Todd Feitl: Got held up at shipper for almost 6 hours.Was almost 5 hours late for my delivery appointment.The guy inside the office was incredibly friendly and answered a ton of my questions about the facility operation.Shipper also damaged and screwed up some internal stuff on the order.He was doing everything by himself and with all the problems still got me out of there in just over 2 hours.Nicest guy I've dealt with on the road in a very long time and great experience with a very messed up load.Thank you very much!

Indiana Starchild: Me & 2 of my co-workers came to get loaded for Georgia. If ur getting loaded, ur reefer must be pre cooled at -20. They will began loading at 0 degrees. They will make u sit until that reefer temp is at 0. Once our reefers were at 0, we all were loaded in 45 minutes. They were nice. I give them 5 stars for fast loading. I hope u have the same experience!

Lee H: You couldn't even begin to understand my experience with this place, Fresh Thyme. It's a revolving gateway of potentiality. I hide within it's walls. You'll often hear me at 3 am, crying in the men's bathroom. And during this time of year you're treated to a special event where a gateway to hell opens up behind the Spirit Halloween building.

Steve Kepler: Good produce selection. Dairy is a little sketchy - last milk I bought had all settled to the bottom of the jug. Garlic lemon chicken is excellent. Now that they have switched to all self checkout I won't be going back. If I'm going to have to scan and bag my own groceries, I'll go back to Kroger where they have a wider selection of everything and better prices.
Michaela Lassa: Staff was helpful while shopping, but the check out process was stressful and slow because they only had self checkout available during a pretty busy time of day.

I liked to go there for tomatoes and other fresh products but to be honest- it is really the same stuff as other stores more expensive. Also, I found out the Dave's bread is frozen.... So lame- Go to trader joes.

Lovely Soul: I feel like GFS is a hidden gem in this economy. My family has been able to spend our money wisely on meals because of the amount we get with the purchase. Friendly staff, knowledgeable about their products, amazing food, and even fresh popcorn is available! If you don't like the size of Costco or Sam's club, or even the quality of thier food, you will get a great value in GFS.

Today I needed to cash a check and I got to the Money Center to do so just before the 5pm closing time. No one was there, so I spoke to this woman. She was like, "They're closed." And I told her it wasn't 5pm yet, and she was all like, "Well Ma'am...." I told her I wasn't yelling, but she still continued being Condescending. I don't need that.

Thomas Grounds: This is certainly the worst grocery store I've ever been to, but it might also be the just the worst place in general. This is the closest grocer to my home, so even after several subpar visits, I can occasionally trick myself into coming here when I think that buying one or two items here might be more convenient than driving 15 minutes to another grocery store. I have been consistently proven wrong.It doesn't matter how much you're buying or when you visit, you will be here for at least 45 minutes. And it will feel physically painful. Other customers will weirdly smell your hair from behind you. Employees will see the desperate state of affairs in the 30-person self check out line and will turn to their nearest colleague (who are often seen in pairs) to make a loud declaration of their slothly boredom before departing with a snicker.This message is for you, person who some reason looks at reviews for grocery stores. Please don't come here. It doesn't matter if you live a block from the place and don't have a car. Take a bus to the nearest alternative and be satisfied knowing that you've made the right decision.

Genevieve Cacioppo: This Kroger is a disappointment to the city of Fort Wayne. I HATE having to come here. And it really sucks because I love a minute away. No less than 15 min wait to checkout no matter when you come in. Rude people. Trash everywhere.
Paige: Not my favorite Kroger in Fort Wayne but you can tell the employees are trying. This isn’t the worst grocery store in the area, it is always well stocked and decently clean, but the checkout time is insane. Even if you are only going in for a few items, expect to wait in line at check out for at least 7-8 minutes at the minimum (I have waited 20 minutes+ to check out before but it was also 1 on a Sunday so what can you expect). I’m sure they’re short staffed and cannot open all the checkout lanes due to the lack of staffing, but I do not understand why their regional/distract/corporate level manager would make the executive decision to take the two single self checkouts and turn it in to one large self checkout as this just makes the check out time even more lengthy. If you can overlook this or have the patience to wait, I would recommend for the produce and bakery selection mostly.
