went out of their way to make me comfortable. I will give them a 9 out of 10 rating. Which I don't give anyone 10 unless your magic.

Shelby Oakley: my son has had a broken spacer for 6 months and every appointment we have been to since they have either skipped over it or did other things and have rescheduled again for the spacer either because the dentist is never there and always on vacation or they just don't care ! Then get told I can't see any other dentist then get rescheduled again then get another call day before and say oh the dentist isn't going to be here again tomorrow so you can see another dentist but yet you told me last time he couldn't see another dentistLearn to communicate and find better dentist! Dr Kimmel is a terrible dentist ! I'll be going elsewhere and hoping nothing serious is wrong since the spacer is shoved up in his gum now !

I wanted to take my family there because the doctors are nice but not anymore because I can’t deal the front staff specially the receptionists on the front.

L M: My son who has profound hearing loss had his iPad on when we walked up to reception. The blonde lady was very rude and said “First of all you need to turn that down.” Very gross how hearing impaired children are treated by reception. The doctors however have always been very kind to him.

I don't know what the problem is,evidently they don't have enough doctors working here or they just don't give a care. I have never waited this long anywhere. My regular Dr. Garrean didn't have any openings 2day so her office sent me here. What is the point of having a regular Doctor if they can't see you when you need them?

Ana Flores: The 2 employees who check people in were amazingly polite, welcoming and efficient. Wait time was very minimal and they greeted every person who walked by. Definitely the best walk in clinic experience I’ve had in many, many years.

Margaret Andersen: Just spent over 30 minutes on hold trying to get my daughter's prescription sent to a different pharmacy. The first time I hung up after 10 minutes. The second and third times I tried to call, the call was ended on their side after about 5 minutes. I tried one more time and finally hung up after 14 minutes of being on hold. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Melissa Doenges: I’ve been here 3 times since they’ve opened and every time I’ve been there everyone who’s supposed to have helped me has been really bad at their jobs. They don’t seem to work there with our best care in mind. This is unfortunate given that it is a Parkview ran facility. Sorry guys, but if I could give 0 stars I would. The facility also appears dirty. They may need to hire janitorial services. I hope they can get better over time.

Michael: Was there tonight with sinus cold ,, they said they would send off my prescription to be picked up where I decided , they never sent it ! Too worried about the Covid test I had to take . Tried to call to find out about my prescription and got some automated phone thing with no way to leave a message ,, very upset at their poor quality of service .

María Emilio Nuñez: Fix the way you handle (or in this case, don't handle) phone calls. I honestly cannot believe you're trying to run this place with an automated system that hangs up on anyone who calls if the lines are busy – no putting people on hold and no option to leave a voicemail. I don't know what manager made the decision to do this, but it's patently obvious you're trying to deal with being overwhelmed by shutting aggrieved or potential new patients out.The staff I saw during my visit were kind and helpful, but for whatever reason the painkiller prescription I got was massively screwed up. Two pills to last me three doses a day for a week. This could have been quickly and easily fixed with a phone call. Instead the only way for me to remedy this problem was to physically return to the clinic during a time when I was in too much pain to drive and didn't have reliable alternate transportation.

John B: I made and appointment for 1 a few days ago in the sick area and the doors never unlocked after waiting for 20 minutes. Waited a few more days and proceeded to make another appointment So I called and made one with Calhoun location for 4, got here, doors locked, ok cool call them, someone answer after being on hold, great, she tries to help and talk me through where to go so I do that and it's the same locked door and then she says it's not her department and she doesn't know, as they always do, so I was just like ok nevermind I'm just going to go inside where it's open and I say thank you and she says nothing so I hang up because I could tell she was getting frustrated, so I go in and I'm told they're not taking sick appointments and that those are all downtown.. downtown is about 15 away and I'm already 10 minutes late now cause of this, tried to call downtown and I was left on hold and brought to a full voice mail box and then the call hung itself up.. thanks, won't be coming back.

Miguel Batista: Tengo una buena experiencia de mi primera visita. Todo fue muy rápido y bien. Me sacaron una muela, pero me dieron cita para unos empaste, los empastes se cayeron y me lo hicieron de nuevo sin costo. Esos se cayeron también. En ese proceso limpiaron las muelas y cada vez la carie es mayor, de solo poner un pie ahí me sube la presión, cada día estoy peor, ahora tengo esa muela con un tremendo hueco y no me la quieren sacar, me dijo de un canal, eso es algo serio. No aguanto el dolor de muela me coje asta la cabeza y no me recetó antibióticos, solo ibuprofen y , acetaminofen y ahora me arde el estómago como una candela. Estoy muy mal. Agradezco su esfuerzo pero el resultado no ha sido bueno. Tengo cita para el 6/7/22. Veremos si tengo suerte y me sacan esa muela que antes nunca me dolio.

Alhallow Matt: Friendly staff, no doubt about it. However, when it comes to billing, their illiterate. I was charged for services I did not receive, and after calling and informing them of such, they refused to bring the charges down to where they should be, acknowledging that they "coded" the doctor visit wrong and because the charges are based off of the coding, that's why it can't be brought down. Essentially they admitted a mistake but still wouldn't wipe away the charges I didn't receive. Thanks for taking more of my money, which is ironically why I came to you in the first place, to save money on my medicine. I will never come back to you.
